My husband and I received our Purple mattress in December, just right before Christmas. The first night on it was absolutely amazing, as well as every night since. We have already talked about only purchasing Purple mattresses in the future. We're with Purple for life! My best advice if you're unsure about buying a mattress online, because trust me we were unsure, is to at least give it a try. That's what we did! We do not regret it at all!

I love my Purple mattress! I'm a side sleeper, and it has eliminated the pressure points that other mattresses cause. It had a mild "factory smell" when it arrived, but that dissipated over the course of a week or two. My only continuing concern is its weight - once it's in place you don't have to move it, but even lifting the end to tuck a blanket in takes a bit of muscle. The only other downside is how much I miss it now when I have to travel... I'm always happy to come home to my Purple bed.

I had problems with my arms falling asleep and lower back pains while sleeping. I would wake up and feel horrible. It took a couple days to get used to the purple mattress, but I feel great. No pain In my back, shoulders and arms feel good. I Sleep like I should now

We love our new Purple bed! The mattress protector was a great purchase as well because the puppy tried to mark his territory on the foot of the bed. The Mattress Protector held strong and didn't let anything through, saving the mattress from the stain and the smell!! -highly recommended

This mattress is perfectly serviceable- its generally comfy and priced reasonably. If you received a material sample in the mail, however, you may be disappointed in the actual mattresses firmness as I don't believe it accurately represents the firmness of the mattress material by comparison. I was expecting the bed to be pretty soft, but at the end of the day, while supportive and without major pressure points, it is what I would call 'medium firm' rather than 'medium soft'. I guess the ads, material sample, and verbiage all make it seem very squishy- I don't feel this is a good descriptor for the bed. The mattress cover, while cool looking, it also a bit too textured and can be felt even through a mattress protector and sheets- not horrible, but kind of annoying. Lastly, I don't feel the bed sleeps as cool as I had expected or advertised- again not horrible, just not as expected. Overall I'm satisfied with it, but it didn't hit my expectations fully. As far as fulfillment it was less than ideal- mine was about 2 weeks late due to a 'system issue' even though I checked on it several times and was told everything was ok. The package it came in was interesting, but I felt the straps on its case weren't as helpful as they could be- too small and that made it very difficult to carry up stairs (it weighs a lot). So, basically, don't get rid of your old mattress too early or you might have a conundrum when your purple is late.

We've had this mattress for a month so far. Unfortunately we're not happy with it. I have not slept a full night for the last several months and we bought this based on the reviews thinking we would finally get a good night's sleep. But nope. We fell into this hype and are very disappointed with the 'stiffness". We did not feel that 'oomph" that we were hoping to get from this mattress. We are now working on returning this mattress and going with a Posturpedic Hybrid that only costs $300 more than this. Remember folks, you get what you paid for. Thank goodness for the 100 day money back guarantee. 30 days definitely did not work for us.

I was hesitant about buying a Purple mattress or any mattress for that matter online. I live out in the country so shopping for a mattress is not so easy. I saw a few YouTube reviews and people had really good things to say. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but with no interest financing, I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. I love my Purple mattress! It is just the right firmness and I don't wake up my husband when I move around in the bed.

We have had a king size mattress for about 3 months. We like it a lot, but I wouldn't say a 10..... maybe an 8, or 8.5. While the price IS good, it's not great. While it's very comfortable, I wouldn't say it's life changing comfortable. We are very happy, but were hoping for WOW!

My wife and I are different sizes. I'm 250 and she's 125. We bought the mattress mostly on the premise that it was cooling, doesn't transfer motion from each partner and has good support. For each of us, the mattress is too hard. We have stretchy sheets, but I'm afraid that it just hasn't been a great experience. Given that we spend 1/3 of our life on a mattress, that's what I'm looking for. After nearly 100 nights, we'll be returning the mattress. Thanks for the trial and making it so easy to return. Loved the mattress immediately. Took a while to love the pillow, I was so used to other heights and weights. Never could find one that didn't break my neck or have to flip over all night long. This one is temperature cool on my head, and level. You don't flip the purple pillow. Once I adjusted to the right height with the blow-up part of the pillow, I'm sleeping very sound and don't wake up with a kink in my neck. I am also so happy someone finally came up with a bed that doesn't end up with a dip in it where I sleep! Great product at a comparable price point.
