I'm a disabled combat veteran, and have hip, back, and neck issues. I recently decided to take a gamble, and buy a Cali King Purple mattress. I say gamble, because I couldn't lay on one before purchasing... but the 100 day guarantee gave me the security to go for it. Am I glad I did. The Purple mattress provides a different type of support - a total support; specifically, my lower back, hips, and shoulders are cradled in this bed - while it also provides support to the rest of my body. Normally beds give way to your heaviest areas, but then don't provide enough support the the immediate areas (ex: butt presses down, so mattress doesn't recover enough for full lower back support). When my wife laid down on it for the first time, she summarized it the best by saying, "I can feel is supporting my lower back - I didn't realize our last mattress wasn't until right now." I am one happy customer, and am very glad I chanced this mattress. This mattress has eased my pain, and greatly improved my quality of sleep. Previously, we though we were getting good rest... but now? We wake up as if we've come from deep stasis- completely rested and rejuvenated. This bed is amazing.

We had a Kingsdown mattress that was drooping in the middle which we called the taco. After deciding to get a new mattress we tried more than several beds in the stores and I didn't really find anything I was happy with and the only model my wife liked was a name brand that was $3500 but it reminded us of our old bed when we bought it new. I would also like to add that in every new bed we tried there was a layer of some type of memory foam or tempurpedic type foam. I am not a fan of that on the top layer of a bed at all. I know the Purple bed has a layer in the middle which is the perfect place for it in my opinion. We have had the bed only three weeks but I really think for us that is enough time for a review and I don't see much changing my opinion of this mattress. This is the best bed I have ever slept on. I travel a lot and sleep on some really good beds at some high end hotels now and then. I am a horrible light sleeper and I am consistently getting 2-3 hour more uninterrupted sleep because of the motion control of this bed. I have a summer silk comforter that is very warm and with the purple sheets its a great sleep. Sex is also much better on a bed that has some bounce. I would give this bed 6 stars if I could. I think is is reasonably priced and will probably buy another two for my kids at some point.

This is the best bed I have ever slept on. It is helping my insomnia and I don't feel tired all the time. I love it and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. My only beef is that I could not afford the pillow with my mattress purchase. But that will be amended soon enough.

Switched from a hot, worn-out memory foam mattress and very happy with the Purple. My only complaint is the odor when you first open it. I had it sitting out for two days with the fan on and windows open and it still smelled for at least a week later (the pillow still has an odor to it three weeks later).

We bought our Purple and we have never slept better in our lives. My husband and I are both side sleepers and have been going without sleep for years because of our old spring mattress. Our Purple mattress was delivered at the beginning of March 2017 it took us a couple of weeks to adjust to the new mattress, but after that it has been absolutely the most wonderful thing we've ever purchased. We are unbelievably happy with her purple and would recommend it to anyone!

The Purple Mattress is as good as they claim it to be. You know how your body feels when you fall asleep hard and don't move for several hours? You hip and shoulder both hurt from the pressure points. I have none of this with the Purple Mattress. I'll be honest, it felt a little weird the first time I laid down on it. It seemed too soft and squishy. And I could feel the grid pattern underneath the cover. Then after a night you discover that it is some how soft only in the exact spot you need it. Everywhere else is perfectly supported.

Its not a horrible memory foam mattress but I don't think it's for me. The price is a lot considerably. Service is great. Maybe I bought the wrong one I'm a side sleeper. But I really couldn't afford the most expensive one. The pillows are good and the sheets didn't arrive some one else got them. So I just received them 20 days later they seem ok .

I was terrified to buy a bed online but my back and neck problems are not getting any better the older I get. So I hit the buy button and hoped for the best. It's been 2 weeks and even my hubby is pleased with this bed. I wake up with no issues. My hubby has shoulder problems and is a side sleeper and wakes with no issues. I am thinking about trying the pillows next.

It's only been a week, but the bed is really comfortable. We got the New Purple 2 mattress and it came with the bamboo stretchy sheets. The mattress is really supportive, but provides relief for pressure points. We tried the egg test ourselves and it passed. The sheets feel nice but it's annoying how stretchy they are. When you try to pull them up they slingshot back to where they were. We put our other sheets on them and didn't notice any impact on comfort level of the mattress. Customer service leaves much to be desired. We're tax exempt and jumped through their hoops and they wouldn't sign our tax exemption paperwork to provide to our local tax office, nor would they refund our taxes. They insisted our receipt and email should be enough even though I provided them the documentation from the tax office stating that that those things weren't sufficient. I really want to knock a couple more stars off because of the customer service experience, but the mattress is a good product. The mattress was delivered after nearly 3 weeks and they arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window provided. However, no one called a half hour before to let us know to be home. I would give the mattress four stars and the customer service one star.

My husband has three ruptured discs in his lower back and snores like a freight train. I have terrible allergies to dust mites that looooooove conventional mattresses and tempurpedic foam. He used to snore all night, I used to cough all night, and we would both wake up sore, tired, and angry. I worked for a few months to save up to buy a Purple Mattress and I have to say it has changed our lives in just a few weeks! His back pain is noticeably improved, my breathing is way better, and we both are absolutely in love with everything from the bed itself to the amazing purple sheets we got with it. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone
