For the most part I completely love the Purple bed. It seems to give me very good support and I seem to sleep quite well with it. Occasionally I have a little hip or shoulder pain, but not as much as I had with my prior beds. I don't sweat near as much with the Purple bed as I did with my old bed. I am still waiting for my Purple sheets and hope that they might give me even a bit better sleep quality. Overall I am very satisfied with the bed at this point. It will be very interesting to see how the bed feels in the summer. I also got a bonus Royal Purple Seat Cushion with the bed. I use it every day and it really makes the behind feel better at the end of the day.

I bought the original purple mattress in 2016 (maybe a trend setter, maybe just an eye for innovation). I would say it changed my life but that would be a bit dramatic... I'm a disabled marine vet with some pretty severe arthritis and degenerative joint disorders at the ripe age of 28. This bed allows me to not have to take medicine just to get through the night, i can sleep longer and sleep better than on any mattress or medicine. If you're looking for something to help you sleep better this is your answer, although I would avoid the original purple if you're a side sleeper, my arms go numb when they bottom out on the memory foam.

So shocked at how much I enjoy the purple mattress. I was afraid it was going to be some weird gimmicky thing ,or a pyramid scheme product, but it's actually a quality bed! It has just enough bounce to make you feel like you are not sinking into the bed, and just enough support to give your back relief! For the price you can't do any better. Very happy I bought this bed. Hope it last for years to come.

The standard Purple mattress is a good fit, not perfect, but good. The quality of the items purchased were top of the line. My wife and I love the Harmony pillows. We both are side sleepers. My wife and I agreed the mattress doesn't classify itself as FIRM, SOFT or whatever. However, I found it to be almost perfect, but my wife found it to be uncomfortable. The Purple material in this mattress needs to be 3" or more. We had considered upgrading to the Hybrid 4 inch purple, but we decided not to. My wife found it too expensive to upgrade and find the same mattress firmness. We just got rid of a Sealy Black Hybrid to get a split king. The comfort levels are noticeable, but we enjoy the ability to adjust each side independent of the other. If you have a choice, buy the hybrid and down grade, instead of buying the standard and wanting the hybrid (to get the thicker Purple material). If I had to do it all over, I would have bought the 4" hybrid and see my wife's opinion would have been different (not the cost, she will never spend so much for a mattress). She would only be able to compare the comfort between the expensive Sealy and Purple's best, not Purple's mediocre mattress. My recommendation to Purple manufacturers is produce a standard mattress with a choice of Purple size (2 inch to 5 inch). The Purple material is awesome and is everything the commercial says it is. However, when combined with the other materials in the mattress, it lacks something... our guess was thickness compared to the other materials in the mattress. I wouldn't crush an egg on my mattress, the Purple material alone... maybe. I have very little regret in this investment.

My wife and I have slept on the new mattress for 5 nights and our low backs are still hurting when we wake up in the morning. We were so hopeful that the mattress would work out but it looks like it is not going to work for us. We had to pay over $300 to ship it to Kauai. It is going to be a big hassle to try to get our money back because we are going to have to rent a truck to haul it somewhere to donate it and then we still will not get the $300 shipping refunded. Very disappointed.

I own 2 twin size Purple mattresses. I purchased 1 for my dad in 2013 and purchased the 2nd one for myself about 4 to 6 months later. I recently moved and upgraded myself to a queen size bed. I bought a queen mattress with the bed and after sleeping on it very uncomfortably for 1 yr; I contacted Purple in February 2021 and purchased a queen size Purple mattress. I will never purchase a mattress again that isn't a Purple Mattress. I absolutely love the Purple Mattress; I've had 2 back surgeries and this mattress is perfect and there are no annoying pressure points! I am an avid side sleeper; I've slept extremely well since receiving my new Purple Mattress. I would love to try their pillow too but need to save some money first.

Absolutely love this mattress. Have had two back surgeries and this mattress finally alleviates tension from long days. The only fault I can find with it is now it is a struggle to actually get out of bed in AM due to comfort level. Good problem to have!

My sheets arrived first, then weeks later I received my bed and the frame followed a few weeks later. Put it all together and it was worth the wait. Great night sleep and I didn't sleep hot at all for the first time ever. Amazing stuff, very pleased. Customer service is very helpful also. Thanks!

The Purple Mattress is so much better than my old innerspring. I chose Purple because it works with stomach sleepers, and that has held true for me. And also because Purple works better for those who might have an overheating problem, that has held true for me also (fewer night sweats). And surprisingly I can now lay on my side too (hip pain). The bedding is also very good, and I'm trying the weighted blanket for the first time tonight.

We have had our new mattress for 3 weeks and I hesitantly say...WE LOVE IT!!! Hesitantly, because we have tried a few mattresses over the course of our 19 year marriage and my husband likes them for the first few months and then the "nests" begin to set in and they are no longer comfortable. It has been awesome So far!!!!
