I named my review "Purple Wonders" because the Purplebed is wonderful. I have never slept so good in my life. I really don't think I slept this good as a child. The motionless mattress is amazing because now my husband nor I bother each other if one of us come to bed later than the other. We absolutely love the Purplebed.

We took a chance on the mattress and have been very pleased with it. I give it 5 stars for comfort and firmness/softness. I like a pillow top mattress to fit the curves, unfortunately pillow tops eventually get worn down where you sleep. This mattress is comfortable and fits your curves without a bulky pillow top, so my mattress isn't princess and the pea high and yet it is comfortable. We have really tested how long you can lay on this mattress without back pain, and it is amazing. My husband and I both got very sick with a cold, and were in bed for several days, and no back pain! My only sadness is you need stretchy sheets, and I will have to buy some, but that's a small price to pay for this kind of comfort.

I am on night two and so far hate it. I got it because it is what my husband wanted. He sleeps like a baby on it. Woke up with a head ache from no sleep, my shoulders killed me all day and my knee joints hurt. I'm supposed to try it for 30 days but here it is night 2 and I'm still awake at 1:30 a.m. I'm usually asleep by 9:30. I have a 1 year old to be up with at 6:30. The 30 days won't happen. I may be returning this mattress here soon.

Love would be an understatement. Friends purposefully get too drunk so they have to spend the night because my mattress is so comfortable. When I am traveling and I lay down at night I actually count down the days until I will be reunited with my purple mattress. I used to have a 5inch down mattress topper that made even the most vile of college dorm mattresses comfortable, but I have kicked that to the curb and just sleep on purple the way it comes because it is JUST THAT GOOD. Just buy it and try it. If I am wrong you get your money back so just trust me, nameless internet person. I am a reliable source.

After realizing we did not need the Purple platform we ordered with our mattress I inquired about returning the unopened box. The reply was a curt, "I'm sorry to inform you that we are unable to process your request as sales on platform bases are final." I was directed to the website where this information is made available. Seems we did not see this info when ordering the platform. Their absolute for no returns on the platform runs counter to their very generous return policy on the mattress. So it's a bit confusing. What's more confusing is their reason - "due to the nature of the product." What's the nature? Our frame is perfectly functional in an unopened box that someone else could certainly use. The email signature of the reply I received included two other points of confusion. One, a phone number for customer delight and two, the email sender's title, "Returns Guru" - how can you be a returns guru if you refuse returns and fail to delight your customer? I did reply with questions to better understand their point of view yet their speed of responding has been much slower than the immediate response to my original inquiry. No response as of this writing. As for the Purple mattress. It's decent, sleeps well and is better than the old mattress that it replaced. I'm not enamored with the mattress like many people seem to be. It was cool watching it expand after removing the packaging.

Wow what a difference, my boyfriend and I haven't slept better! He's a back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper, we both love it. I'm purchasing another pillow as well, we got a free one with the purchase of the mattress. It contours to your head and neck perfectly. Now my boyfriend won't sleep without it, which means I need another one!

I remember getting into bed but then all of the sudden my alarm is going off. I used to toss and turn all night leaving me tired all day. Now with purple I remember nothing at night. I feel rested and ready for the day. I'm so happy with this bed. Thank you purple!

I absolutely love this mattress. I am currently pregnant and would get really bad hip pain on our old mattress, no more pain or soreness on my Purple. Unfortunately my husband has not been sleeping as well on our Purple as he did our old mattress so I had to knock down a star for honesty. He says when he sleeps on his back he can sleep comfortably but when he sleeps on his side he wakes up with his back out of whack.

The first week or so was AMAZING. My husband and I were so happy with our purchase. BUT... now it seems like my side sags where I lay. My hips, and back have hurt the last couple of days after I wake up. Which, is really discouraging considering what we are spending on this bed. :( I'm going to sleep in a different bed soon to see if I can actual feel a difference and decide whether or not keep the purple or what.

My back pain is gone. I sleep almost through the night now (which is a massive improvement for me) and I just really never want to leave my bed anymore. So yeah, I highly recommend this bed. Also the platform. And the sheets are the softest ever. Also these sheets do not pull up at the corners, or come off at all, so that's a win as well.
