1. Return process is very poorly designed. It is not up to the customer to initiate the process. Customer must talk to an agent to set it up. It took almost three weeks to be able to get a hold of an agent(Pandemic issues). There wasn't other options in place handy for the customer who is wishing to return a product. 2. FedEx had us put the Mattress on our front porch, and never came to pick it up on time. We ended up dragging it all the way to FedEx store, who wanted to charge us $200 for the return, because we didn't have any return labels. We called Purple again, and were placed on hold for 45 minutes, finally someone picked up, and emailed us return labels, and had to talk to the FedEx agent to give them some "unique code." 3. Here's a question for you! If you were us, would you ever purchase a purple product again???

We have to purples, one king and one cali king... the regular king slot great but the mattress never got to looking like a mattress. The sides are curled up and won't quite sit down flat, which make sleeping toward the edges in comfortable. Now, I am 6'8 300 lbs so I finally was convinced by the most beautiful woman on the planet to just get the cali king since I don't fit on the regular king (even though she doesn't like the cali length) it sleeps way better for me and the mattress it self didn't have any of the issues our king did. Don't get me wrong the king slept great but didn't live up to our expectations. No complaints about the cali king though. It is phenomenal!

Ordered a queen online, got a king size. The packaging doesn't list a model # or sku anywhere, so you don't know what you have. The weight on the label matched the item we ordered, but not what we got. Not easy to get these people on the phone at all. 45 minute plus waits 1st day, multiple 20 plus minute waits 2nd day, and never got anyone the 2nd day--disconnected while on hold. No offer to rush it, no pricing concessions offered. Nearly 2 days later...no tracking #. I get that shipping a 110 lb item rushed isn't easy or cheap, but they seemed to not care at all about the situation. I would absolutely never recommend this company based on limited service capabilities.

I personally don't get the hype of the purple mattress. I am on my 2nd one due to my first one being defective and filing a warranty claim. I will say they were great about sending me a new mattress but now that I've had the new one for 2ish weeks I'm not loving it. My back is still killing me no matter what position I sleep on. I've tried on my back, left side, right side and even attempted my stomach for part of the night last night. I would recommend trying a different brand however I personally have tried many different mattresses and feel like they all suck eventually. A friend bought both tuft and needle and purple the same time and split nights on each one and ultimately kept the tuft and needle and sent back the purple so I may go that route as well

At first we had a really soft mattress and then decided to go with purple. The first night both my husband and I woke up with back pain. The second night was better. And then got better and better by each day. I think our bodies just weren't used to a semi firm mattress. But we love it now.

We bought the original queen mattress back in 2017 and we loved it. However, it started sagging and we requested a warranty replacement. That process was very simple and even during the extended shipping times, we received the mattress pretty quick. I was so excited to have our new Purple but that was short lived. The new design is way to firm and is nothing like what we purchased back in 2017. I wake up so sore with back and hip pain. My fiancé and I can not get comfortable and spend hours tossing and turning. With our first purchase, it was great. I even stopped going to the chiropractor that's how well it supported us. Now with this model, I've been back to my chiropractor every week. Worst thing is, since it was a warranty replacement, it's past the 100 night trial. What a ripoff seeing as this is a new design so it should qualify for the 100 night trial. So disappointed in Purple. I used to rave about this mattress, now not so much. :(

The mattress took some adjusting since I previously had a vet soft mattress. After a week or two I plan on keeping my purple mattress. The only critique I do have is being able to feel the square design pattern in the mattress its self! Nothing a thin topper couldn't fix!

My husband and I bought this mattress in hopes to help his troubled back. After about 3 to 4 weeks, we discovered his back pain was no better and mine had started to hurt! So, we are in the process of getting our refund, and I have to say the people at purple are amazing! The return process has been a very easy one, and the representative I have dealt with has been so kind. Thank you for letting us try it out!

We have never slept better and now find it even harder to get out of bed! But seriously, less tossing and turning, no more being woken up by eachothers movement, and couldn't be happier. I just wish we hadn't waited so long to take the plunge to a new mattress!

Night 1 review. I'm a woman in the middle of perimenopause (hot flashes and night sweats), and I also have scoliosis in the lower vertebrae of my spine. I suffered a herniated disc 12 years ago, and thankfully that hasn't recurred, but back, shoulder and neck pain has. I am mostly a back sleeper, with occasional side sleeping. WOW!! My first night left me in almost zero pain, even with finding myself sleeping on my side. First ever! And only a tiny bit of heat (only my bum so I have started again taking Black Cohosh to nip that in the bud cuz it is perimenopause and not the mattress), so I expect no issues for Night 2. I will review again closer to Night 100. Oh - and the sheets are divine!
