I had a high end spring mattress with a thick pillow top. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable the Purple mattress was. My wife and I didn't experience an adjustment period. We knew right away that we were very happy with the bed. We're a few months in and still extremely pleased. I'm 6'2", 225 pounds and she is tiny. We both get great sleep on our Purple mattress.

My husband was not thrilled at me ordering a mattress online. I tease him calling him princess and the pea when it comes to sleeping. Had a temper pedic looked at a new temper pedic split king could not get over the price. What got my attention was their funny videos and a friend had a Purple mattress. Did my research and I felt I was making the best decision for what we needed and wanted. My husband had neck surgery 3 artificial disks in his neck. If he does not get the support he needs he suffers for days. Easy set up we got split king, power base, pillows, mattress protector and sheets. After the second night my husband told me this is one of the best purchases I have ever made worth the money. Had our last mattress for 10 years. Once we got the new bed I did not realize had bad I was sleeping. I wake up with no aches and feel refreshed. I am telling all my friends if you need a new mattress check out Purple. I am 6' 2" 300lbs. I am a big guy by any definition. I have struggled with back pain for a decade. Frequently my morning back pain is so back I can barely walk for the first hour after I get up. I've now been sleeping on the purple mattress for over a month and no longer have any morning back pain. It took about 3 nights to figure out how to get truly comfortable, now I sleep through the night and wake up without any pain. I used to wake up at 3 am with intense pain and have to go sleep in a recliner, now I sleep clear through my alarm. If you are a big guy, you need this bed. It is a deal at twice the price. Seriously, big guys need this bed.

If you're a back sleeper like me you will absolutely love this bed. It will feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. Occasionally I will toss on my side or stomach, in that case it would feel like the best bed anymore. When you're on your side it feels somewhat hard it's weird. I am mainly a back sleeper though and I love this bed for that.

Was very upset as a previous purple mattress owner! The new mattress was not the same as the first one I bought years ago. The new one had way too much memory phone and the pillows were just cut out of left over mattress. Very cheaply made also way too heavy

wow i had a sleep number and it just didn't feel great when i woke up i was sore and tired and since getting the purple bed i sleep better and i feel better getting up with out moaning and groaning if you think you need a new bed then you do trust me don't wait just get this thing you wont regret it

Foremost this is a quality mattress. Its firm, soft, and supportive all at the same time and my back is loving it. I'm a huge fan (so is my wife!)and I will never go back to a traditional spring mattress or airbed mattress with a foam topper sewed in ( yes really they are just air mattresses dressed up and marketed as adjustable). Also don't be fooled by the thickness. I had this monstrous plush mattress with a pillow top and a foam top that was super thick. Thick doesn't = comfort..... Also it didn't do my back any favors. The purple mattress is half the thickness but offers far more support and comfort than that bulky thing ever did. Still in doubt try it for 100 days..... My only regret is I wish I would have bought it sooner. Also I researched a variety of Foam mattresses. What drew me to purple was the latex topper. My shoulders+ back are loving the support.

I had been having severe shoulder pain. My former mattress was 12 years old and began sagging. With the shoulder pain and sagging I knew it was time for a new mattress. My shoulder pain really is gone, and also my entire life I haven't been able to sleep for long periods on my left side because somehow the way my hips are, it hurts my left hip. With Purple I actually not only sleep on my left side, but I seem to sleep on my left side even more than my right! Thanks Purple!

I slept on the same cheap mattress for over four years before I finally decided I needed an upgrade. I heard about Purple on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. It was delivered very quickly and I have really enjoyed it. It was a very different feel than what I was used to and it took a few days or so to adjust to the difference, but now I love it. The first time I slept on my old mattress (which is now at my parents' house) since I got Purple, I realized just how terrible that mattress was and how awesome my Purple mattress is. I don't have a history of back problems so I can't speak to that, but I think it is very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone. At least give it a try! Why not? You get 100 days and a full refund if you don't love it.
