Not comfortable at all, gave me lower back aches. Had my brother try it, also wasn't able to sleep on it comfortably. I missed the return by 3 days from their 100 day policy. Disappointed for not keeping track of the days and for not having another option given like a partial refund or something.

I love this mattress! Ever since i was a teenager i would have to get a new mattress every 6 months to a year, my back is simply "the worst". My husband and i bought the purple mattress and I notice a huge difference from week 1; Seriously? no more back pain at all?? I love going to bed at night and coming home from work to take a nap on it, my chiropractor no longer knows my name (trust me this is a good thing). It's bouncy, not too hot, sleeping with my husband isn't an issue (until i want the bed for myself)... This list of positives could go on forever, It really is the best mattress and night sleep I've ever had!

I know this review is long, but I want to be thorough. The Mattress Itself: I wish I had listened to the 1 star reviews before purchasing our mattress. My fiancé and I ordered the Purple mattress hoping that Purple's claims of innovation and comfort would hold true, but soon came to realize that Purple just has a really good marketing team. The mattress was extremely firm and we both experienced excruciating back, hip, and shoulder pain. Purple claims: "The Purple® Mattress is made from a patented Hyper-Elastic Polymer which can help prevent back, hip, and shoulder discomfort." Interesting. Their pillows also have a design flaw that pushes air into your ears and causes pain. The Return Process/Customer Service: When we went to return our mattress, we were informed that Purple does not have a delivery service that they will have come pick up your mattress, they will "try" and find someone to pick it up as soon as they can, but they are in Utah so there is only so much they can do. They will even ask for your assistance in finding someone to come pick it up the mattress that you were not satisfied with - whether that be a charity, disposal company, and they went as far as to suggest that I "ask my local pastor". Since we wanted to return the mattress they tried to charge us for the promotional frame that originally came for free (which was bent and extremely difficult to put together). Purple says you have 100 days to return the mattress. What they do not tell you is that those 100 nights include you proving to them that the mattress has been junked or is in the hands of a charity. If you give the mattress a chance for 90 nights and call on the 90th day, but no one can come pick up your mattress within 11 days (which is out of your control) you are out of luck & will not get a refund so beware of all of this. Our refund also took almost 2 weeks to receive. They will most likely leave a generic, automated, very impersonal response to my review as they do for all low star reviews. Telling me to call customer service. I have and that is what prompted me to write this review. Thanks for reading hope this helps.

All I can say is that it's a good thing that the mattress has a 10 year warranty. after about 2-3 years, our purple 1 already started to break down and sag in areas on the mattress. This caused me to lay unevenly on the mattress and is giving me all sorts of back pain which totally negated entire reason of purchasing this mattress in the first place. After sending pictures and answering questions I finally get a new mattress sent, but since the pick up service they use did not service my area I now have to take steps on my own for the removal of the old king size mattress. Which I will have to pay for. I'm disappointed with this purchase, and pretty much everything else that has happened afterward.

This bed is absolutely amazing! My back doesn't hurt anymore, I sleep all night and my wife is able to fall asleep quickly now that we have our new Purple bed. It's like laying on a marshmallow... I don't know how to describe it but it's a perfect mix of firm and soft.

I have NEVER invested in a mattress. I am 40, and I was so tired of waking up stiff and sore. I decided it was time that I invested in feeling better and sleeping better. I knew mattresses could be expensive, but i made up my mind I was going to take the plunge. Fortunately, due to covid, I was able to take a different approach, I called and made an appointment with a local mattress retailer, i asked him to turn over, or hide all the prices before i got there. (I didn't want to make a decision based on cost) I laid on EVERY bed in the store and bought the one most comfortable. I came home with a King size Purple 3. I can not say enough good things about this mattress, I sleep better, feel better, wake up refreshed and ready for the day for the first time in 15 years. And, best of all, it was NOWHERE near the most expensive one in the store. Thank you Purple for such an amazing product, Highly recommend to all

I ordered a purple mattress and a couple accessories online with a 1-3 week estimate. My accessories arrived within a week and I got a shipping notice that my mattress shipped a couple days later. After a couple days my mattress stopped getting updates from FedEx. Purple customer service stated they had a contact at FedEx that stated they found the mattress and I'd have it right away. A week later I still didn't get it and called FedEx. They stated the mattress was lost a long time ago. I contacted purple and they stated they would expedite a new one after a couple days. They never did and just kept stating I'd definitely get it in a couple days over and over. Finally they ghosted my emails and I had to call. They gave me crap about the accessories being past 30 days and wanted me to pay to ship them back. I stated I was willing to pay extra for a hybrid if they could ship it in couple days and never responded. I asked to cancel my mattress order since it's been a month with no telling when/if I would get one. I'm still waiting for them to actually cancel my mattress order so I can finally buy a bed from somewhere else that won't lie to me over and over. it's a shame as I really think I'd like the product.

I got my Purple mid-July, but was moving, so I didn't get to open it until August 1st. Tomorrow will be my first full week of sleeping on it. I messed my back up a little over a week ago from moving, so I haven't been able to enjoy the bed like I want. But it's super comfortable, especially on my hips and shoulders since I sleep in my side. I can't sleep on my back or stomach yet without discomfort from a previous injury, but I'm sure will be able to once healed.

I was hesitant to order a mattress online, but am so glad that I did. The mattress is soft yet firm - the perfect balance for sleeping on it. I look forward to getting into bed now just because it is so comfortable! So happy with my purchase. I don't feel like I'll ever have to go to another mattress store again.

I spent 3400 on a temperpedic mattress 2 years ago and let me tell you it had me going to the chiropractor every week . Never again memory foam!!! I love the Purple you somehow feel "lighter" because of how the purple cradles all your pressure points. I'm a side sleeper so with my temperpedic I'd have leg spasms because my hip would dip in to far also my shoulder would hurt to because of the "Stuck feeling " of memory foam. The purple really does make your spine aligned and is the best overall comfort I ve ever had in a mattress it's supportive but soft and if you do change position it rebounds very quickly unlike memory foam And I've never got hot in the Purple So looks like I'll save money on my chiropractor bill and it was worth every penny my next mattress in the future will be another purple Oh and the purple sheets are nice to
