Since setup have not had a good night sleep yet-but my cats have, maybe its the cheap sheets we bought since the purple ones were sent back initially, the sheets box states that they were developed to work with the purple mattress because they are more flexible. We will have to wait and see.

I purchased the split king it was great for the first year. Then it started to sink and you can feel the frame. I have sent emails and the customer service is crap. They say it has a 10 year warranty but they want me to go get 4 gallons of water put a string on the wall take pic and jump through hoops. This is the worst experience I have had with a mattress. I have had neck surgery and back surgery. I have not had a good night sleep in 5 months because purple won't stand by there product.

Like the title says! It has been a great experience so far and I've only had it for a couple of weeks. It has also unexpectedly helped me out with my sleep paralysis. I'm not saying it will help you with yours, but I have yet to experience sleep paralysis since I've started sleeping on this mattress.

Both my husband & I are not only quite fussy but deal with back issues so we were skeptical about this mattress & at best expected we would take time to get used to it-as we like very cushy, comfy beds, though our backs do not lol And from the moment we laid on this mattress we knew it was different. It was not all marshmallowy soft for sure & despite us loving that enveloping & soft, cushy feeling, we surprisingly loved it! Though it was completely different, it wasn't a hard feel either, it was "just right"! Not hard or soft but somehow perfectly supporting every inch of our bodies! And it felt great from the first moment & night we tried it & still does! No adjustment for us at all. My husband was amazed that he loved it as he didn't want to give up his cushy foam toppers lol But we & are bodies are LOVING this!! And I have to also add that their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with !! We had to return the first one we ordered due to needing it off our credit card & needing to use the financing option instead and they couldn't have made it easier for us and been more helpful-going out of their way to make it as easy as possible !! Awesome product & company!!

My husband has had back problems all his life. Even sleeps with a c-pap. This bed has really been a blessing. We've had for about a month and my husband loves it. I'm still on the fence about it. I liked my caved in bed before. But I also can sleep anywhere. My husband is a back sleeper also and it's done wonders for his back. I can honestly say, so far, that the purple bed hasn't caved and we still have it on our old box springs. It's made for a platform bed for sure but will work with box springs also. It's a lot less thicker than a pillow top mattress and the only good out of that is that our down throw fits perfectly on the bed now. Take the chance on this matesss. You will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress without having tried it out in person but the Purple really blew me away. It was instantly more comfortable than my old box spring. I could never seem to make it through a night without sweating but with this mattress I wake up dry and rested. Thank you Purple!

Bed came earlier than what they told me, said they would replace it. No follow up on there side, I called 5 times. 33 days later I'm told get a pillow ce report and we will replace it. I've had to go buy another bed no refund or bed from you to date. I'm now away for the Army wife has something no thanks to you. Way to honor your word, treat a veteran and just make a horrible experience. If I could give you a worse score I would

We've had our Purple bed for about one month now. The pain in my hip and neck after waking up is almost completely alleviated. And my husband is able to stay in bed almost a full 7 hours (compared to 4-5 hours) because of the support his body is receiving. We're both overweight. My husband's biggest concern was that this bed would remember him to quickly, meaning there would be a divot where he sleeps. Nothing yet! This mattress really is comfy. If you're on the fence like I was for over a year, take the leap and buy this thing. Your body will thank you!

We had a select comfort mattress for 16 years, and I still would wake up with achy hips and shoulders. My husband's back has been getting worse, so we decided to try the Purple mattress as it came highly recommended by my sister and her husband. We noticed a difference the first night! It's been two weeks and my hips haven't aches once! My husband with the bad back loves it too!! We highly recommend Purple!! :)

We have LOVED our Purple Mattress! I love the fact that when either of us get out of bed and come back (bathroom run, crying child, etc.) in the middle of the night we don't wake each other up by a bouncing mattress. I have very high recommendations for this mattress.
