My wife and I have had it with expensive mattresses that end up being junk. I have had back issues for years and recently had major back surgery. My recovery has been nothing but painful and I was at my wits end and hated going to bed at night. We finally ordered our Purple queen mattress and base and we are amazed at how comfortable this is. We look forward to going to bed every night now and hate getting up in the morning. We'd stay in bed all day now we are so comfortable. This is the most comfortable mattress we've ever bought. It's only been a few days that we've had it but it's just the beginning of a long relationship with our bed. The warranty on both the mattress and base are excellent. Way to go Purple on such a GREAT product.

A friend told me that she had tried 21 different mattresses with in home delivery and she thought that Purple Mattress was by far the very best over all the others. When my adult son and hubby started bad back/hip issues, I ordered 2 of the least expensive mattresses. I will tell you, they're very different and they are totally amazing! They're not like a typical mattress in their feel. This isn't a bad thing. They're just awesome to sleep on, there's no other way to explain this. Son also got the deluxe seat cushion, equally as great. Best mattress purchase EVER.

I have been sleeping on the Original Purple Mattress for a few weeks now and it's fantastic! I now actually look forward to getting into bed each evening. My old mattress was way beyond its lifespan so the difference is day and night (no pun intended).

Love this bed. I love sleeping on this bed, when I actually get the chance to. I work in EMS and work 24-48hr shifts, so i'm not home every night and sometimes don't actually get to sleep in my own bed for days at a time. I'm use to sleeping on rough, hard, worn out beds that they provide us at work, and after sleeping on those for a few hours I tend to wake up with horrible back and neck pains. It got to the point that even when I did get a chance to sleep in my own bed at home that I would still wake up with horrible pains and usually felt worse than I did before I went to bed. After watching all the video's and reading multiple reviews, I took a chance and ordered the Purple Queen mattress. It arrived within a few days, and with a little help I was able to manhandle the heavy thing into our bedroom and get it unrolled. Also, want to add that I made the mistake and didn't order the Purple mattress protector and Purple sheets with the mattress, do yourself a favor and go ahead and spend the money and get them both. They are well worth the money. Anyway, got it all set up and put some jersey fabric sheets on the bed. That first night I was really excited to try this mattress out. Got in the bed with my Purple pillow they sent as a gift and fell asleep rather quickly. After a few hours I woke up and was burning up, and couldn't understand why I was so hot. Im one of those who can not sleep in a hot room or if I feel hot. Well the next day after reading on some more reviews I finally realized it must be those jersey cloth sheets. So I went ahead and ordered the mattress protector (must have for anyone with children, especially with our two year old) and a set of the Purple slate sheets. I got the sheets and mattress protector a couple days later. I went ahead and put them both on the bed and I cant tell you it makes a world of difference. The sheets keep the mattress cool and comfortable. That night I slept so well and so comfortable. I woke up actually feeling good and well rested. Every time I sleep on this bed I fall asleep fast, and wake up refreshed. It is definitely well worth the money.

My husband and I have had a Purple for over 9 years now - just bought our second one when we went to a King sized bed. I have RA and LOTS of joint pain that goes along with it. Purple hits all the right spots and relieves my joint pain and stiffness in the mornings. I honestly don't think I will ever buy a different mattress again. LOVE LOVE LOVE Purple.

I suffer from severe neck issues (car accident injury). I get frequent headaches, need adjusted monthly by a chiropractor, pop Excedrin like they're M&M's... until I got the purple mattress & pillow. My fiance & I have been sleeping on this bed for about 1 month now and I have had significantly less pain, headaches and soreness in my neck & back. My fiance agrees, he also feels so much better. At my recent chiropractic visit, the doc said wow, your neck isn't too bad today (which is HUGE). We actually look forward to getting into bed every night because its so comfortable. The top of the bed isn't that weird to us & it took all of one night to get used to it. We have the pillows. mattress cover & sheets from purple and we love them. I'd recommend this bed to anyone, particularly folks who are athletic or exercise often (I feel sooo much better each morning after sleeping on this thing!). After sharing a Queen Sized Doctor's choice the last 12 years, my hubs and I splurged on a King Sized Purple mattress with platform base. We have been sleeping on it for just over a month and I can honestly admit my back and neck have never been happier! We are both sleeping more soundly and waking up more rested! The biggest appeal for us was that the base can handle a lot of weight and the products were advertised for more averaged sized adults, as both my husband an I are larger people. The only down side is that if we SIT on the bed (like to read or fold laundry etc, eventually i can feel the bars of the base under me. Almost like The bed sinks under pressure. I was also disappointed that we can't get a kind sized mattess protector. Other than that, I absolutely love this bed!

I'm still waiting for the full Purple experience that should include the matress protector and my pillow. Doing business with Purple is like hiring a contractor to add a room onto your home or business and having the contractor tell you, "Go ahead and pay me and I'll be back in two months, most likely, to finish building that last wall and the rest of the roof. Enjoy your new room."

Hello Purple Team, I am happy with my purchase - the mattress and sheets are extremely comfortable. However, I did order the white soft stretch sheets and the shipment came with the purple sheets. This would be my only negative in the whole experience and the only reason I'm leaving four stars. Thanks!

We were tired of sleeping on mattresses that, though very expensive, would end up with hills and valleys after a short time. I decided to try something different, and that was Purple. We love it! We have been sleeping on our Purple mattress for five weeks and both of us are sleeping better. When I lie down, I don't have to move around to get comfortable; that is a new experience. A big bonus is that this mattress stays cool. Wonderful!
