We bought two beds and platforms for our sons. So far they have been great. The platforms were out of stock when we ordered, and this could have been communicated better but other than that customer service has been great too. When we need a new bed for ourselves I see another purple in our future.

I have a friend that swears by the purple but it definitely didn't work for my husband and I. The gel top squishes in when you lay on it but my arm would only push in on the shoulder leaving the rest of the arm lying on top. This would cause arms to fall asleep. It was also just not soft enough for my liking. The return process was efficient and quick though. That was nice .

I was apprehensive buying a mattress without trying it out. Wrong! My wife and I have completely different wants and needs, and different sleeping styles. We are both blown away with the comfort of the Purple mattress. We both fall asleep immediately and hate to get out of the bed in the morning. She has narcolepsy and has always struggled with sleeping. This bed has helped more that any routine or medication. 10 out of 10 is not a high enough score for this bed.

We've only had this mattress less than a week but I am getting an amazing night's sleep. Immediate difference. And the stretch sheets have just the right amount of weight to them and make you feel like you're sleeping in a butterfly's cocoon. Truly wonderful!

This is the most comfortable mattress we've ever had. After years of overrated memory foam that becomes a 'jello' mold we couldn't take it anymore. No more waking up stiff or feeling like circulation has been cut off in various parts of the body. Life is too short to not sleep comfortably. Like they say, the quality of one's life is only as good as the quality of their sleep. Even our dogs who get on the bed are sleeping more soundly through the night! Thanks Purple!

I thought it was going to be more comfortable than it was. it was a quality product. But for people who are used to pillow top or memory foam, it felt like we were sleeping on a rock for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks we had to break down and purchase a really expensive thick pillow topper for our bed, just so we could get a good nights rest. We have a lot of the Purple products and have loved all of them, so we were a little disappointed in the bed. Hopefully it will soften over time.

I was skeptical at first about buying a mattress on the internet but with the 100 night money back guarantee I figured what did I have to lose? I have had it about 6 months now and wow it is great! My back doesn't hurt in the mornings anymore and I do sleep better as it doesn't "rut out" like a memory foam mattress does. It is thinner then a regular mattress so be aware of that but that actually made it easier to get into bed. Overall I am happy with it. Think about this (a person spends about 1/3 of their life in bed) so it's wise to invest in a good mattress.

We couldn't be happier with our Purple mattress! Ordering it online was extremely easy, and it arrived within a week. I wasn't expecting the mattress to come rolled up in a fairly small package (looked like a rug tbh) but it made it very easy to move into the bedroom and all it took to set up was to unroll it, and remove the plastic wrapping, then it inflates itself and it's ready! The mattress is extremely comfy, and the purple sheets are a must have! The mattress and sheets cool you off the second you get into bed. Its very hard for me to get out if bed in the morning due to how comfy it is. I will definitely be buying Purple again in the future!

My husband and I have had this mattress for about two years. There's a "100 night guarantee" which is hilarious because the pain we had didn't start until right after that. We can't get comfortable, we wake up in extreme back pain every morning. And of course there's nothing we can do because it states after the "guarantee". The biggest waste of money and biggest regret ever on this mattress. Do yourself a favor and get a normal mattress and don't fall for the hype!
