When we saw that our Purple Log was delivered we instantly got excited. We hurried up and moved the old mattress out and brought the Purple mattress upstairs. I can say that bringing this purple log in to the house and upstairs was a sight, we could have won America's funniest home videos for sure:) We opened it up with the opener sent with it and unrolled it. Once we got it in place we both flopped down on it and totally did not want to get up. We have had it for a few weeks now and my lower back issues and waking up with a headache every day are a thing of the past!! Which makes the entire family:) We also have the royal purple cushion, I totally wish I had one for seat in the house, but for now I bring it with me!! Thank you for digging in to the science end of it and making a great product!!

Pros: Very comfortable and supportive at the same time. Springy feeling. Easy to get in and out of. Never feel stuck/sunken in feeling. Keeps cool throughout the night. High quality materials. Cons: Edge support not the greatest Other thoughts: I wish the bed was thicker/taller.

Hello, I would like to buy your mattress with the 4in plastic top, before you used to Ofer it but now you can only get it in the spring mattress but not on the original mattress, that is a shame, I do not like spring mattress, it would be great that you could sell the original mattress with the 4 inch plastic top

I'm obsessed, like seriously. I had my old mattress for so long that the worn out, sunken in-ness had just become normal for me. Rewind to me in bed, uncomfortable and not knowing it, watching YouTube videos and seeing an ad about the "raw egg test" & I was sold. As a marketer myself, I have high expectations of digital ads and yours was an absolute success. It was honestly the first digital ad that I've probably ever watched all the way through and I'm glad I did. So props to your advertising team, I always watch part (if not all!) of your ads when they pop up because they're so entertaining. So, congrats on what I expect to be incredibly high video completion rates. Fast forward to my actual purchasing of the mattress. You all made it so easy to purchase even with a payment plan. And then comes your account management, incredible. My wait wasn't even terribly long and yet you still sent me a few emails reminding me that you haven't forgotten about me and where my mattress was in the process. I appreciated that so, so much. I also loved learning more about the company and your processes. Now, the back/shoulder pain I experienced with my old mattress has been mitigated and I'm getting some of the best sleep of my life. So, my 5 star rating goes to your engineers, marketers, account managers, those who put my favorite mattress together and EVERYONE! After having slept on the mattress for about three weeks, I can say my wife and I are sleeping better than we can remember sleeping in a long time (maybe better than ever). The mattress is extremely comfortable for both of us. Purple has managed to achieve a balance that works for my wife (she normallly prefers a soft mattress) and me (I normally prefer a firm mattress). We would not want to change anything about how it feels. As a plus, movement doesn't transfer, so we don't wake each other up every time we shift or roll to a side. We previously had one of the top-brand air mattresses. If the Purple mattress continues to deliver, we won't ever go back to air or springs.

We bought our first Purple mattress months ago. I loved it right away and my husband took about 5 days to adjust to it. However, right away we noticed we had less back/shoulder pain. I was pregnant and immediately had less hip pain. I'm a serious side sleeper and the Purple is so nice for side sleepers! We love it so much, we just bought another Purple mattress for our guest bed. We want them to rest well also!
