I switched from an incredibly cheap, thin spring mattress. I finally decided to get a new one, the Purple mattress. You weren't kidding about needed help getting it set up! I did it alone, and it was nearly impossible getting it up the stairs! Anyway, the first night was really uncomfortable. My back still hurt, I tossed and turned all night, and I woke up exhausted. But after the first week, I noticed improvements in my back pain. And then improvements in my posture. And now I sleep so well that I beat myself up about not buying this sooner!

From the moment the purple mattress entered our household I instantly fell in love. Anytime we have guests over the house I don't even hesitate before commanding them to go lay in our bed, the comfort I feel with this mattress is something that needs to be shared with the world. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother reading reviews on anything else, just buy a purple.

I have been dealing with back problems for years. All I can say is, I was in a the market for a better matress, I saw the "Egg Test Add", I liked the price and 100 day money back offer, ordered online, and on the first night sleep, I immediately noticed a huge difference the next day. I have a King with 3inch grid and I absolutely love it. I just ordered two twin XLs for my boys because they live my mattress so much. One mattress Arrived with a large tear. I took photos and the warranty department said that it was covered and that they would send a mattress cover to solve the issue. I still haven't received it and it has been over a month. I contacted them and they said that it was approved but hasn't shipped yet and that warranty issues take some time to process. I am being patient as I do believe they intend to fix this issue but having to wait over a month is what caused me to drop this to a four from a five. Had it been fixed right away or not been delivered damaged in the first place, it would have been a five all day.

So my husband convinced me to try this mattress I was skeptical because we have spent alot of money on various mattresses thru the years pillow top, tempura pedic and etc. But we ordered and have had several weeks and my first impression was that it was not a bed I got into and said awe this feels heavenly! But felt a little firm but I must say I have slept like a baby and my husband's constant back aches are so much better! I think everyone should give it a try! I'm really impressed and it take alot to impress me!! Thank u so much! I need my beauty sleep!!

The main worry I had buying this was where some people said that you may have to get used to it. Well, if getting used to it was falling asleep soon after they set up the mattresses and the PowerBase while playing with the remotes features, then I guess that means I'm used to it. There are simply no pressure points. Maybe that's what they were getting used to; the expectation of having to get into a particular position so that you can feel comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Is this bed worth the money? Sure! Does it really match up with those other $2000-3000 mattresses? Nope. I've had the purple mattress for about 2 months now. I am happy and sleeping comfortably. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high. I've laid on those over price mattress and went "wow"! The Purple mattress doesn't have the same affect. Would I recommend, sure! But I will note that it's not gonna blow you away.

I have been historically a hot sleeper, tossing and turning all night with a fan on me and sleeping with freezer packs for relief. My old mattress was memory foam. I got a Purple pillow and love it so I decided to give the mattress a try. WHAT A RELIEF. I use a sleep app and turned it on every night when I went to bed to see if I'm sleeping any better (prior to this mattress I was getting up at least 3 times because I was waking up sweating or something). I am now able to sleep at least 6-1/2 hours at a time (previously it was 2 or maybe 3 hours if I was lucky) and no sweating. My snoring is down, I feel good in the morning now. Give it a try!

I could only afford the original purple mattress. It's pretty firm compared to old my tuft and needle bed. I was looking for a cooler bed and I did achieve that. I live out in the desert so it's always hot for three fourths of the year. My only wish Was that the purple four would be a little bit more affordable, but maybe that'll be a bed I could graduate to in the future

This is our second Purple bed. They are fantastic. We have the queen and the king. And we have the sheet protector. Pros: not super thick, so it's not a huge pain to get on or move around; very comfortable; not hot; doesn't lose shape like our previous (non-purple) memory foam mattress; easy set up in great packaging. Cons: still very heavy; not fun to jump on (con for the kids). We fall asleep on it very quickly, wake up refreshed, everything you could hope for in a mattress.
