Shipping & communication was a problem. Waited all day at the house on the delivery date. See it was 20 minutes away at 1 pm, finally called at 730 pm and was told the truck wouldn't be unloaded till the next morning. Then it was sent to a. Shipping s3nter further away only to be then delivered back to me. Since I wasn't going to be home, asked that it be left at the front door so I could get it inside by myself. Nope, came home to find it at the end of the drive / bottom of my front steps! Not impressed at all by the lack of customer service & poor communication. Luckily, the mattress is everything it's advertised to be.

The purple sleeper is awesome! The only complaint I have is when I ordered my california king there was an offer for free sheets while supplies last. I never recieved my sheets, and when I was filling out my order form I never seen anywhere on the form where it stated "out of stock". But for the price, and the comfort the sleeper has brought me, Im not complaining. Thank you purple! Very much appreciated! And I will still suggest the purple sleeper although you forgot my sheets.

It has been about two weeks since we received our mattress and both my wife and I love sleeping. We get deep and comfortable full night sleep. I wasn't sure if was going to work since my wife is 7 months pregnant. However, she loves the experince so far. We will continue to test it out for a full month or two to see if it will continue to be this good.

My husband has a very hard time sleeping and this is one of the best mattresses that he has tried. It's a little more firm than I like, but I still sleep great on it when I'm sleeping on my back. My shoulders get a little uncomfortable if I sleep on my side for too long.

We gave our son and daughter-in-law a purple mattress as a housewarming gift. They have loved it. When we built a new home we bought ourselves and our 16 year old a purple mattress. I have been sleeping on the purple mattress for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. This is the best mattress I have ever owned. I recommend it to everyone. My back feels amazing and the bed stays nice and cool (but not too cool). My only complaint would be that having a bed this comfortable makes getting up early REALLY hard sometimes, even for a morning person like myself!

After 10 years of polite debate, I finally convinced my husband that it was time to retire the slab of concrete disguised as a mattress that we had been tossing and turning on for all of these years. No more sore backs, aching shoulders or hips or sleeping/tingly hands. We were sleeping soundly and waking up like we did 20 years ago...rested and ready for the day! We highly recommend the King Purple. It's unlike any bed you've ever tried, and if for some crazy reason you DON'T like it, you can utilize the guarantee! Or send it over to my house. I'll gladly take another one for the guest room! P.S. We recently spent a night on our old mattress, which has since been banished to the family cabin. It was HORRIBLE! I had high hopes for the Purple Mattress, and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I am a back sleeper, but will lay on my side from time to time. No matter what position I'm in it is super comfortable.

I bought the purple 1 because it was what I could afford and honestly the 1100 I spend would've probably been better off somewhere else. I would imagine that the newer models are softer but I definitely feel the rubber squares under me when I lay on the bed. It's actually kinda stiff I thought it would've been softer. Definitely not what I expected nor what any of my friends or family that tried it expected.

My husband and I recently purchased the original purple memory foam mattress (king size). We absolutely love it. I feel like I am weightless when I lay on it; it is very comfortable. My husband moves around a lot when he sleeps and the mattress doesn't move. I have no idea when he tosses and turns. Would highly recommend this mattress. We are happy we made the purchase.
