So I was skeptical 100% about this mattress but the results were clear in the first week. I read this and that between purple and ghost bed and I didn't know what to choose but since it offered a month guarantee or return it I said it couldn't hurt. At the first 3 days, i felt like this was uncomfortable and not what I thought my body didn't adjust right. That actually was purple realigning our bodies to how it should be! I was waking up cracking my back neck arms everything that my girlfriend thought I died. With purple, i would instinctively just try to crack my neck and back when I wake up and not one crack. On the first two days, this bothered me like how? why? and then it hit me purple is fixing me up day 1. Ever since it's been a month almost and I sleep cool, calm, and instant with no pains whatsoever. If you do feel pains like I did the first week it's your body adjusting back to how it should be. Purple was the best choice for me for a while and I will definitely get the pillows and other things in the future!

I was a little scared about all the purple powder comments... there was NONE! I'm glad I switched from my regular box spring mattress, it wasn't even that old, and I'm sleeping better ! I really was skeptical because I didn't have major pain issues except for low back pain and neck pain a lot from sleeping in one position too long. On this mattress I actually don't toss and turn and im amazed I sleep in one position for pretty much all night, I really wasn't expecting that. I'm really happy I decided to spend my hard earned money on this AND the base and sheets! It's worth it if you need a change, what really sealed it was the 100 day try it thing and the payment plan.

I couldn't exactly say that it's like sleeping on a cloud, mostly because whenever I have a moment to think about the mattress, I'm usually already fast asleep. The process of unfolding the mattress is the hardest part about the thing, and the lack of a firm edge creates an interesting brainfart as you attempt to put clean sheets on every few weeks. It is, a mattress, and it seems to tick all the boxes, including ones I wasn't sure existed because, science. I look forward to falling asleep at night (is that weird?). All in all, I'm so happy with this mattress i think I may have to Zzz.....

To the Princess in all of you. Remember the lullaby from Disney's Lady and the Tramp? Remember how Lady refused to sleep on the floor and whined until she was able to sleep in the bed? After all, what self-respecting dog sleeps on the floor? What does this have to do with a mattress - ah metaphor. As a child, mom & dad's bed is the most comfortable, it's the biggest, the warmest and occupied by those wonderful people that fulfill your every waking need. Fast forward to adulthood, you have your own big girl bed now but it's never quite the same, and you're thinking... "Some day my prince will come?" Yes. Enter Prince Purple, heir to the stardust lands and the clouded throne. This mattress is a heavenly purple cloud. It's the one you've been searching for, your whining is at an end. At night when you wake from a bad dream, it's a hug from your mother. Just turn onto your side and its soft supportive structure is there to comfort you. It is luxurious, for the princess in all of us, it's a dream come true.

As a hot sleeper married to a cold sleeper, we've always struggled with getting sleeping temperature just right. I'd use a fan and he'd complain about being cold. I'd leave the fan off and complain about being hot. *sigh* We bought the Purple mattress and all that changed! I'm cool at night without a fan and he's happy as a clam because he can still be toasty warm. Win-win!

We're about a month into our new mattress, and still love it. It's a great combo of squishy and firm, and it's really comfortable. The only drawbacks are 1) it's a lot lower than our old mattress, so it took some getting used to, and we may still put a boxspring or something under it to raise it a little. 2) This might not be a drawback for many people, but it's kind of wrecked naps for me; I fall asleep so deeply getting up after 20-30 minutes is realllly hard. We're definitely happy we bought it though!

I bought the xl twin, which was pretty expensive for similar mattress this size. After a few weeks using mattress, it every un comfortable, once your in bed it hard to get out of it you sync in the middle. The mattress itself seems to collapse all the way around it into the middle the grid is very uncomfortable doesnt hold up every well. One. Postive note it cooler you dont sweet while tossing and turning.

@lifeonpurple is pretty amazing. For my body type (medium) & weight (195#) my 1st night I was comfortable in almost every position. We had a posture pedic single pillow mattress before & it lost it's strength & form after 4 years w/dips showing close to 4. $800 wasted. No box springs under Purple & it's so strong you can't feel their metal frame under it. I was amazed that it was vacuum packed at almost 2" thick & then it expanded to over 9". I'm guessing it's over 200# & has serious density. We also got the cover to go under our sheets. I'd say it contains body heat less then memory & more then a regular mattress. What was most surprising was how it really supported my lower back. It was fun in the sense that it took about 6-8 mins to form fit me. They def have a step up against their competitors & well worth their premium price. I think Seth & I struggle w/sleeping & b'cuz of the muscle acid reaction to that- #Purple is an investment in my health as I see it. -@Matchiam

I love this thing. My ONLY complaint is that, once it's out of the bag that it ships in, it is very difficult to move. I did not do that, but I did have it unfurled in my new apartment before the new bed was constructed, and had to move it from another room. It's both heavy and almost fluid, so I have no idea how I'm going to get it out of here when I move the next time.

I love my purple mattress! It is so comfortable and when I fall asleep I stay asleep. No more rolling around because of aches and pains. I'm a new mom and even though my son wakes me up through the night, I still wake up rested because of my purple mattress.
