I used to wake up, stretch out and have all kinds of pops and clicks and soreness. Now, while it took me a little while to get used to the new and improved sleeping experience, I wake up feeling comfortable and with much less popping when I stretch out and start the day. I can feel that I have much better alignment in my spine. I don't think I'll be going back to traditional mattresses any time soon. I love my Purple!

The mattress so far has been great! Very comfortable and breathes well allowing for a nice warm sleep without sweating out at night. Delivery was timely and the purchase process was easy. I would suggest that anyone purchasing ensure they have an additional person or is capable of heavy lifting. I purchased the king size mattress and it was definitely cumbersome and heavy to try to move by myself. Aside from setup being a little difficult alone, it has been a great purchase so far. I also received the purple sheets and they've been great too.

I have chronic neck and back pain and have had trouble sleeping on 3 other beds. I saw your commercial on Facebook one day and could completely relate. I have tried a soft, hard, and adjustable beds and your commercial really spoke to me. All of those bed had their different problems and none of them ever resolved my pain. The very first night I slept in a Purple bed, I woke up with absolutely no pain at all. I have even found myself pushing away my conventional pillows because it provides such amazing support for my head while allowing my shoulders to sink into heavenly softness. I can't believe it took me so long to get one of these mattresses. I even forgot to order the base with the bed and when I called your customer service, it was the nicest, coolest, most friendly customer service agent I've ever talked to or even heard of. You surprised me once more when you said that it was on a four week backorder and then the base actually showed up after only a week! This is the greatest bed and the greatest service I've ever received from any company!

The travel cushion is very comfortable and I use it every day with my job, I drive a propane delivery truck and spend a lot of time behind the wheel and it helps. The only thing I wish is that it was bigger, other than that it's awesome and I've already recommend this product to just about every one I know. Thanks

We have had the original purple mattress for the past 5 months and it has delivered. We previously has a memory foam, a spring, and even tried the nectar mattress fro a couple months but none of them seemed to be that great for both my wife and I (who have two different sleeping patterns). This mattress is firm for my wife, yet soft enough for me. It breathes so my wife won't sleep hot anymore, but also keeps me warm. The edge support is good, I imagine the updated versions are even better. Overall it is an AWESOME Mattress, the only thing i wish PURPLE did was allow us to upgrade to a newer version with only paying the difference, but since that won't happen we will eventually get our next mattress from Purple, whenever that is.

Ordered a queen online, got a king size. The packaging doesn't list a model # or sku anywhere, so you don't know what you have. The weight on the label matched the item we ordered, but not what we got. Not easy to get these people on the phone at all. 45 minute plus waits 1st day, multiple 20 plus minute waits 2nd day, and never got anyone the 2nd day--disconnected while on hold. No offer to rush it, no pricing concessions offered. Nearly 2 days later...no tracking #. I get that shipping a 110 lb item rushed isn't easy or cheap, but they seemed to not care at all about the situation. I would absolutely never recommend this company based on limited service capabilities.

I can't say enough good things about this mattress. I'm someone who doesn't ever sleep through the night, am constantly tired & have had back pain for years. With Purple, I actually feel like I get a good nights sleep, dont feel anywhere near as exhausted as before, and my back pain is almost non-existent now. This was the best decision, hands down. Purple has a customer for life.

The family and I went on a vacation and stayed with some friends who had a purple mattress in their spare bedroom for us, it was the best few night of sleep I've had in a very long time, I went home and had the mattress purchased the very next day. I've loved it every night I've had my own

I sleep on my side, which caused shoulder soreness issues on previous firm beds; but with the Purple bed my shoulders do not get sore anymore. My legs and hips used to sink into other mattresses, which pulled by back out of alignment, causing back issues. But now my entire body is supported properly, and my back stays in alignment. And this mattress stays cool, as opposed to previous foam mattresses, which radiated my body heat. I love my Purple bed! David

Lower Back still hurts and now my upper back hurts. I wrestled with the pillow for nights and then bought a new one, then switched back to old pillows. I'm just not comfortable. Shoulder hurts as I'm a side sleeper, I don't feel the fluff they advertised. I'm sorry to say, and now I'm sleeping terrible and I don't know how I'm going to send this bed back as it weighs a ton and was a miracle I got it out of the bag.
