We definitely can tell a difference. My husband sweats all night and I usually change the sheets every day. Now I can go a few days before changing sheets. This mattress does not get hot. I suffer from chronic back pain due to my job as a nurse constantly lifting and moving patients. It took three days for me to get use to the mattress. I now wake up with less pain. I love the mattress, if I could undo time I would get the purple 4? But I have no complaints and I'm very glad about my purchase.

I was super exited to receive my purple queen sized matresss about 2.5 months ago. They said it would take a couple weeks to adjust and now I'm going on 90 days and i still sleep like I did on my old off brand mattress. It's also starting to form an indentation to my body just after 90 days! How!? I'm 170 lbs.

Great mattress. Back feels better. It's very comfortable! So far it's been worth every penny. Some of my friends layed on it for a few minutes and thought it was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend purple to anyone I know looking to buy a new mattress!

We had a "memory foam" mattress prior to purchasing a purple. I'm usually a side sleeper so my shoulders and hips would ache every morning. I'd wake up feeling like I slept on a cement slate. Im 28 and I was trying to tell myself for the longest time that it was just me getting older. I finally had enough and ordered a purple because it seems the best overall for any sleeper. It came rolled up, so it was pretty easy to carry up to my NYC apartment. Once it fluffed up, which maybe took 3 minutes, I laid on it and nearly cried. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I would've paid twice as much as I did for it. I have never slept so well in my life. I also hit the jackpot because they had a promo where we could add on sheets for no additional charge. Holy Moly they are so soft and cool to the touch, so that comes in handy when you sleep next to a furnace person. Now my current issue is finding motivation to get out of bed every morning.

Everything is great this bed is great and I sleep pretty well most of the time. When I dong sleep well it's due to my pillows hurting my neck so I'll be looking at pillows next. Anywho no matter if I sleep on my side or back the mattress always supports my body so my back never hurts, side note I also have seen the bags under my eyes subdued because I am actually rested. I say all and all, money well spent. Thank you

Not what I was expecting. I had hoped for a good night sleep but find myself tossing around all night trying to get comfortable. I also bought the purple mattress cover,the purple sheets and the purple pillow. The sheets are hot and very stretchy making it hard to get comfortable. the pillow compresses during the night and ends up more of a wedge. Since it only has a head-specific Smart Comfort Grid on one side I can not flip it over. I continually rotate it to keep from sliding off the slope. I have found it a little more comfortable to sleep on the airbag side but it is hard to change the air pressure because the pillow case zipper has a very small pull tab and is hard to hold onto to unzip when changing the air pressure.

I have only known boxspring mattresses and was long overdue a new mattress. So did a lot of research and looked to see what was good for a stomach sleeper like me. I was a bit skeptical at first. When it arrived there was a little bit of a smell the first week, but the first time I sat on it I knew this was a good purchase! Love this mattress, has just the right amount of comfort and support!

I am such a restless sleeper that my wife has banished me to the guest room. Getting comfortable enough to fall asleep had been a major challenge until I got a Purple mattress. It adapts to all the many positions I take in the course of a night and I am comfortable in all of them. It adapts to your position just as advertised. It supports and conforms to your body yet still allows you to move/slide around until you are comfortable. I am old, fat and use a C-PAP and this mattress is just what I need.

My journey began with back and neck pain every morning. It was getting so bad it was hard to stand in the morning. I finally said enough is enough! But where do you start with so many options out there?! I mean it is seriously ridiculous! My mom brought the Purple mattress to my attention after seeing a commercial. It was one I had not checked into yet. When I went online to learn about it the commercials made me laugh...but so did the price. I continued to look at all the options and was getting frustrated. My husband was the one who urged me to really look into the Purple mattress. I read reviews, watched all the Purple videos they provide, but the youtube reviews sold me and helped me decide the Purple 3 was the one for us. Check out the reviews...you can also find reviews that compare them with other mattresses. I found it very helpful. So we took the plunge and ordered the Purple 3, the mattress protector, the platform base and received a free pillow. The pillow arrived first....let's just say it is 10.5 pounds! The first night it made my arm fall asleep because it is so heavy. But I adjusted my arm style (no longer under the pillow) and I have not looked back. Within a week my neck pain was gone! and has been for three weeks now! I am never going back to another pillow ever! It will just be odd to travel with a 10.5 pound pillow. I was getting very excited because the next week the mattress was coming. But also sick to my stomach...what if I hated the mattress?! The 100 day trial put me a little at ease. Finally the very heavy bed came, the delivery guys said it was very heavy and you could tell they struggled a little. But once it was in the room we had no problems! My first touch of the Purple mattress was interesting, because I could feel the purple matrix. After that first touch I never noticed it again. I am a back and side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and we find the Purple 3 to be perfect! Two weeks later and I have no back pain. I am also so well rested that I have not had caffeine in over a week! Never thought that would happen. I sleep soundly and so does my husband since I am not tossing and turning or waking up from over heating. This is a dream! The only down side is that I love this bed so much I don't want to get out of it and I find myself wanting to go to bed earlier and earlier. I know it has only been two weeks...but if I am already pain free I can't see it changing. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Thanks Purple!

As the instructions say that your body needs a fe weeks to adjust and align. We have had our king purple mattress for about 4 weeks now and I tend to sleep really well on my back. It seemed to be a bit hard in the beginning. My wife and I are both getting more used to the bed but it has taken a few weeks to get over the firmness. So far so good!
