I have really enjoyed this mattress but must say that my hubby is not adjusting well. He is very tall and also overweight, has two disc messed up and drives one of our trucks every day. Sometimes he will rest ok for several hours but usually moves to his recliner during night. My next purchase will prob be the adjustable frame.

So happy with new mattress! Took about a week to get used to, but that's typical with any new mattress. I love that's it's cool and doesn't move when dog jumps on bed or when husband comes to bed after I'm asleep. It did take a month for mattress and almost two for frame, but it was worth the wait!!!

I decided it was time for a new mattress when I was waking up sore. I decided to give purple a try, what did I have to lose with their 100 night guarantee? Well, I can't rave enough about how comfortable my Purple 3 is. This mattress totally relieves all pressure points and sleeps cool! I often used to wake up drenched in sweat with my old mattress, but so far, in the couple of months that I've been having my Purple, this has not happened once!

I had a tempur pedic that was getting up there in age and was no longer giving me support. Went with purple this time around and its been great! Temperatures are still cool where I live but I'm confident the mattress will be better than the tempur pedic was in the summer months.

I used to wake up nearly every day with pain. Whether it was back pain, neck pain, whatever pain it was there. Ever since I been sleeping on the purple mattress I have little to NO PAIN. It's amazing! Truly impressed and I'm so glad that I got this bed.

We are in love with our purple. It breathes great, it's just the right amount of squishy, its response time when you move is immediate, I can roll over without waking up the wife, my back feels great when I wake up, I am always excited when bed time rolls around. the future of mattresses is here!

This mattress is leaps and bounds better than what I was currently sleeping on- I will admit it took me some time getting used to as my old bed was very old and very insufficient but after about 3 weeks of waking up feeling as though I'd just done a workout, I started to get almost full nights of sleep and waking up with no back pin which was my main issue with my previous mattress. My only issue is that it seems a bit thinner than my previous pillow top so the fitted sheets I have tend to crumple in the middle or come off. I will probably just need to invest in new fitted sheets with new elastic at the edges but it's a small issue with such a good bed.

Within 7 months my bed rubber began to break down and got very soft on the side I slept on. I rotated my mattress monthly. It was the same on both sides...the upper half. You could literally sit in middle of tbed and tilt over to soft side. This made the pain in my back much worse. Customer service was absolutely fantastic. They issued me a replacement mattress...and now I'm one happy camper again. I will make note, I am an over weight gal, but not even close to the weight limit on this mattress. I was also told that this was just a bad batch of the rubber. I GIVE them 3 stars for now, just because this has happened. I will raise the rating to 5 IF I don't have this issue again. Right at this moment with the replacement mattress it's a 5. Well see how it goes. My fingers are crossed! But I want to emphasize..the customer service was awesome.

Bought mattress for my elderly parents and the shipping by Fed-Ex was delayed 2 times. When it was finally delivered, the box was left outside and the delivery person didn't ring or knock to alert them of the delivery. We were later informed that it was signed for by someone that didn't exist in their complex. They got help to move it inside and they love it.

Mattress is fine. No major issues so far. But ... don't forget to see the fine print on everything else. You really can't return anything else (even if you order it by mistake). I ordered a queen mattress, queen frame, queen sheets but accidentally got the twin mattress protector. Purple's response Tough luck. Give it away (because you paid for it).
