I have had my mattress for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. I have also had to reach out to Purple's customer service and have had an excellent experience with them. Definitely recommend getting the mattress as well as the sheets, protector and frame!

I got the Cal King bed, the frame, the sheet protector, and the sheets. Oh, and a seat cushion. Let me tell you, I was skeptical that the frame and the stretchy sheets would make a difference but I was wrong. They make a difference. I loved the bed before we got them (there was a shipping delay), and I love it even more now that I have the sheets. They are tight and a beautiful fit. It's like I have brand new clean sheets everyday because they never get out of place. The mattress cover isn't perfectly like that but with the sheets on top it's fine. I love this bed! I was getting tension headaches and having tight muscles for months and they have gone away since I got the bed. Coincidence? I don't know...but I had the headaches for 7 months straight and now I only get about one a week. Hmmm...

We bought the purple mattress because my husband has back and hip pain. He sleeps much better; he loves it. I like it better than the pillow top inner spring we were sleeping on, but not as much as my soft side waterbed. But, for together time, the purple is a good product. We will be moving soon and hope to buy a king size bed. If we do, we will be buying a purple mattress to go on it.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Herniated disc's, & other physical ailments. I am so happy that I found this mattress! I am definitely getting a better nights sleep & it stays nice and cool. The only thing I wish, is that I could have afforded the Hybrid model because the basic is just a little to firm for me. Other then that, it has been great so far!

I wanted to like the purple mattress, but it apparently didn't like me or my back didn't like it. I saw all of the rave reviews, testimonials, egg tests, a variety of youtube infomercials, but in the end things just didn't work out with the purple mattress. I honestly thought it would be the end of interrupted and uncomfortable sleep, but it wasn't. This is not to say it doesn't work for everyone because how else could the company offer a guarantee that allows the consumer a money back guarantee?

My husband bought us the purple bed after we did a ton of research online comparing all of the "bed in a box" options. The purple bed seemed to be the most popular and seemed like the best made. We were excited to get the bed and when we first laid on it it seemed promising. As time went on our back pains got worse and my neck pain was getting worse. We bought the stretchy sheets, mattress protector and still we had issues with the bed. When I lay on my back there would be a gap between my lower back and the bed so it wasn't cradling me like it should. I think if my husband and I weighed more the bed would have worked better for us but him being 160 lbs and me being 110lbs I don't think we had a chance with this bed. Great concept but they need to keep working on perfecting the bed more. I will say that the return process was extremely easy and purple took care of everything for us. A donation company picked the bed up, gave us a receipt and they hauled the bed off. We emailed the receipt to purple and we received an email back within an hour saying the refund had been processed. I think the purple bed works great for some but not for us, however this was a great experience as they kept their word with how to get your refund within your 100 days.

i love the bed and i also got the mattress cover as well as the sheets. i missed out on the free seat and cant wait for the pillows but was a little bummed out that they did not give me the purple seat pad because they said i missed it but oh well i guess they do need to make money also but i figured after buying the mattress pad and sheets as well as the mattress they would hook me up. well i hope they have some kind of promotion when the pillows come out because i figured they will be costly as the sheets and mattress cover.

We have not even had this mattress a month and there is no need to wait the 100 days to see how we feel about it. We love it! My hip and lower back pain are markedly improved and my husband's back pain AND snoring have both decreased. Worth every penny. We got the sheets also and will be getting another set because they just add to the comfort. In the spirit of full disclosure, night sweats for me have stayed the same but I don't wake up drenched because this mattress really does keep us cooler even if my hormones don't cooperate. Best purchase of the year!

The mattress feels incredibly comfortable and the quality of my sleep definitely improved as I feel more rested in the morning. However sleeping a full night is still challenging, mostly because of the time it's taking me to adjust to this new mattress. So no perfect sleep on first night for me!... The mattress cover somehow did help so i would recommends that people get it along with the mattress.

I am enjoying my Purple bed, and so are my children! Even with wetting the bed, it's fairly easy to clean. It's still a lot of work, but at least the cover comes completely off and underneath is that material you can wipe off with disinfectant or whatever cleaner.
