All I can say is that it's a good thing that the mattress has a 10 year warranty. after about 2-3 years, our purple 1 already started to break down and sag in areas on the mattress. This caused me to lay unevenly on the mattress and is giving me all sorts of back pain which totally negated entire reason of purchasing this mattress in the first place. After sending pictures and answering questions I finally get a new mattress sent, but since the pick up service they use did not service my area I now have to take steps on my own for the removal of the old king size mattress. Which I will have to pay for. I'm disappointed with this purchase, and pretty much everything else that has happened afterward.

This is by far the worst bed I've ever owned, had it a little over 4 months and the last couple of weeks ive been waking up in absolute pain! I've tried sleeping on my back but wake up with lower back pain as if i was bending over backwards all night, sleeping on my side and wake up with feeling like my hip was hit by a car, even on my stomach that was a bad idea, the pain was excruciating! :-( I'm only 30 and the pain shouldn't be this bad from a nights sleep, I was so excited to purchase this bed because of all the reviews and the little story book video wich btw i still watch because she's funny. Anyways i am now starting to believe the reviews might be fake and or paid for, i don't see what most reviews are talking about. I will give it a good review on keeping you cool through the night, other then that im an unsatisfied customer.

We've been sleeping on purple for 3 nights. We still have the same pains we had with our other mattress. We were hoping for a miracle. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'll give it a couple of weeks, but as if today, it's being returned.

I purchased this bed back in February didn't put in up till the end of the month and it still came out well although the corners weren't coming up i called and they immediately sent me a warranty replacement even after i put that bed up it still slept AMAZING i have a hip issue that is complicated but it allows me to lay down after a 12hr work day and immediately feel the pressure of my hip and my lower back to go away i sleep amazing on it and i wouldn't spend this amount on any other mattress

I ordered this bed for my son whose last bed was badly worn out and giving him back aches. He loves his new oriole mattress. He says it is the most comfortable mattress he has slept on. Plus-no more low back pain. The only negative is that it doesn't seem to be the same width as a traditional queen mattress. There is about 3-4 inches of the queen foundation that isn't covered by the mattress. The last queen was a perfect fit. Not sure why this mattress isn't the same size.

I was skeptical at first but figured I'd give it a shot because of the 100 night deal and I'm so glad I did. I've had chronic middle back pain for years and literally by the morning after night 1, it was gone and hasn't come back. I haven't slept like this since I was a kid. I'd buy this mattress again in a heartbeat.

I don't know if this review should really count since my previous mattress was almost basically like cardboard with canned insulation applied, but I've slept better than I've had in years, and my knees aren't hating me whenever I need to get up. So I would definitely buy from purple again and maybe try out the newer designs in queen size!

Have had back problems for years and am only 25 :(. After countless doctor visits, pain medication and agony I thought a new bed might help my situation. I knew a good bed could help with back pain but I was not aware that it had this significant of an effect. After sleeping on my Purple mattress for a couple of months my back pain is SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED. I love my purple mattress and am thoroughly impressed by the product. I am a mechanical engineer so the owners background and substantial technical information on the product sold me. I will definitely be buying a Purple pillow soon and highly recommend this product. It is affordable, unique, and extremely comfortable.

We have had the purple matress for 2 years now. I havent slept a full night in a year. This mattress cost so much we hoped it would be the best, instead it flares up my neck shoulder and back pain and had left me sleepless for months trying to find an answer to how to fix the matress affordably without replacing it The matress sags inwards and makes you feel like you're being sucked in over night. I'm trying to find a matress cover that is affordable to put on top to give some sort of support. It's so heavy it is going to cost a fortune to send to the dump where it belongs. What a disappointing waste of money.

Well to start it off the customer service is absolutely amazing they treat you so well when something is wrong our new bed is absolutely amazing I used to toss and turn and wake up in the middle of the night and with this new purple bed I don't I would recommend it to anybody especially if somebody has back pain way to go purple you made my life much easier when I try to sleep thank you very much
