My son said he never knew a mattress could be so comfortable, he always woke up tired. After he got this mattress he wakes up refreshed and said it is awesome. He never had a mattress like this before and definitely recommends it. He had researched many mattresses and went with this one and is glad he did, no regrets.

I don't have the best sleeping schedule, but my sleeping is great(what little I get). I used to have a sore back every time I woke up because of my former mattress and my physically intensive job. A mattress alone can not fix all your sleeping problems, but I believe this one is this the perfect mattress.

Not only do my husband and I love this mattress for ourselves (we've been sleeping on it since 2016), but we have discovered that it's amazing for co-sleepers, too. Firm enough to be safe for baby, and the design allows for an adult to sleep next to baby without the baby rolling toward the adult. AND... if you have to sneak away, there is no motion transfer to wake the baby! We couldn't be happier. Purple customers for life!

We are die hard tempurpedic fans in the house but decided to look for a cheaper alternative for the guesg room. We decided on the original purple mattress. Every person that has slept on this mattress has liked it and my parents actually prefer this over their luxe adapt.

a few years ago I fell on a patch of Ice and hurt my back/hip... I had been in pain ever since, even with making many adjustments on my sleep number bed, I finally decided I needed a new mattress, so I purchased The Purple...first I'd like to say, lying on this bed is sooo awesome! , For the first few nights I could tell that my back was re-adjusting.. I could feel it, it's hard to explain. I am pear shaped and a back sleeper for the most part, when I lay there it feels almost like floating but I can feel the firmness, I feel my bottom go down far enough (not sagging) but I can tell my back is still straight there is no pressure, and my lower back is supported. also being pear shaped, whenever I lay on my side I could feel pressure on my lower back and hip.. but with The Purple, no pressure on my hip and my lower back which is usually a huge problem for me. I wake up expecting to feel the affects of my fall (and getting older) but, NOTHING! Thank you so much, I am so happy with my purchase

After years of never been happy with our sleep quality my wife and I decided to find mattress we can be really happy with. Purple's new grid technology caught our attention so we ordered it, received in about a week, unrolled it on queen bed. If mattress can impress with the look Purple sure did, but real test followed at night. We both lay on our backs and mattress felt very comfortable, supportive where it needed to be. My main grievance with old mattress was that I sleep hot and it quickly built a heat which made me turn and toss all night. Now Purple claims to be heat neutral, but it took a little longer than old mattress, however heat build came and tossing and turning followed. I'm 200 lb and have wide shoulders and Purple is to hard to let my shoulders sink enough to aligne spine correctly so side position did not work. My wife said it was very comfortable for sleeping on her back (less lower back pain, but not upper), however she is habitual side sleeper and Purple was marginally better than old mattress in that regard. So after all that I can say that IMHO Purple is excellent choice for back sleepers who do not sleep hot and petite side sleepers with narrow shoulders. Unfortunately it did not work for us. Why 4 stars, well I am totally impressed with Purple customer support responsiveness. They let me choose local charity to donate mattress to and process refund very next day. You can not find better customer service anywhere, but could wish there is more companies like that .

The Purple Queen Mattress was for my daughter. I believe she said that she is a side sleeper. She raves to me about how supportive and comfortable this mattress is for her. She, as well as I, really like the feel & sleep we get from the Purple Pillows.

My husband and I are about as polar opposites as you can be when it comes to a mattress. He prefers very hard surfaces (his favorite is usually the floor!) and I prefer a super soft mattress that kind of sucks you in and you have to dig yourself out of a little. When we bought this mattress, I was worried that one of us was going to have a problem with it (probably me because I had read that it was a firmer mattress) but I was going to give it a shot because of my husband's insomnia from back pain, and why not? We could always return it for free if we didn't like it. When we got it and rolled it out, it was absolutely love the minute we both laid on it. There was no adjustment period; we both loved it immediately. I have been talking about this mattress to basically anyone who will listen and cannot say enough good things about it. AND even better, my husband's insomnia has stopped completely. Buy this mattress. You will not regret it.

Started off not liking this mattress. My first impression was that it was too firm. After a few rather restless nights I realized that part of my issue wasn't with the mattress at all but with some new pillows we had ordered at the same time. After I went to a more comfortable pillow, some stiffness I had attributed to the mattress went away. Every night seems a little better. Nice air flow under me, but it still seems slightly to firm. Only time will tell

I bought just one Purple after seeing the ads for some time, and was excited but nervous that all the advertisements were giving me unrealistic expectations. This mattress has brought me unbelievable joy and comfort. My back/shoulder/neck pain that I lived with for years is a thing of the past. I am buying a twin size for my daughter to be her first "big girl bed". My parents are purchasing a King size Purple for their remodeled bedroom this spring because they tried and loved mine. You can sleep any way you want and be comfortable and supported. I also sleep with the Purple Pillow, which I got for free with purchase of the mattress during a promotion. It took longer to ship, so I used the mattress both with without the pillow. I definitely feel that the pillow enhanced the overall sleep experience. Purple forever!!!
