Purchased approx. three to four months ago..... I originally ordered the "simple" cushion for my Mom since she has back and hip problems and when my child is in an active part of the season, either running cross country, swimming or water polo, the seating provided is not kind to anyone having to sit for a lengthy amount of time. When I placed my order there was discrepancy in the county they listed me in for taxes. When I contacted customer service they kept me in the loop through the whole process of them looking into the situation. I was about return the cushion I purchased, because it was not thick enough to provide the support I had hoped it would for my Mothers issues. I contacted customer support and again they had no problems with sending me a return label. Two days later they contacted me about the original question in order, which was the county discrepancy, and said it was showing the wrong county but the taxes charged were correct. However, they took it one step further and said they were sending me another cushion. I believe it was the "Royal" cushion which was a two inch thick cushion and definitely a huge step above from the original one I purchased. Their customer service blew me away - they didn't have to do that for a simple matter of having the wrong county listed - I've never experienced that level of customer service. One day after that email my sister arrived in town and she used the original cushion during my child's swimming event and she fell in love with it. So, I once again emailed Purple back to let them know that I would be keeping the original purchase and thinking they would then go ahead and cancel the shipment of the second cushion but they did not. The second cushion arrived and it was much better for my Mom. So, on taking a chance and ordering the cheaper cushion because I was unsure if the product would work (or live up to the hype as some might say) Purple, and their cushions, made three people very happy. My sister and Mom for the cushions they received and me for the outstanding, and shocking, dedication of the company's customer service and how they stand behind their products. I know this is a long review but I felt you should know the full story to understand how rare and dedicated this company is. If you're on the fence about their product all I can say is go for it.

I was skeptical at first making this investment. I bought a mattress, two of the hybrid pillows, and a seat cushion for my wheelchair that I am temporary having to use. They are all worth the investment that you won't be disappointed in making. They have a 100 night test, well I won't be returning any of it. 5 Stars easy.

I'm still deciding on the entire ensemble. I got the protector, sheets, and the mattress. The mattress is a bit more firm than I normally like, but not in a bad way. Gonna give it more time to decide on good or bad. The sheets are weirdly stretchy, and can become stuck under me, but the feel of them is incredible. The sheets are sooo light, sooo soft, and sooo stretchy, it's very weird! I don't know how else to describe them. NEVER felt sheets like this before. I like them! The protector is great, it doesn't bunch up or move. It stays flat like it should..... WONDERFUL.

I bought a sleep number 4 years ago, in hopes of helping out with a bad back. It was the worst decision I could have ever made for my back. I tried powering through it due to the small fortune I spent on the mattress.. However, it got so bad that I opted to sleep on the floor rather than spend another painful night on that mattress. I had a Leesa for years. My daughter has had a Purple. When I needed to purchase a second mattress for my spare room I decided to order a Purple for my bed and move the Leesa to the spare room. Best decision I have ever made! I have been sleeping on the Purple for a little over a week and have NEVER slept so well!! And I mean solid sleep!!! Do NOT hesitate to purchase a Purple!! You will not regret it!!!

I LOVE this mattress! For the past two years I've had real issues with hip & back pain. After sleeping on my new Purple Mattress for a couple weeks, the pain in my hips are completely gone & my back is vastly improved! The mattress is soft on the top portion, cradling the body just as the advertisement says, under the soft, waffle type material is a supportive, dense material that is pretty firm. The mattress as a whole was firmer than I anticipated but exactly what my body needed! Firm it is, but not hard. I'm truly having much better sleep & have recommended my mattress to a few friends. Th as no you Purple People for my fantastic mattress!!

I am honest here!, NO, Purple did not paid me for saying this. I have a terrible back, lower pain almost all the time, and... My body gets hot at night. So no any more!!!! Thinking on a Casper??? DONT!!! my roommate has One and he even loves mine better!

So this bed is a dream. I was incredibly skeptical but my boyfriend insisted on purchasing this because he has friends that swear by this mattress. However, I had a major issue with Manna Distribution, the company that does "white glove" delivery (laughable). They left all of the cardboard boxes on my apartment, then proceeded to leave the old mattress in the loading dock at my apartment building. After over 2 hours of back and forth, Manna basically screwed me. Now if I was a Purple Executive, I would have done by due diligence and simply google Manna Distribution only to find a website dedicated to how horrible they are and the proud 1.2 stars display on Yelp. Purple Exec's, shame on you for this. But Purple, I applaud you for the customer service, Jamison, the Comfort Guru, is 100% an amazing asset you have on that team.

Ironically, I was familiar with the FLOAM technology from many years ago and was impressed with it for my patients. So when I saw the technology had advanced to the current state of the Purple Mattress I was sold. I've had mechanical back pain for several years and had been sleeping on a tempur- pedic surface for several years with increased back and neck pain. I was given a purple pillow to try from a friend and the first night I noticed a decrease in neck stiffness and pain. So I went ahead and ordered the sleep system.
