I wake up every morning as a new person. I used to have back problem but after using purple bed the back pain has gone. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends! It is one of my best investment I made. Your body heals while you sleep and with purple bed helps!

I have 3 stars for the great price, super fast delivery and easy set up. However, comfort wise, I'd have to give it two stars. It's not as cooling as we were sold on. It holds my husbands body heat. We wake up hot. As far as comfort, I'm trying to hold out hope that my body adjusts to the bed in the recommended time frame. I wake up so sore and am barely sleeping. At this point, I'm waiting for the 21 day return period to return it. Such a bummer.

At 26 years old, I should be able to sleep on the sidewalk and wake up feeling decent. I am a side sleeper majority of the night. Within 5 minutes, my shoulder and hips were going numb, causing me to toss and turn constantly. Laying on my back feels like there's zero support on the lower back, causing lower back aches. It's only been two nights. No way I could go the whole 30 day adjustment period. Will be returning. Of course, I bought the entire setup. Sheets, mattress protector (which sounds like a track suit from the 80's when you move), and frame; which are all non returnable. It is Dec 27th and I am staying in a hotel on new years eve. I can't wait to sleep in a real bed. Even a hotel one.

It has been over 30 days and neither me or my wife have been able to sleep comfortably on these mattresses. Her back hurts every morning. My shoulders, arms and hands all fall asleep. I can easily feel the square spaces on the mattress. I have yet to get a good night sleep, but have kept resisting returning them as I had faith we would like them sooner or later. I have gotten the best sheets they suggested etc. Unfortunately for us these are going to be returned if they won't adjust to our bodies. I will update more near the end of Feb if I can suffer the sleep deprivation that long!

Pros: Very comfortable and supportive at the same time. Springy feeling. Easy to get in and out of. Never feel stuck/sunken in feeling. Keeps cool throughout the night. High quality materials. Cons: Edge support not the greatest Other thoughts: I wish the bed was thicker/taller.

Hello Mommy Bear here, My husband bought this bed hoping to finally find his "not to soft, not to hard" idea of perfection. Well he found it. About dang time. He finally wakes up in the morning without complaining of back pain and complains no longer of his pressure points going numb. So this bed is the real deal. Even at 9 months pregnant I was able to find a comfy spot. Now that all of the baby bears are here, they are battling us for a spot. The customer service here is sweeter than honey too. Really you guys are awesome. Our first delivery was wet and you sent us a new one after I sent some photos of the yellow stain that appeared after drying. With all that sweet stuff being said, you can't always get all the honey without getting stung. My husband and I found that we can not use a waterproof mattress cover without taking away from the "good feeling" of the mattress. Remember those baby bears? Yeah, you'd be surprise how much bodily fluids those kids make so a protector is a must. Other than that purple mattress is the bees knees!

I ordered this bed after reading tons of many positive reviews. It arrived by the date promised and was easy to open. I had opened a memory foam mattress topper for my previous mattress and there was an unpleasant smell that lasted for weeks. No such thing with the Purple mattress. I was surprised at first at how firm it is and was initially not pleased. I changed my mind after the second night when I woke up with no back pain. It took a few days of adjusting but I love the mattress now and continue to be pain-free in the mornings!

Mattress arrived on time and in perfect shape. However, once I opened the mattress, it seems to be a few inches shorter than expected - the box springs and the bed frame are both standard size. However, the mattress is a few inches shorter in length. Not sure if this is a defect, or not.

I've tried this internet mattress and another one, and the other one was great too but this one is perfect. The delivery experience was great, and it wasn't too tough to set up solo (I'm a single lady and did it myself with no issues, though I was aided by quite a few glasses of wine).

I'm 6'2" 215 lbs. I found the bed very comfortable for back sleeping, but I prefer to sleep on my side. It is a bit firm for side sleeping, some shoulder and neck pain. Highly rated review for fantastic customer service. Upgrading to test hybrid 3, hope it works out.
