The buying and set up experience was easy. The mattress is very different - in a good way - and comfortable for me, but my wife isn't sold yet. I don't wake up in pain like I did with my old mattress, so that's good. We bought the mattress cover in case we decided to return the mattress, but it is very noisy and "crinkly". Will probably spend a few more nights on it before we decide whether to keep it or not.

Was really really thrilled whenever I received my King sized purple mattress and pillow but I am now living in a smaller apartment and don't use it anymore because my girlfriend has a mattress. But overall the nights I slept with the purple mattress were great nights definitely loved the mattress .

I like the bed, very comfy. But I don't know if it's just me...I've been sleeping on it for three weeks now and my lower back is killing me. Kind of bummed because I really wanted this bed to be it. On the plus side, such a nice company with great customer service!

The first couple of weeks I loved the mattress, my husband had a bad back and he said that it didn't feel any different so we gave it some time to "break in" now 2 months later and his back still hurts, recently my lower back has started to hurt and it's hard to get up out of bed. Wish I would have listened to my husband and returned it after a couple of weeks of having it and got a softer one :( I gave 3 stars because it's not a bad bed. We just prefer something softer.

I often wake up on top of dampness because of sweating. I never had this problem with a conventional mattress. I thought it would be less film and more soft. I spent a lot of money because everything advertised lead me to believe it was cooler and softer. I wish I could return it for a full refund so I could buy a real mattress.

Wow. Just wow. This bed has literally changed my life! After having years of back pain from crappy mattresses this bed had me sleeping like a baby in days. The support is incredible while not being too hard or too soft. And if you roll over in the middle of the night there's nothing to disturb your partner.. I have finally found myself sleeping through the night! The pillow is perfect too. I am officially won over by the purple brand.

We got a Purple after our mattress of 8 years started rolling us into the middle of the bed and could not be happier. It took almost two weeks for us both to get used to the firmness of it and for some aches to stop but now we both sleep wonderfully. Highly recommend!

I recently bought this bed for my grandpa who has slept on a temp bed for almost 10 years. After 2 weeks of sleeping on this bed his back and knee pains have improved and also sleeps through the night. Once this bed is paid off I'm definitely getting one for myself. Great bed I have already referred 7 people and would recommend this bed to everyone and I haven't even slept on it.

I first tried a casper mattress and it left my wife with some serious hip pain. She said the casper was better than our 10 year old Simmons. I decided since casper and people gave us a 100 day trial, I ordered the purple around day 30 since the casper seemed to be giving my wife issues. Within one or two nights on purple, my wife's hip soreness was gone. I weigh 270 and I don't notice a major difference in comfort between the 2 mattresses. My theory is that I don't get the same benefit of the top layer that lighter sleepers might get. I would be interested in different recommended thicknesses of the top layer based on weight. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. It is appropriately priced. I don't think it is a tempurpedic replacement, but it's a good midline option.

Is a outstanding bed nice and comfy, but also coming from someone that used to sleep on a cot I've been using it and my back pain is barley even there I can fell it going away sleep after sleep but some thing they could work on but who doesn't, for sure a great bed and about the best 1500 I have ever spent bed is nice, quiet and comfortable, I mean what else can you ask for..... way to go purple ✌️
