I was in need of a new mattress and had heard several great things about Purple. We received the mattress but currently in the process of exchanging it as this one has issues. It is extremely comfortable and keeps my body cool with no aches/pains when I awake. The only downside is the process to file a return under warranty is rather ridiculous. It took 11 business days to receive a response after filed and speaking with a customer service rep. Lets hope its solved promptly from here out. I would recommend the mattress either way!

I was hesitant to order a mattress online, but am so glad that I did. The mattress is soft yet firm - the perfect balance for sleeping on it. I look forward to getting into bed now just because it is so comfortable! So happy with my purchase. I don't feel like I'll ever have to go to another mattress store again.

We have had ours for a few months now and it has been great. It is very different from any other, so it takes a little time to adjust. The mattress provides support everywhere but I wouldn't say it is firm. It's super comfortable and allows you to move without your partner feeling anything. Only downside, which is a small one and understandable considering the material used, is that the sides of the bed provide no support like a typical mattress. So you have to be careful when you are near the edge to not roll out. Small thing to get used to in exchange for awesome sleep! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been shopping for a new mattress for months, and we decided to try out Purple based on reviews and product videos. We're SO happy we did! I'm a stomach and side sleeper and he's a back and side sleeper. We both have back issues and pain. We no longer wake up stiff and sore every morning! There was a period of adjustment (about 2 weeks for us) but now I'm sleeping better than I have in a long time, and we both couldn't imagine sleeping on a different mattress! It's definitely worth trying to see if it works for you!

After being scepticle as to how true Purples claims of being the perfect mattress could be... I gave it a shot because not only was it within my price range... it's name Just so happens to be my favorite color. So I thought it might be fate.... and I was a right.. I haven't slept this good in so long! I have not once woken up with a back ache or crick or soreness. I've been sleeping on it for 3 months already. That's 90 days of heavenly rest thanks to my purple mattress! Thank u purple!!! Y'all are amazing!

This is our second purple mattress. Our first one is still in use and we loved it so much that when it came time to replace our standard king mattress, we ordered a king Purple Mattress. I have very bad back problems and the Purple Mattress is the only mattress that has given me relief. I highly recommend it.

I had bad back pain for over 10 years. Every bed I slept in was torture. I would take up in the middle of the night barely able to move. The first 3 days of the purple mattress was an adjustment but I wake up pain free every morning and I actually sleep through the night now. I'm getting a much better quality of sleep. Also have the pillows these things are so perfect its every thing I need the bounce never goes away and supports my head exactly the way I like. Best investment I've ever made. So I'm only on week 3 or 4, so maybe I haven't adjusted to it yet. My hands still fall asleep.my back still hurts. Granted, it is very comfy. Maybe it's due to the fact that it's just a mattress on the floor, because the bed I purchased is back ordered until June. I still hope it gets better.
