the mattress is great. It doesn't leave any pressure points. I dont wake up with sore hips in the morning. I describe this mattress as a luxury firm bed. Its not the type that you lay on and sink into fluffiness. If you're looking for that, look at a different bed.

I love my Purple mattress. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they need to figure out a way to still have a successful mattress that isn't limited by what type of sheets you use or whether or not you utilize other items such as heated mattress pads. Limiting customers' options is not the best way to integrate your product into their lives.

Definitely a departure from the traditional mattress. I spent a lot of time researching the different models and decided on the original purple due to my weight, size and style of sleep. I've had the mattress almost a month now and the jury is still out. For back sleeping, it is certainly ideal, cool and comfortable. On the occasion I side sleep, I'm not getting the comfort on my shoulders (I may not weigh enough to adequately compress the top layer for proper support. At present, I have all intentions on keeping the Purple as it does seem to be a comfortable, cool, motion free bed. I would highly recommend the Purple line of mattresses to anyone looking to replace or update their current traditional mattress.

With my job i do alot of bending so i would go to bed hurting then waking up in 10x more pain with my old bed, made me wanna cry. I saw the ad one day an after looking it up an talking it over with my boyfriend we gave it a shot. When i woke up after the first night on the purple mattress it was beautiful an my back was pretty much gone. I enjoy going to bed now thanks to this bed.

I've enjoyed the mattress once it finally arrived but 4 weeks for the delivery wasn't what I was expecting. I understand that we are in a post-pandemic world so I did expect a delay but my biggest complaint was that the expectation wasn't set so I would have an understanding of the length of time for the delivery

I swapped out the standard purple (delivery guy picked it up) for the Purple 3 mattress in twin size due to still having hip pains when sleeping on my side and losing feeling in my arms due to shoulders. I am 200 lbs. So far this Purple 3 hasn't made a difference. I will give it a couple more weeks and will be looking again at memory foam and maybe a doctor. But the mattress is nice and much better than the standard mattresses out there and customer service is excellent!

We decided we needed to change the way we sleep. We were never completely rested, and it took me entirely too long to fall asleep. The first night I slept on our Purple mattress, I fell asleep incredibly quickly and did not wake up til 8 hours passed. This hadn't happened for about 6 years. I'm amazed. We sleep cool and restful. I have to admit that I had been sleeping on a traditional spring mattress, that after only two years, had a "me shaped" spoon-like hole in the middle of it. My back has been killing me for a long time, and I just attributed that to my getting older. I'm 66. When I got my new Purple mattress, I opened it up and laid on it, like people do when they get something new, and surprisingly didn't move an inch for 45 minutes. It was SO comfortable. What is interesting is that over the next few days, I realized that although I always thought I was a side sleeper, I found that I love sleeping on my back too. I just never had a mattress that would be comfortable sleeping on my back. I've had the Purple mattress for a couple of months now, and I mean this literally: I wake up in the morning, and the first thought on my mind is, "this is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept in". I loved my purple mattress.

We love our bed! I never imagined I would write a review for a mattress but I really believe everyone should own one of these! I've suffered from headaches that start in my neck for as long as I can remember...3 months with this bed and not. A. Single. One! The fact that my husband (over 6ft fall and 180lb) and myself ( 5ft tall and 100lb) can both sleep comfortably on this bed is amazing! It doesn't stay as cool as I was originally hoping, but it's so comfortable that I hardly even notice. Best bed ever.

Even though I loved the mattress and was very happy with my purchase I had to return it. My husband complained it wasn't firm enough for him and was getting back pains. In my opinion, this mattress is the perfect combination of soft and firm. I had no problems with it. I give customer service 5 stars. They truly do their best to accommodate the customer. We were told to donate our mattress to a charitable organization in order to receive a refund. We did that. It went to a family who lost all their belongings to a house fire. It is good to know it didn't go to waste. Over all I was very impressed with this company. I would totally buy it again from them. Excellent product and A++ customer service.
