The first night sleeping on the King sized Purple was like sleeping on a cloud surrounded by Unicorns with money falling from the sky! Just something about it that makes every ache and pain feel better. We also found that our packaging was damaged and the extra items that are shipped with the bed were missing. I submitted a support ticket and Amanda B. responded right away and was able to send the missing items out asap. I enjoy how the company has a sort of quirky and silly way of doing business which is awesome and fun, and Amanda B. is a perfect example of what a customer service rep should be. Awesome job Purple for having a great business ethic and hiring reps like Amanda B.

I love the mattress. I love how the platform base gives me more under-bed storage room. I love how I can comfortably sleep on my back for the first time in years and not feel my muscles tensing up to accommodate for posture. I would buy Purple again in a heartbeat. There is just one problem in my opinion. Even after making my purchase, I am still barraged by ads for Purple everywhere I browse online. It is getting rather ludicrous. I already bought your product and I'm a satisfied customer, you don't need to keep pushing your product with me.

We have slept on our Purple King size mattress for 7 months now and this mattress has changed our lives. Before our purple, my partner tossed and turned all night keeping both of us awake - not to mention being sweaty during the summer and waking up with stiff bodies from sleeping wrong. Now, we sleep soundly through the entire night and this mattress kept us cool all summer long. It is so comfortable that when I travel for work or vacations all I can think about is I wish this mattress was a Purple. I would recommend getting purple sheets with your mattress.

We've had the purple mattress for about a month now, unfortunately my wife and I are experiencing back pains and stiffness in the morning when we get up. Sorry for the bad report but we're just being honest. We'll hang in there a little longer and keep you posted.

Not only do my husband and I love this mattress for ourselves (we've been sleeping on it since 2016), but we have discovered that it's amazing for co-sleepers, too. Firm enough to be safe for baby, and the design allows for an adult to sleep next to baby without the baby rolling toward the adult. AND... if you have to sneak away, there is no motion transfer to wake the baby! We couldn't be happier. Purple customers for life!

I purchased and returned the XL Twin.The only reason for the return was the purchase was for my daughter and she had just purchased bedding for a full. I am looking to make a purchase for myself in the coming months. The experience was very pleasant, and the return seamless. I was very happy with the total experience.

I have struggled for years to find the perfect mattress and to be able to sleep all night. I have finally found my answer. The Purple mattress took some debating whether or not to purchase but my wife and I are glad we did. I have not been able to get a full night's sleep for years and now for the past three weeks I am glad to say I have slept a full night(at least 6 hours) for me. This is the best purchase that we have made and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mattress!

I used to do what they called "sleep flail" - I would just toss around from side to back to front, whatever felt comfortable. The older I get, the less I found myself doing that. Probably because I'd get sore sleeping any other way than on my left side. I definitely haven't slept on my stomach since high school. But the night they delivered the Purple bed, I woke up in the morning, from a deep sleep, on my stomach. I was floored! Basically, this mattress is so comfortable - supportive, but yielding in exactly the right way - that my body can sleep in any position it wants. I've noted this freedom to move significantly cuts down on any soreness upon waking up. In particular, the morning pain my lower back that I had just written off as "getting older" is almost 100% gone, and I've only had the bed for about a month. The only thing I am unsure about is that now, when I do sleep on my side, the pillow that I have does not seem like it "goes" with the mattress - like somehow it doesn't support my head in a complimentary way. This could be as simple as "I need a new pillow," of course. I like the mattress so much, though, that I'm definitely not opposed to just seeing if getting the Purple pillow fixes that issue as well! Overall, I love my bed, and I actually look forward to going to sleep. (And I'm a night owl, lol.) They can pry this mattress out from under my cold dead body - no need for a 100 night trial for me!

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and after being burned too many times by traditional mattress stores we knew we wanted to try an internet mattress. After doing our research I fell in love with the Purple design and convinced my wife this was the one we should try... After an honest wait of 3.5 weeks for our king size purple mattress, sheets, and mattress protector, I must admit the first night was a disaster. Both my wife and I tossed and turned all night, we were hot/cold, and overall when we woke up both of us agreed it wasn't for us. My wife convinced me that we should give it two weeks to see if we would adjust. We are at the 3-week mark now and we both agree that we are sleeping better now then we ever did. The sheets are the real MVP of the package though, I have never felt anything so soft on a bed. Even so much so we already ordered a second set. While the mattress does take a serious adjustment period, if you see it though, there's no doubt you settle into deep sleeps night after night. The reason for the "4-star" review, is the mattress protector. I am sorry to say this just wasn't for us. We wanted to love the whole package all together, and if we just bought the mattress and the sheets, this would have been a Grand Slam. When you throw the mattress protector in the mix, the package turns into just a two-run homer. The protector is a little odd, just enough wind breaker material to convince you there's a liquid barrier but a very weird feeling when paired with those wonderful sheets. Bottom line is we brag about our Purple mattress every chance we get ~ weddings/parties/at work. In a short 3-weeks, it has changed the way I sleep. The sheets are second to none, even if you aren't looking for a mattress, if you want to get an idea of what kind of company Purple is, order the sheets. I will continue to recommend the Purple to any and all who speak with me about it.

I've had sleep problems going into my 30's. I travel a lot and sleep outside frequently and usually my best sleep is outdoors. I've had sleep issues for so long I just accepted it. I won't go to a doctor cause they are all just pushing meds and I've never been ill from it. I bought this bed mostly for comfort. It surpassed that and actually I sleep much better again. I would never dream unless I was drunk or took NyQuil. Honestly I dream every night now and I stay asleep once I'm asleep. I don't struggle often to pass out and the bed is very comfortable that it lulls you to sleep. I don't post reviews ever but purple deserves a excellent rating for allowing me to dream again.
