I'm not sure how I feel about this yet (it's been a few weeks so far). Going to give it more time before I decide whether I like it or not. The "free" sheets that I got with the bed (I was not given a choice) felt disgusting and I donated them immediately. All spandex and synthetic materials.

We spent the weekend visiting friends in VA. Their guest bedroom had a purple mattress. After that visit we had our very own sent to us with in a week and a half of returning home. There was no going back to our other mattress. Hands down the best mattress we've ever slept on!!

I couldn't lie on my other bed for more than ten minutes without feeling back and hip pain, i'd wake up countless times throughout the night but I'd go right back to sleep so I just thought it was an age thing (im 43). Every morning i'd wake up with hip and back pain. As a 12 year veteran massage therapist I consider my self to be an expert in pain management. I'm in great shape and really don't ever hurt (except after lying on my bed, and don't think i'm old at all). This bed was awesome! no more pain at all and I sleep throughout the night, I love it!

I was sleeping on an air mattress until I got my purple mattress and although my back did hurt the first couple nights I couldn't imagine life without it! I love being able to sleep through the night with no pain and waking up refreshed and not wanting to get out of bed because I'm just too comfortable rather than too tired.

This mattress in incredibly comfortable! My lower back and shoulder pain I was waking up with every day has gone away. I am a side sleeper, and this mattress has the right amount of support, while also being soft and oh so comfy. I tried a different bed in a box brand before trying Purple, and I am so glad I made the switch!

The Purple mattress is everything you promised it would be. Whenever anyone complains about there bed I always encourage them to purchase the Purple mattress. You would think I own stock in the company or something like that but I don't. I just love the mattress and people.

I recently told a friend of mine that I didn't think I'd ever buy a mattress online because I preferred to test it out in the store first. For some reason, after reading reviews on all of the different mattresses (and having a horrible customer experience at a different retailer) I decided to buy the Purple mattress. All of this talk about pressure point relief & "best sleep you'll ever have". Nope. The mattress was not wrapped the way the instructions said they would be, and it was a nightmare to get it out. Got my workout for the day. Still, I couldn't wait to climb into bed that night & get the first good sleep I've had in years. Nope. It's firm, which I wasn't expecting. I still have to shift around during the night because my shoulder or my hip is sore. I've had it for 2 weeks now. I know they say to give it 30 days, but it sure seems like I should've seen some improvement by now. I got about 4 hours last night. Is it going to be worth the hassle to return it? I don't know. What I do know is that I have never spent this much on a mattress before, and I can definitely say it wasn't worth it. I'm so sad & disappointed.

I bought a purple mattress about a year ago, and my husband just loved it. He's a late night early morning person. The morning after his first night sleeping on the purple mattress, he didn't get up by the time I was ready for work. When I got home from work I asked him why he slept so late and he said, "that d___ mattress didn't want to let go of minut head!". I just bought a second people mattress and gave it to my daughter and son in law. My son in law overslept by for hours. He was supposed to be at work at eight my daughter called him at 12 and he was still sleeping!!!! Every person who lay on the people mattress didn't want to get up!!!! I'm going to have to get ME another purple mattress as soon as I finish paying the one I just bought, which will be in six months I also love the sheets. It's like being wrapped in a cloud. It's so soft and keeps me warm on cod nights and it's still cool during summer. .

It Does everything they claim it does and it is very comfortable. It took us about a week and a half to fully acclimate and once we did it got even more comfy. Kind of pricey but definitely a cut above. One downside is the actual heavy weight of the mattress makes it hard to lift when changing sheets. It's a nice mattress overall.

I apparently don't weigh enough to really get the full effects of the mattress, but it hugs my body just right! It's like sleeping on clouds, I wake up so well rested! I don't feel when my husband moves next to me anymore and we don't have squeaky springs that interrupt my sleep! We purchased the original purple mattress and I am a stomach sleeper. We also purchased the mattress protector and it's so stealthy we don't even know it's there.
