At first I had trouble adjusting, but now I'm in love! Once my body adjusted I have been sleeping hard and not waking up to turn every hour like my last bed. I'm finally getting good rest after 3 years on a firm mattress. I got the harmony pillows to and omg you have to try them!!! I'm so happy I could cry!

I have had back and neck problems for 13 years now. I have tried 6 different mattresses over that time, trying to find something comfortable. I was excited to try purple since it it so different than anything else out there. The first night I could only lay on it 30 minutes until my back was killing me. I was discouraged but tried it again the next night and it has felt wonderful ever since! So it does take some getting used to. I don't think there is another mattress out there that is as comfortable for side sleeping. I have had absolutely no neck pain and my shoulder just sinks in allowing my neck to be in the perfect position but still very supportive for my back. My husband and I both love it!

It's my first mattress perchase since childhood. I'm a Bread Baker and I need a good night's sleep for an early bake. It's a situation where I'm getting aquainted. And I'm falling asleep faster, and moving less during my sleep. A.k.a that's Good. The sheets are so breathable and comfy too. I think purple is here to stay. Eventually consider the adjustable base in the future It's alot to buy for a Single Person

So far the mattress seems to be well worth the cost. I have chronic back and neck problems due to IED blasts in Afghanistan and Iraq, and it helps. But if you choose this company just know that if there is a mistake made by the Purple company in your shipping the customer service is terrible to work with. They were so bad I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. But, like I said the mattress sleeps fine so far and it has been in use for one week.

Let me start off with I love our new mattress. I sleep incredibly and have no aches and pains. I love love love the mattress. That being said, the customer service and notifications leave a lot to be desired. We received our mattress shortly after ordering it. However, we did not receive the frame we ordered with it and had to call customer service to be told the frame was held up in customs. They had no idea as to when we would receive it and then all of the sudden, it arrived; with no communication from the company. I understand that they had more demand than they were expecting and these things happen, I just wish they communicated the current status more often or gave customers a way to check the status of their orders.

I am very satisfied with the mattress. I've had it a few weeks and am sleeping very well. I am a side sleeper but also comfy on the back. It also does not make me hot. The only thing I had to do was leave it uncovered for a few days to dissipate the smell.

Before I got the Purple mattress, I was waking up over 20 times a night; I could feel every one of my partner's tossing and turning and my joints ached. I have been sleeping for four or five hours at a time, not feeling my partner moving at all, and not aching anymore. Mattress is firm and still conforms to my body. Excellent!

I bought this mattress after I bought a Serta hybrid mattress 7 months ago thinking I was going to like it more. Needless to say this was not the case. My wife loves the purple mattress but I more of a stomach sleeper and weigh a lot more than she does.

i'm not going to lie, the first week was rough. after the first night I hated the bed so for a few nights I moved to the guest bedroom. My husband loved the purple mattress from the very begining so I thought I would give it another try. I have heard to give it at least a week so I did. at first I thought I was jsut getting used to it. But when my husband mentioned he didn't get head aches like he used to I started to notice how purple has changed my sleeping comfort. I am a mom and work full time while taking online classes. I am so busy sometimes I will take ibuprofen in the morning so my body doesn't hurt. I am not always aware of my aches and pains but I did notice that I hadn't taken ibuprofen for almost 2 weeks. I didn't get head aches anymore and when I sleep I don't wake up as often. Also, I dream a lot more. I don't know if that means I am sleeping better or I am just dreaming more. Either way, I am very satisfied with my purple mattress. I do not like staying at hotels or other family members houses because I just don't sleep as well. That is how I knew I really loved this mattress. We went out of town for a week and I did not sleep well. Coming home to my bed felt so good. I definitely recommend this mattress and just want anyone to know who gets it that you MUST give it a few weeks and really pay attention to your body. I really want to try the pillows but they are so expensive and I am ok with my pillow for now.

Unfortunately, we don't love the purple mattress as much as we had hoped. We both still toss and turn alot and wake up with back pain. We are going to return it and either try an upgraded version from purple or try a different brand. We absolutely love the pillows and sheets though!
