I don't like this mattress. I've slept on it since the day I got it, and I've been giving it a chance for weeks and I've only gotten a backache. Sorry, but I feel like I haven't gotten my money's worth since my last mattress, which I got for free on the side of the road, is much more comfortable. Glad the company is asking for feedback.

We have been sleeping on our King size Purple for a few weeks now. We love it! My spouse was skeptical at first but the 100 night free return won her over. I used to sleep on a heating pad almost every night due to low back pain and now rarely do. I don't toss and turn as much at night which leads to more rest. We have recommended this mattress to several friends!

This is my second purple mattress. The first one was a queen and this one was a king. It arrived misshaped and with flat spots where the foam isn't properly squishy. It looks obviously deformed by the naked eye, without even needing to push on it. The first one we bought has had no issues, but this one is defective. The warranty process seems not only difficult -- but impossible. They simply do not reply. I've been updating these tickets and its been over a week with no response from Purple. I contacted their support department 3 times now and each time they tell me "Our warranty team is about 8 days behind on emails" or "Our warranty team is 14 days behind on emails". I get that they have a ton of backlog of messages but they could take a minute or two and acknowledge the issue so we can rest easier knowing it will be resolved. All the meanwhile, my wife and I have this defective mattress to sleep on. I was a happy Purple customer with my first purchase going fine, but the way this is being handled put such a bad taste in my mouth. The Purple is a great value mattress but if you have any sort of issues with it, their refund/warranty process is not as described and at this point, the claims are fraudulent.

We've had our original Purple mattress since December 2017 and it has been the best purchase, by far. Unfortunately, my husband now snores because of the deep sleep he gets, but he always doesn't wake up with back pain anymore. Being pregnant while sleeping on the Purple mattress was very comfy! I was able to sleep sound almost all the way to the end; by then I did have to bust out the good ol' pregnancy pillow. Our baby now prefers to sleep on Purple! I tell everyone to at least try Purple before committing to another. Sleep has definitely improved since that cold December day.

We just unraveled the mattress, the platform bed, two pillows, and sheets. I am in LOVE. I got in a car accident years ago, and my back has been suffering ever since. My husband was waking up often not able to move his neck. We had been sleeping on a mattress that creaked with every slight movement and sunk right where we lay every night. We just took a nap on the new bed and woke up refreshed. I cannot wait for the first full night on this marvelous bed!

I am 37 weeks pregnant and having a lot of trouble sleeping. My husband and I decided to spend part of our tax return on a Purple mattress. We ordered it April 4th and it is nearly May 4th. We are very disappointed, but eagerly awaiting a better nights sleep...

The mattress arrived amazingly fast which was great because I was moving into a new place so I didn't have to spend any nights on the floor. It is very comfy but be prepared for a different feel from typical mattresses. You almost feel like you are 'floating' in a way because you don't sink into the mattress unless you sit on it or do something else that puts a lot of pressure on it. I've been sleeping on it for almost a month now and haven't had any problems and feel like I get great sleep.

I have had this mattress for about 3 months and so far its been fairly comfortable. on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being vary hard its probably a 6 or 7 on the firmness scale. the only thing i don't like about it really is it sleeps hot around the lower back and hip area witch has caused me to want to sleep on my side half the night instead of on my back as is normal. I am looking forward to seeing how it will stand up over time as i am a very big guy.

Purple service was great, but the mattress just hasn't completely blown my mind, but my husband loves it! My hubs: ~200lbs, 6ft3, side sleeper. Me: ~150lbs, 5ft2, side/stomach sleeper. He's slept like a baby since day one. It took me at least a month to get used to, and even now, I still have some hip/lowerback pain on occasion (my body adjusts to it better when I'm home for long periods of time. Anytime I come back from a few weeks of work travel, I have to re-adjust :( ). I wanted it to be the game-changer I had hoped for, but I realize that might just not exist for me. It is definitely way better than the old mattress I had, though, so props for that!

Excellent mattress, we sleep so much better on this. I still wake up to change positions through the night, but i associate that with lingering shoulder injuries. We didn't spring for the sheets (I really like the ones I have) and with the purple mattress, I don't have to constantly put the fitted sheet back over the corners because it stays like it should. The mattress is a little shorter than i expected, but I can deal with it for a trade of a better nights sleep.
