The bed is amazing, however, the fedex shipping was terrible.. the deliver guy left the bed outside the front door without so much as a knock and my very pregnant girlfriend had to drag it inside by herself. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. She also had to drag the bed frame in herself.

We bought three Purple mattresses for a second home we bought in South Carolina. My husband was sick when we were there last so we've actually used two of themSo far we are very pleased. They are a little less firm than our tempurpedic we sleep on at home. But that is a good thing as it is a little firm. I would definitely recommend.

We have an old saying.. The Bed Monster will get you! If you get into a comfortable bed then the Bed Monster will not let you out! You will get stuck there in slumber.. and that is what you have created at Purple! If I get within a couple of feet of that bed.. the Bed Monster grabs me and off to sleep I go! Thank you!

ive had the same mattress since I was 13, I needed a new mattress and I did my research and I decided on purple. It was delivered rather quickly and I was so exited. The first couple of nights I couldn't sleep a wink (I think out of pure excitement, anticipation and, change) but once I got used to the change, I don't think I've ever been this comfortable in my life. Every day I'm sitting at my desk at work counting down the hours until I can go home and lay in my bed. I fully recommend this bed to everyone that will listen to me. Well done purlple people, well done!

The first time I tried the mattress I thought "oh no, this is really strange, I can feel the individual lines of the grid like bumps". Didn't take long and that is no longer noticeable...what is noticeable is that I have been waking up in the same position that I fall asleep in and somehow I've been falling asleep on my back (even though the past few years I've only been able to fall asleep on my stomach). It's definitely a different feel then normal memory foam mattresses and of course normal old school mattresses but that's a good thing. I am hopeful it will age better than average foam beds as well. Fingers crossed!

I have the original purple mattress, and couldn't be happier! I have read other reviews where the people said they needed to get used to the feeling of the mattress, but that was not my case. Mine was love at first night. I am typically a very hot sleeper and the cooling properties of this mattress have helped me beyond expectations. If I was mattress shopping today, I can truthfully say I would pick the same mattress over again, which I think is the highest praise you can give any product you've bought.

I haven't been able to sleep on my back comfortably in a few years. Now with this mattress I can finally sleep on my back again without discomfort and I stay asleep longer. I dreamed about getting a purple for years and even tried one out in a showroom once. I'm so glad we finally upgraded and I am NOT disappointed.

I am also a disabled veteran. I have had every ligament in my knees repaired in various ways, and have very little cartilage left. They tell me I'm too young for knee replacements, so I deal. I'm an oil field truck driver to pay the bills. Over the course of the work-day, the pain travels from my knees to my hips and up my back, eventually ending in my neck, all of which have arthritis already. When doctors ask to rate your pain, I would say mine hits 8/10 every night I work. I also have severe sleep apnea and have never been able to sleep on my back until Purple. The mattress I had before I bought a Purple was a pillow top spring and foam thing that felt comfortable at first, but I found that I woke up still in pain and even managed to tear my rotator cuff in my sleep somehow. I still don't know how that works. My roommate suggested a new mattress might be the answer, but I am cheap! I have had people recommend Purple mattresses to me, so I looked into them. I used Affirm to purchase a Queen original purple at 0% interest. The first night I had the Purple mattress, I slept deeper and longer than I have slept in years. I refer to it as "Drool-sleep". I didn't notice any unpleasant scents. The pressure relief is noticeable, even when laying on my side in my hips and knees. I have also noticed that my spine is in a much better line no matter sleep position. Back, side, stomach, I use them all. My CPAP AHI score went from 5 to 1.3. I'm not saying it works miracles! It might not work for everyone. Some mornings, I still wake up creaky and a little groggy. But I find that I want to sleep so much more and I wake up with much less pain. I can't take naps any more. They turn into accidental sleep marathons. Even my dogs love the new mattress and wake me up so they can take it over. My only complaint is that I keep being late for work because I don't want to get out of bed!

I have slept on inner-spring plush mattresses for my entire life. I found myself suddenly tired all of the time! No amount of sleep, excercise, diet, or caffeine could fix my energy levels. I was sleeping so much to try and feel rested, I was getting bedsores. My body hated sleeping. I felt so desperate to try anything. My sister told me about the Purple Mattress. That first night, I must've slept for over 12 hours. I have never felt so refreshed or rested. And I didn't get bedsores. Whether I slept for 4 hours or 16 hours, I always felt rested and comfortable. The Purple Mattress allows my body to get the rest it needs. I don't know what I would've done with the Purple Mattress. It seems like it saved my life!

Was really really thrilled whenever I received my King sized purple mattress and pillow but I am now living in a smaller apartment and don't use it anymore because my girlfriend has a mattress. But overall the nights I slept with the purple mattress were great nights definitely loved the mattress .
