I'm so happy that I brought this mattress. My back pain once bothered me so much,till I didn't want to go to work. From the first night on this cal king,my life has changed. I often find myself feeling that my life is so much more better now because of this mattress. I brought the mattress,sheets, protector and the bed stand. Don't hesitate. Financing is awesome. I'm smiling everyday!! Thanks purple. Time for the seat cushions now!!

When I purchased my Purple, it was to replace my old SleepNumber bed. Purple's commercials are not only clever, but made complete sense to me. With the 100 day trial, why not give it a try? So we got the King, loved it, wanted more, and decided to upgrade to the Split King Powerbase and pillows. ITS AWESOME! The product is well-thought-out. Equally stellar, and this is just as important, is the Customer Service. I needed help with the exchange process and they were wonderful. When I call them I feel like I'm talking to a friendly neighbor from America. No call center located in India. I have been getting relief for my back, hip, and neck pain with the mattress, I love the adjust-ability of the powerbase, and I love the wave massage too. I got all of this at half the price SleepNumber charges for the same features. Thank you, Purple!

We purchased the purple mattress in a queen size to replace a temperpedic that was sagging after a few years (we are heavier people). It is for our guest room now and people who hated the temperpedic, are now waking up to tell us how awesome the bed is. I can't vouch for how it holds up for every night use or for frequent heavier people sleeping....but when I replace my king size I'm most likely gonna get a purple

I received my purple mattress literally one day before I left to go work out of town. Though I only got one nights of sleep on it, it's extremely comfortable and the price for it is fantastic. My fiancé has slept on it every night since it's arrived and her hip and lower back back has subsided. She loves it and says it's the most comfortable mattress she's slept on. The bed stand is very solid and easily assembled and I enjoy all the space for storage under it. We will be keeping our purple and once it's time to replace it, it will be replaced with another purple.

Like many of you, you want the best bed for the buck. This bed was totally worth it. I loved it from day one to day 450+ of lovely sleep. I switched from a bob-o-pedic bed and thought that I would miss it and nothing else was better. Also had the sleep number bed, which is crap compared to the Purple Mattress. I needed a solution to my problems: degenerative disc issues, sacroiliac joint pain, and I am a side sleeper. So I need something for shoulder, spine and hip support. Now that I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, I can honestly say that I am sleeping as comfortable as a prego can sleep compared to the bobopedic mattress that I had with my first baby. My hubby, on the other hand, is a back sleeper and he loves going to bed. We both wake up with no pain and night of good rest. Our three year old won't sleep in her bed now, even during nap time because she loves our bed. I almost feel guilty for wanting to purchase a full-size mattress for her because she's a toddler. The only downside which really isn't a downside is how heavy this beast is. We have a king size mattress and its super heavy to move around. Thankfully we don't move our bed that often. I suggest finding the perfect location for it first and then unbagging it. The mattress cover and sheets are amazing. I would go all the way and get the whole set. We spend a huge chunk of our lives sleeping and investing in good sleep is totally worth it.

The mattress is soft for my taste. However the purple team handing the returns is very slow at responding. The initial call to start setting up the returns took over 40 minutes. Also it's a shame that the mattress couldn't be donated and has to be picked up to get junked tomorrow.

Bought this mattress nearly a month ago. I've tried multiple different types of mattress in the past few year, each one affording it's own problems to my back problems. So far so good with the purple. This bed is unlike anything I've tried before. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing relief from back pain.

The whole 100 night free trial was what brought us in. It hasn't been 100 nights and already know we're keeping it. Pricey, yes... but with it. Wife is 110lbs, I'm 190lbs and it's comfortable for both of us! Thanks Purple. Hilarious emails also, you'll know what I mean when you get them.

I LOVE my Purple. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. But I am currently having some body heat issues that may be unrelated, although they are different from what I experienced before. I am going to try different sheets on the bed (I am using the Purple ones) to see if that makes a difference. BUT - when I wake up I can get out of bed with out feeling stiff, NOTHING hurts and even my old ankles are working just fine. LOVE the bed, hoping the heat issues I'm having are from the sheets.

Believe it or not the review I'm writing is positive I wanted to give it 1 star so just maybe someone has or had the same problem as me.. So I bought the original purple matress for my girlfriends son and loved it and wanted to buy one for us so we talked and decided the purple 4 would be a perfect fit for us. The guys showed us to set it up for us everything is ready to go and it is so hard to sleep on .. we figured a few nights sleeping on it will break it in that didn't work so I start jumping on it walking on it whatever I had to do to break this matress in.. so we slept on it for a week and it was so bad we were at the point of sending it back and getting the original purple cause we knew we liked that one.. it turns out that the matress was upside down when the cover was put on so it look like it was supposed to look when we got it. We only just took the cover off flipped the matress and put it back on and it's quite a bit more comfy so this is probably more around a 4 star time will tell still haven't slept on it on the right side.. if your matress is so uncomfortable check to see if the matress isn't upside down before you give up cause we were close to
