An amazing mattress, my neck and back pain are completely gone after sleeping on this mattress just a couple of nights. We are a family of 5 and I am going to replace our 4 other traditional mattresses with purple. So glad I jumped on this train wish I had done it sooner Bought the sheets as well and love them too!!!

I LOVE THIS BED! I'm a side sleeper and don't move much during the night. I was used to waking up with aches & pains in my shoulders and hips and my back would be stiff. NOT ANYMORE. I wake up feeling refreshed, like I've actually gotten a full night's rest. I don't feel tired and sluggish 3 hours after waking up. My partner sleeps every which way and says that the bed has reduced her tossing and turning. It's as if whichever position she ends up in, the mattress supports her body's choice. No more morning aches for her either! Everyone that comes to the house, we make them lay on the bed, them give a sales pitch as if we're making a commission (which, of course, we are not). Short version: with the money back guarantee, you can't go wrong! Also, purchased the mattress protector which I assume works as promised (haven't tested yet) but I believe is necessary to protect your warranty. Also, purchased the bed frame which is designed in a manner that allows for mega storage under the bed.

So let me start by saying a year ago my husband and I purchased a new mattress (not purple brand). In 1 year we already made a warranty claim and in just 3 months of having the warranty replacement were again having issues with the mattress sagging and being lumpy and uncomfortable. We would both wake in the morning with neck, back, and leg pains. We talked about it and read many reviews and figured for 100 nights we could give it a shot. I was extremely skeptical I would like it, the first 3-4 nights I was not pleased and felt no better than before. My husband insisted we give it a few more nights. Right about the week mark I started noticing I was sleeping much better and waking with no aches or pains. Its been almost a month and I can now say I look forward to going to bed at night. I love my purple!

I've always enjoyed soft comfortable beds because how they feel when you lay on them even though they give no back support really and are worse off on your back. Purple is able to give me the best of both worlds. I'm able to lay down in comfort but still able to sit right up in the morning and get out of bed with no problems or back pain. I work out of town during the week so I really look forward to coming home and sleeping on my purple mattress during the weekend. Another key thing to notice is how cool it stays. No matter how much body heat you give off, the mattress is breathable and able to dissipate the heat which is a huge plus for me! Thank you purple!!

So we really wanted to love the Purple mattress but ended up having to return. The reasons I give 5 stars: 1) I really do think it's a great mattress and you should try it. If it's not perfect, there's absolutely no problem getting your refund. 2) I've never dealt with better customer service. Seriously. Not a perfect fit? Literally no problem.

My husband and I had been in looking at mattresses. We heard about the purple, but we weren't sure about buying a mattress online. Finally after a terrible night of tossing and turning I purchased the purple. I figured that with such a good return policy I didn't really have anything to lose! It arrived sooner than we anticipated as the website said it wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks. It was so comfortable!! I had read reviews about how there might be an adjustment period of getting used to a new mattress. We lucked out and have slept so well since the first night! We both used to wake up with shoulder, back or hip pain. That has completely gone away since we have been sleeping on our purple!! Best purchase ever!!!

After spending countless hours researching every single online direct mattress. My wife and I decided to go with Purple. Honestly the only reason we chose them was their cheesy commercials were the best! On just the first night both my wife and I knew there would be no other mattresses in our house ever again. My wife sleeps on her back is about 135 lbs and 5'6". Loves it. Says if she has back pain during day, she can't wait to go to sleep so she can wake up and pain is gone! I am 6'3" tall and 205 lbs, sleep on sides normally, and it holds me perfectly. It's amazing how it feels hard, soft, firm, floating, all at the same time!

I love my purple mattress! Lot's of support yet not a brick. I'm actually sleeping now. Before I was lucky if I could get 2 to 3 hours of sleep without waking and then tossing and turning the rest of the time. Now I may wake up about once a night, but then fall right back to sleep until my alarm. So I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!!!!

I've had the mattress for a month now and it is simply fantastic! It's so comfortable that it's hard to get out of bed in the morning. My body pain has lessened as well. Every single position is comfortable! I would suggest buying this mattress. My parents also bought one for themselves after I told them how wonderful mine is. Even if you end up not liking it you can still return it due to the sleepers guarantee.

I love the idea of the purple mattress. I wish we'd been able to enjoy this one, but we experienced hip and back soreness within 1 night of sleeping on this and it only got progressively worse, especially for my wife. But I love the customer service which made the whole buying and returning process pleasant. They made us feel like human beings, which is refreshing in this day and age. Also, the sheets are marvelous, and the pillows...HEAVEN. I see no reason to EVER buy another pillow. I have the Tall one, my wife uses the medium pillow. We also enjoy the Ascent Adjustable base.
