Much to my dismay, my wife was swayed by the clever marketing and hype surrounding the Purple mattress. Because there is a 100 day money-back no pressure, no commitments trial and free shipping, I agreed to the trial. I figured that we would quickly see that all of the hype was inflated at best. I expected a glorified air bed or run-of-the-mill memory foam. I was quite surprised by the fun little purple burrito that was delivered to my door. Even more surprising was the fact that the Purple mattress is ready for sleeping as soon as you release it from its cocoon. It does not need any time to acclimate to it's new surroundings. It does not require training or affirmation. It simply does its job straight outta Compton. This is not the millennial mattress that I expected. The first night was a blur. I remember laying down and then waking up the next morning. I'm not sure if the Purple mattress is soaked in lavender or if it truly does live up to the hype. I assume that magic sleep spell expires after 10 years. Seriously, a 10 year warranty on a mattress!? This is unbelievable! Am I buying into the hype? Sure, I'm much more alert during the day because I'm sleeping all the way through the night without tossing and turning. Yes, the Purple mattress fully supports me and feels great. For the first time ever, I can sleep on my back without feeling the need to turn over for more comfort. Why is my favorite color now purple? What are the long-term affects of the Purple mattress? My husband slept great on the mattress within the first few days of getting it. However, it took me nearly a month to get adjusted to the bed! Now that I'm adjusted, I sleep so well and never wake up with back pain like I did with our previous memory foam mattress. Our King size purple mattress was a little bit awkward to carry upstairs in the house but well worth the effort to get it set up! My husband also used to struggle with getting too hot and waking up sweating with our memory foam mattress and this has not been an issue with the Purple mattress! So far, we love our Purple mattress and definitely recommend it!!

The Purple experience is very different in that there is absolutely no pressure points regardless of sleeping positions you choose. Get up each morning with No Back Stiffness or Pains. What a difference a little Purple makes! I doubled my "bedtime" from the first day. Usually had to getup several times each night and move around to remain mobile in the morning. Now with the Purple, I can go 6-8 hours and feel refreshed and well rested. And that's no Bull!

I finally gave in and got this bed. Ive always had trouble falling asleep and have back issues/ body aches and pains. After using this bed not only do i fall asleep faster, im more well rested and my back pain is not nearly as bad in the morning also! Love this bed

I ordered a cheaper memory foam mattress online and only had it for 2 weeks before it looked sunken in & I woke up with back pain every morning. Finally I decided the money was well worth it & ordered a Purple mattress. I'm so glad I did! No more back pain, my weight is evenly distributed, all my pressure points are relieved, and there is no transfer of movement across the mattress. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We've had the Queen Pirple for 2.5 months now. The mattress came shipped in cool packaging and was easy to set up. In general, we like the mattress. The only downsides have been (1) we've tried a few different sheet sets and none of them stay on the mattress very well. They slip off the corners easier than what we've experienced with other mattresses and (2) insleep pretty hot and it is normal for me to wake up completely soaked ever since we got this mattress. Even my husband gets night sweats now (didn't used to). The mattress is very comfortable (right combination of firm and soft), but we're just so hot! Overall, good but not great.

My husband and I are cuddlers, and comfort is very important to a great sleep! Our senior aches and pains took several weeks, but slowly they all eased to a happy place! We are both very happy that we chose Purple! Thank you for the reasonable price!

We're so in love with our Purple mattress! We've had our original for almost 4 years and needed a second one for our beach house (obviously). The king gives us a little extra room to stretch out & the platform is a must! Easy to set up and amazing to sleep on. I also recommend the purple pillow, a pillow that finally supports my head & neck!

Ordered a queen online, got a king size. The packaging doesn't list a model # or sku anywhere, so you don't know what you have. The weight on the label matched the item we ordered, but not what we got. Not easy to get these people on the phone at all. 45 minute plus waits 1st day, multiple 20 plus minute waits 2nd day, and never got anyone the 2nd day--disconnected while on hold. No offer to rush it, no pricing concessions offered. Nearly 2 days later...no tracking #. I get that shipping a 110 lb item rushed isn't easy or cheap, but they seemed to not care at all about the situation. I would absolutely never recommend this company based on limited service capabilities.
