My neck and shoulders are hurting every morning since I've slept on our new purple mattress. I'm not sure it's my own body tension or incorrect sleep position . I've tried different pillows but still no relief. I'm sleeping on a different mattress now to try and rectify my pain. My husband and son however , are in love with the mattress. Still not sure if we are going to return it?????

My husband has had back problems all his life. Even sleeps with a c-pap. This bed has really been a blessing. We've had for about a month and my husband loves it. I'm still on the fence about it. I liked my caved in bed before. But I also can sleep anywhere. My husband is a back sleeper also and it's done wonders for his back. I can honestly say, so far, that the purple bed hasn't caved and we still have it on our old box springs. It's made for a platform bed for sure but will work with box springs also. It's a lot less thicker than a pillow top mattress and the only good out of that is that our down throw fits perfectly on the bed now. Take the chance on this matesss. You will not be disappointed.

The product delivers in term of allowing to achieve the two opposite goals of 1) providing good supports in body regions that are flat and 2) deforming locally at "pinpoints" such as the shoulders and elbows. However, I don't think the technology is mature... The honeycomb structure of the mattress creates a bizarre sensation as I could "feel" their presence. For me personally, this was way uncomfortable. I think with some technology improvement, this could go away.

I'm a heavy guy, the Purple just was not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I'm too leary of making a very costly investment just to try the Purple 4. I tried another memory foam mattress at a fraction of the cost and am happier with that. I gave the Purple twin to one of my kids and they like it very much.

The first week sleeping on my purple mattress was such a relief! My shoulders didn't hurt, my Hip didn't hurt, I could stay in the same position all night and still wake up pain free. Then slowly my shoulders started to hurt again, then my hip, now I toss and turn throughout the night. It is nowhere near as bad as when I had my previous mattress (which I have had for just over 1 year), but it isn't quite the hype that they were talking about. I would not trade it in as the only other mattress that i have slept on that was as nice was a much more expensive memory foam mattress, but i did have that mattress for 7+ years (and we still use it as a guest bed). My 100 day trial is not up yet, but I think we will probably keep this mattress unless it degrades further in that time.

I haven't slept this good in years! I am a BIG guy. I used to always hurt in the mornings. Some days it was a relief to get out of bed. Now, there is no hip pain, no shoulder pain. I sleep much cooler. The only prolem with getting up in the mornings is, I don't wanna do it! As far as other...erm...bed related activities...(Bow chicka wow-wow) two big thumbs way way up!

This is our second Purple, our first was for ourselves about three years ago and it has been awesome. The second is for our son for his 23rd birthday. He is sleeping much better and does not wake up with back pain like he had been. We all work a physically demanding job and a comfortable and restful night is a must.

We tried everything for mattress in our new travel trailer. New one was like sleeping on the floor. After three different try's stumbled on purple one in advertisement AAA mag. They usually only adv. good products.Ges what they were right no more looking a perfect fit PURPLE

So, I bought this purple mattress actually for my sister. She stays in my guest bedroom on the weekends sometimes when she is "on call" (she is a nurse). Her home is pretty far from her work and my place is closer to her work. My old mattress in my guest bedroom I have had since college - it is over 20 years old. Well, she asked nicely for an upgrade. She already had a purple mattress at her home as her main bed. I pulled the trigger on Purple because she was already a fan. The day it was delivered, I lugged it upstairs and unpacked it and set it up. I gave it a try. They safe right when they say it is soft but firm.. it kind of allows your own body to make the determination. Anyway, I think we have a winner in the purple mattress... when I upgrade my own master bedroom mattress, I will most likely go with Purple. I also got a free purple pillow due to a promotion. It is pretty cool too. Very unique but comfortable.

My wife and i love the Purple Mattress. We intend to purchase the 4" version once the current one gets old enough. Which by the way will probably be forever as the mattress we have now is 5 years old and still feels the same as it did from day one. I have the Purple Harmony Pillow on the way in the mail and we already own a Purple seat cushion sent to us free because shipping on the WONDERFUL purple bed frame was taking forever. (Not Purples Fault) I also own a back cushion. Have never been disappointed by any of the products or service. We actually first ordered our Purple Mattress as a queen size and realized we would rather a king. Purple said keep the queen and just pay the difference for the king. So essentially we got a queen mattress for free. The company and their products are definitely worth the 100 days and once you try that you will love them for life.
