I love my purple mattress. I used to wake up with back pain every day and loss of sleep which leads to a miserable way to start the day. I recieved my purple mattress 3 weeks ago and I have never slept better and yet to have back pain when I get up. I actually wake up earlier than I need to and I know it is because I get a good night's rest.

We switched from a tempurpedic to purple. Thinking the 100 days for free is an amazing trail period. It's been 17 days and we love it so much. We got rid of our tempurpedic pillows and completely made the switch to an entire purple bed. Amazing work!

I've had a great experience with the purple bed. Zero gassing/scent. Comfortable on the first night, consistently good sleep since I got the bed. Wife likes a hard bed and I like a moderately soft bed, and neither of us have had any complaints. We both sleep like Bricks. Wishing I had bought just a month later to get the free Purple Sheets!

This mattress was not a true queen. It's about 3-4 inches narrower and several inches shorter. I couldn't figure it why I kept bumping into my sleep partner, we've always had a queen. So I measured it, sure enough, it's NOT a queen. They said they'd contact (email) me after I complained, I'm still waiting, but now that's it paid off I'm sure they don't care. I'm going back to sleep number!

With my old mattress I woke up feeling stuffy, exhausted, and sweaty, I honestly thought I was getting sick because of it. I went to a mattress store and after trying all of the mattresses, I i tried the purple mattress and immediately went online to buy it! I'm a nurse and I tend to work 12 hour shifts in a row so even if I don't get enough sleep, I still wake up feeling good with the purple mattress. It hurt my soul to fork over that much money for a mattress, but that seems inconsequential now. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Best mattress ever!

I got my purple mattress 7 years ago, and ever since I can't wait to get home from a trip so that I can sleep in my own bed. This product is just amazing! After 7 years I noticed some sagging, and the wife started complain about some minor discomfort. Reached out to purple and submitted a warranty claim, and I got a brand new mattress. The process was smooth and straight forward. I'm still in love with my purple mattress and I applaud the company for their warranty handling process!

The technology made so much sense when we were doing our research on all these different online mattress companies. After the first night we were hooked. No more soreness in my back and hips from the spring mattress and my cervical pillows actually felt like they worked because the rest of my spine is in alignment. I have scoliosis so I needed something supportive and this mattress changed my life!

I do feel like maybe this info may help your product. I recently purchased several of your face masks and I must admit I was REALLY looking forward to receiving them. Sadly they were not what I was expecting :( . 1st the masks smelt really very bad. But that is fixable with a wash.. no big deal. Then when we did try them on, none of them indicated the size, by trial and error and with lots of pain, we kind of figured it out. The kid sizes worked out very well so I must say THANK YOU for that. However the Large and the X-Large... they are really rather painful regarding the ear straps. the one I put on today has the strap all twisted and not functional.  I know I can't return them and that's okay but hopefully your company can start labeling the sizes on the masks and somehow make the straps adjustable ?? unfortunately we will only be using the small size masks the rest will have to be donated or disposed of, and that really makes me sad because in this time of uncertainty and everyone tight on money that is not at all what I was expecting from this order.

We like the purple bed! I have a REALLY bad back and was hoping purple would help. In one sense it's helped tremendously: I can sleep 100% better. I was hoping my waking time would improve also but it hasn't, at least not yet. But I am still super pleased with the bed and would recommend it. Sleeping better is a huge improvement. I used to sometimes get up in the middle of the night even though I was tired because I was in so much pain. Have only done that one time since getting the Purple and have had many good night's sleep even without pain meds.

Been trying to adjust but it's not working. My lower back is not having a good time. Purchased this to help but it is not helping. It is worse with this mattress. The grid does help with heat, as I do sleep cooler. Might be for some but not us. Will have to send it back for refund.
