I was skeptical at first when I first laid on it because I was of the mentality of "softer " matress is better. Now after having slept on it for 2 months I am going to get the purple mattress for all my future purchases. I fall asleep quickly every time! I used to get back pain on other mattresses but not on the purple mattress. I feel rested everytime. One odd detail is that on other mattresses I used to dream here and there on different nights. Every night I have slept on the purple mattress I have dreamt everynight. Its been fun thinking "surely tonight I wont dream ".....nope! Still dreaming everynight so far.

I have had my mattress for almost a year now and I still love it. I have teo protruding disks and my SI joint is messed up but when I lay on this bed it helps soooooo much with the pain i use to have. I can get some good rest for once without waking up hurting worse than I felt before I laid down. I don't think I will buy any other type other than purple! < 3

I am someone who deals with constany lower back and hip pain for someone in their 20s. This is the only mattress I have slept on that does not make the pain worse; in fact, I have no issues with pain at all with this product. I wake up and it surprises me that the pain is not caused by my mattress anymore. Worth every penny I spent on the Purple mattress, and I recommend to everyone I talk to.

I read the reviews good and bad and decided based on the cool advertising. It's hard ordering something as personal as a mattress without getting a first hand look I am the same size as the sumo wrestler YAMA in the Purple ad. So I call up customer service and ask them if this thing is going to hold up over time with my big old self wallering it every night. They assured me it would so I thought I would give it a chance. Then it showed up, with the Purple Platform Base, in packages that I thought were cool but way to small. I'm in the steel fab business and as I unbox the base I get that sinking feeling that this thing is not gonna work :( After I get the base set-up I roll out the mattress . Again I look at this thing and think That's not thick enough, soft enough, bouncy enough, firm enough. Again:( BUT THEN, I SLEPT WOW!!! I didn't sink to the bottom, I wasn't dying of heat, the frame was solid, no squeaks. Yeah!! I can flop around, get up get down, and not disturb sleeping beauty. Recently stayed the weekend at a high end hotel and bout died the first night. Went to the store and bought two extra huge pillows to get through the second night and cancelled the third night so I could go home to the pleasure of Purple. I Believe. I bought 2 more for the kiddos and they arrived today. Can't wait to get home and set all three of them up, have some sumo matches and then let the whole family experience the best sleeps evah. (Even better than church sleep)

I had super high hopes for this mattress, and it took 2-3 weeks before I stopped waking up sore but once my body adjusted it has been good. I tried the purple pillow and was severly disappointed. The hieght of the pillow can be adjusted but it is not at all good if you sleep on your side and back, you can only adjust it to one position and wake up sore every morning if you move around. I was really hoping this would be an awesome bed but I am not super impressed. We decided to keep it because it is better than our last one but that didnt take much. You can also feel your partner moving quite a bit. Guess I was looking for a miracle, but probably wont buy it again

We've been sleeping on our Purple for a month now and we still love it. We both get giddy right before bed knowing we'll be laying on the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned. It cradles us, supports us, makes us never want to leave bed. Truly, the best purchase we've ever made.

Let me start by saying WOW. I have been sleeping on a Nectar mattress for a while. Every morning I would wake up to lower back pain that would go away after 30 minutes. I blamed this on being 51. The first night sleeping on the Purple I woke with no back pain. My wife had back surgery 2 and 1/2 years ago she says this is a game changer. My only regret is not ordering this sooner and not ordering the pillow. PSA the sheets are also amazing.

I was skeptical buying a mattress online and without laying on it first, but I LOVE the purple mattress. Me and my husband have both woke up refreshed and pain free since day 1! The reason for 3 stars is because our frame came broken and when we called the customer service rep was rather rude at the request we wanted a replacement. I love the mattress so much, I would buy another one, but I wish they had better customer service!

I bought my husband this mattress as a Christmas present. He is a hard worker at a power plant and often has sore muscles and a sore back. Our previous mattress had us both waking with a sore back. The first night on the PURPLE we slept well and didn't wake sore. He is a stomach/back sleeper and I sleep on my side. We have now been using it a couple months and still sleep sound and have a hard time wanting to leave the bed. We both will wake refreshed and visit before we get out of bed for work. As for customer service, I am not sure what to think. When I ordered the frame I didn't remember it being so far out for delivery. It ended up taking about 4-5 weeks and we used the mattress on the floor during that time. I contacted customer service and would get an immediate automated response but it takes a while to get an actual response from a person. Over all I would purchase the bed again and will probably purchase one for our guest room because we sleep so well.

We have the Purple mattress, mattress protector, sheets, pillows, power-base and a seat cushion. The mattress is phenomenal and we love the stretchy sheets. In addition to getting the most comfortable sleep we've ever had, Purple was able to help us with several warranty claims and provided equal or better replacements. One of the warrantied items had already been discontinued, so Purple swapped it out for a newer model of the item at no additional cost If there is one negative at all, it's the Purple pillows - they aren't as good as I had hoped they would be. They don't offer the same feel as a cooling memory foam pillow. But, knowing the folks at Purple, I'm sure they'll come up with something better soon! Our overall experience was exceptional! It's rare to find companies that really stand behind their warranties and really go above & beyond to meet a customer's needs/issues. We will certainly be recommending Purple to others even MORE than before. Thanks for such a positive experience Purple!
