I've read that some people need time to adjust to the Purple mattress. That was not the case with my wife and I. We slept great on our first night with the Purple mattress. It is very comfortable when sleeping on my side or stomach. I can feel the way the mattress surrounds you the most when lying on my back if we're watching tv. My only problem is, I don't want to get out of bed. I'd highly recommend a Purple mattress.

Positive all around, no complaints! Shipping, service, quality, supporting our home state startup, all great. Though I will have to say it must be the heaviest pillow in the world...but it works! and yes, plese feel free to use my line "love at first night" if someone else didn't claim it first :) HOWEVER, i beg of you, I plead, I bleed, PLEASE consider

My wife and I Love the bed.. which is a huge accomplishment in and of itself. We are waking up without any aches or pains. It truly feels like you're sleeping on a cloud! Highly recommend trying this bed out. I started with the pillow and was sold in a couple nights and went on to the bed. Only been on it for a few weeks but no complaints yet, got the base as well and now have a ton of extra storage. The sheets and protector too and love the stretch fabrics and breathability. No more hot nights.

For the last 15 years I woke up sore and tired from not sleeping well on the bed we had, this has since changed after we purchased the purple .... At last I sleep through the night and wake up without being sore and feel like a different man ..!!!! Thank you Purple

I have wanted a purple mattress for a while and finally bought one! The only thing I don't love is how low the mattress sits. However, my husband and I put dorm style loft risers under the frame and it is perfect. Let me just say that my fitbit sleep score soared. Thank you purple!

I was really excited to order my purple bed! I've been trying to give it some time thinking I just need to adjust. But, I've been waking up with some incredible neck and upper back pain! To be fair, I think it's my pillows. I've been trying to figure out how to arrange them to make my sleep less painful. But, so far I have not been successful. I think I'm going to try sleeping without a pillow and see if that helps. I don't know if it's the bed's fault or not. I'm really trying to give it every opportunity! Customer service has been amazing though. Which is probably why I'm trying to love the bed so much.

Recently purchased the purple mattress, purple platform, and purple mattress protector. Love the platform and Mattress. Dislike the Mattress protector. It's got a very vinyl plastic feel to it, and feels very cheap. After putting it on the mattress, it introduced noise, and it covered up the wonderful stitched cover softness with a plastic sliding feel. (Using sheetx as main sheets above it). I was really surprised at the quality of it, considering how nice the platform and mattress were. It was as if a totally different company designed it. I contacted purple for a refund, as was told there are NO refunds on the mattress protector. (I'd have even accepted credit or exchange. Nothing). Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid making the same mistake I did. Go for the mattress and platform, skip the protector. (Get a Malouf instead [which purple previously recommended] which you can return if you don't like. ) Never went from a happy customer to a disappointed one so quickly!

This is the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on! I love the way it conforms to the shape of your body, but it doesn't retain that shape when you're not on the bed so it's constantly adjusting to how you're laying on the bed. I would recommend this mattress to anyone, especially those who have back pain at night. The sheets we got with the mattress were pretty amazing too! Overall, incredibly satisfied.

The experience of buying this bed was very easy. It was delivered quickly, and I was able to assemble it by myself. I work on my feet, and much of my back pain has disappeared. I alternate between sleeping on my side and my stomach. I used to wake up a million times a night, tossing and turning. Not anymore. It's not as comfortable for side sleeping as I had hoped, but overall, it's a huge improvement from the mattress I had before.

The mattress I received had a defect. There were multiple areas that were sunk in, as if the "purple" material did not expand after opening. The mattress protector is a great product which I will keep. The service was great and the experience was hassle free.
