Purple Mattress has been great to me. I have never once in my memory been able to sleep comfortably on my back. After a few weeks on the purple mattress, I am sleeping better all around, never wake up with back pain, and can even sleep on my back for a hour and still be comfortable. As soon as I first laid on the mattress, I could feel the purple grid moving to conform to my body and provide support where I needed it. Great product.

I spent the past 15 years sleeping on a sleep number bed which was wonderful. I was starting to have trouble being comfortable no matter what my " number" selection was in the past year. After researching mattresses I thought I felt confident in my purple mattress. I got it in a timely matter and it was fairly easy to set up. My husband has been away for the last year due to military duties and I decided to treat myself to a new mattress while he was gone. I kept giving time for my back to get used to it, it never quite did. My husband has returned and is so uncomfortable and I feel so bad getting the classic purple and him coming home to another uncomfortable bed. Should have upgraded and now we are both stuck in fairly new, uncomfortable bed and are back to researching other companies.

I was newly pregnant and dealing with night sweats and severe back pain. I would toss and turn and felt so exhausted in the morning. My husband mentioned seeing Purple coming out with a new mattress .. and I said lets do it.. we got the sheets also which are just as amazing. Our first night was an adjustment , the purple mattress is so different from any other we have tried. After night 1 , we were both so amazed In how much better we sleep. Keep in mind I have a growing belly and cannot sleep in many positions but this mattress keeps me cradled and supported all night. I don't sweat at night either ! I thought that was a symptom of pregnancy but apparently it was my old mattress retaining heat. Do yourself a favor and buy this mattress ! We went with the 4 .. the only thing I regret is that we didn't purchase it sooner.

The best that I've ever bought I have bad back problems and really use all the pressure there is no pressure when I'm laying on the bed I wish I could just live in that bad it's such a great bed I've tried therapeutic music beds they didn't work this thing is the greatest bed

First and foremost we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the mattress!!!!! We tell everyone about it! Have it for 2 years now! Unfortunately we can't say the same about the sheets. We received our first set and LOVED the soft feeling but they started getting holes in them. Contacted customer service and they were awesome and received another set! We were pumped! Except within a very short amount of time they too started getting little holes in them because the fabric is so thin :( wouldn't recommend the sheets. Such a bummer because while we give our great mattress reviews we have to tell others not to get the sheets :(

Three years ago I had to have back surgery due to a blown disc. After my surgery I had to sleep with a pillow under/between my knees (depending on my sleeping position) or suffer great pain upon waking. My sister had a purple mattress and I laid on it a couple of times and loved it, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase one. One of the best decisions I've ever made! I no longer have to sleep with a pillow under my knees because the mattress perfectly aligns my spine and I never wake up with pain. I will never not have a purple mattress in my life!

I asked that same question myself. I had a sleep number bed with 5" of memory foam on top of it..... this was get away from the camping feeling everytime I laid done.... and was sleeping in a recliner for back pain relief.. I went with a purple bed and I am totally happy with it.. I dont need a topper anymore and i dont wake up with drenched sheets in the morning from the heat retention of memory foam... I will amit it takes abit to get use to the bounce factor you get from the design but that because i was use the waking up in THE HOLE of memory foam.... The sides could be a little stiffer but i wouldn't change a thing.. Great product and highly recommend it...

My wife and I previously owned a pillow top king mattress and decided that it was time to upgrade to something that could really support our backs. We did plenty of research and decided to go with purple because the science makes sense. They couldn't explain it any more clear on how their product is better than their competition. Haven't regretted our purchase at all. If it ever comes time to purchase a new bed in the future, Purple is the way we will go for sure!

I am very happy so far. I do wake up with a sore neck and headache so I believe it is a pillow issue. Still testing it out before making a decision. My boyfriend says his shoulders are sore but he still wants to give the bed some time before making a decision as well.
