Only downside to this bed is that I couldn't afford one of the new purple beds at the time of my purchase . I purchased the original purple bed after having back pain from my old bed and needing a larger one since getting married. Took about a week to get used to the bed, and now a month in I'm sleeping great. It's pretty much impossible to describe the way it feels. Save up for the one you want. You will not be disappointed.

I have never been a huge fan of memory foam, so I decided to go with the Purple Mattress. It is simply the most comfortable surface I have ever sat or laid on. It has a little bounce and is very supportive for my back and nerve pain in my arms and legs. I also don't ever feel my partner on her side of the bed.

Great mattress. Very soft & yet supportive. Before Purple, I couldn't remember when I had a good nights sleep. I have 3 of these mattresses, so clearly I love them. The last one I ordered for my dad, and there was a snafu with the shipping. It was Fedex that made the error, but the purple team reached out afterwards and made sure things were good, and sent me a set of sheets for the trouble. If you have a bad back like most of us, this is the mattress for you. There is nothing else like it period.

I have two different seat cushions, the pillow and now the mattress. I could not be happier. No more waking up with stiff shoulders and hips. I am 71 and arthritis is attacking me. This bed is the best!! I didn't expect it to feel the way it does at all. Squishy yet firm. We make everyone lay on our bed that Comes to visit to see how it feels. You can feel the grid of the purple but I've never found it bothersome or to interfere with my comfort. I've never had a better nights sleep than what I have with this mattress. -the sheets they sell to go along with the bed are so soft and stretchy. I recommend buying them with the mattress

This mattress was always too firm for us. We did everything they suggested we do- we walked on it, used it for a month, tried sleeping in different positions, but in the end never were very happy with it. What we were GENUINELY happy with was the truly 100% money-back, hassle-free return. They were awesome about it when we asked to return it.
