I have to say that Purple mattress is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Not only is their mattress well made but it's comfort is honestly unbelievably great! Their power platform is quiet, sturdy and very well made. I have for years slept on a mattress that has destroyed my body. When people say that sleeping on a Purple mattress is like sleeping on a cloud it is absolutely true. I had a couple of slight issues with ordering and delivery but Purple went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer...they did more than was necessary without me even asking...like I said...above and beyond. Definitely, choose Purple for your mattress and then buy Purple accessories. I don't think that you'll regret it.

I have a terrible back injury and have sleep number bed as my main bed but I have two purple mattresses in my guest room and in my son's room. While you cannot adjust them they are fantastic and are on par with the much more expensive sleep number bed. I'm not sure how they are made but I could sleep on the purple mattress all night no problem . I have pain no matter what but this mattress help greatly lessen it.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who asks about it. Fast shipping and the cost is not bad as well very comfortable as well I sleep much better and don't wake up with a stiff neck and back anymore. If you don't have this product definitely get it.

Purple has amazing customer service, hands down. They are respectful, responsive, and incredibly customer-friendly. They helped me out with replacing my mattress, which was under warranty. It started sagging and was extremely uncomfortable. They took care of everything--the new product shipped quickly, they took care of removing the old mattress--it was all incredibly easy and I didn't have to worry about a thing! My only complaint is that I still feel like I'm sleeping on a waffle, and even though this mattress is brand new and in perfect condition, I wake up with aches and pains every day. Perhaps it's just my body but it is just not a comfortable bed for me. I'm a side and stomach sleeper, and I find it difficult to the former and impossible to do the latter. I flop like a fish all night because I cannot get comfortable. I'm bummed because it was a big investment and I can't afford a new bed. There are nights where I end up sleeping on the (carpeted) floor because my body just hurts so much.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. For years I have been unable to sleep through the night. Now I couldn't wake up at 3am if you paid me too. I am sleeping better than ever and have lots of energy to last through the day. I have had several friends diagnosed with sleep sleep apnea recently and I feel like I have a dirty little secret because my doctor was convinced I had it too. Even my head aches have subsided. I love my Purple King Size Bed!

I got the Purple 3 about 2 months ago and I have to say this is a great option for anyone. It is on the medium to firm side so keep that in mind. It is high quality and most importantly it got rid of my back pain. Like it's actually gone, I cant believe it. The bed is very comfy, stays at a neutral temp and it's bouncy which I like. If you are a back sleeper, don't think twice this bed will be amazing for you. If you are a side sleeper, like I am, I find it to be a little firm on the shoulders but again it completely relieved by back pain so no big deal. I am 6'4 and 210 lbs. I have to warn you it's a little painful the first week or so as you get used to sleeping on a quality bed. My ribs hurt for awhile but now everything is fine and they only time I wake up in pain is when I'm sleeping on a non-Purple bed. I won't give it 5 stars because it's expensive and the delivery took over a month. All in all it's a great bed.

I absolutely love my purple mattress! I've been sleeping better since the day I put it up! It's extremely comfortable and I have zero regrets about choosing Purple. The only slight complaint I have is that it was extremely heavy to put up by myself but other than that it's GREAT!

When I bought this mattress, I was worried I was just buying into the brand because they have entertaining commercials and a novel concept. But after having tried out this mattress for a couple months, I can legitimately say that I love this mattress. It is extraordinarily comfortable, has virtually no bad scent (a major problem we have experienced with competitor brands); and quite honestly, Purple just seems like a solid brand that stands by their product and their relationship with the community. If there is a down-side, I would say that the unique mattress style "necessitates" some pricey accessories like special stretchy mattress cover and sheets. I'm not really sure how necessary these truly are, but we bought in anyway. In the end, it is a relatively small price if you look at it from a whole-package perspective.

Not too firm, not too soft, not too cold, not too hot. It's just right. My back feels better in the morning and I'm not stiff. The feel is difficult to describe. Not like a regular mattress, much airier. Maybe a little like a waterbed but firmer and with air circulation. Not like memory foam because you don't really sink in if you weigh 160 or less. But it's just right.

We love this mattress! For us, there was no breaking in period. We have always slept on pillow top mattresses. I used to wake up with low back pain, but no more! It's easy to roll over and to get out of this mattress. I can't say enough good things about it. Just buy one and you won't regret it.
