Everything about the Purple mattress was a good experience except the match between my body and it. Packaging,customer service, online web sight, were top notch so I only wish that my sleep experience had been the same but unfortunately was not. A very comfortable mattress. Reduced my neck pain enough so that I can hold off on surgery. My spouse doesn't wake up with an aching back anymore. No more getting overheated at night. I still can't sleep on my side with bursitis but otherwise we are very happy with this mattress.

Was well worth the wait. My wife suffers from terrible back issues.On our old mattress her back pain would keep her awake and she could hardly get out of bed in the mornings. Took a few nights but now she is pain free during the night and when she wakes. We were a bit hesitant at first because it did feel hard but once you lay on it, there is instant comfort at pressure points. You just meld into the mattress. Very comfortable. Will for sure tell others about it.

This was the easiest purchase in my life, Purple is even financing the mattress for 12 months. I have had the mattress for several weeks now and I wish I had bought it long ago. Purple mattress is a strangely dense and bouncy material. My husband and I both sleep on our sides. This mattress really hurt my shoulders and neck. My husband had terrible back pain. We returned the mattress after 1 week. I know they say to give it 30 days but there was no way we were going to suffer for a month. This mattress is WAY too expensive for what it is. We totally fell for the marketing...

I purchased a Purple matteress a few years back and it was an imrovement over the old coil matteress I was using. I rally liked it but my wife liked it more. She stole it and I moved to an old sleep number matteress. It was OK but I wanted something like the purple matteress. After doing a bunch of looking, I choose the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora matteress. I loved the comfort but it was very thick and heavy. The materess cover was very slick and I was not able to keep a bottom fitted sheet on the matteress without using sheet suspenders. I gave up on it and bought this purple mattress to replace it. However, the purple is not nearly as comfortable. My sleep numbers from fitbit dropped. I am having back pain that I did not get before. I really miss the Brooklyn Bedding aurora. I will be returning this mattress and getting the Brooklyn Bedding Spartan bed. Same form with a different mattress cover.

First of, this company has some of the best customer service I have even experienced, either by calling them in person or sending them an email. I love my mattress, hands down. I am so pleased on my decision to buy it. I have been sleeping on this mattress going on 6 months now and it's awesome. I did tons of research comparing this mattress to other ones like it and the Purple seems to always be the best. My only advice would to be make sure you get the Purpl Platform Base. This mattress is VERY heavy so it makes my current wooden box spring creak when I move. But even with that minor annoyance, this mattress is worth ever last cent.

My husband likes soft and I like firm beds. This bed was literally like the commercial...JUST RIGHT!! the only thing I didn't like was the manufacturing smell from the first 2 nights. Once that went away, i go upstairs to lay in my bed just because. It is so comfortable. Best Adult bed purchase ever!

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online that came in a box. But I absolutely love it. It is so much better than our traditional spring mattress. I have bought the purple pillow, mattress, and sheets and love the all. I will be a purple customer for life.

I wanted to like Purple so much, that at first the mattress was disappointing. It is firmer than my old temperpedic, its heavy, and I realized how much money I spent... ...And then the back pain went away. And the cold sweats from overheating. The sheets are weird at first but absolutely wonderful, and the biggest surprise was the pillow. I have issues ending up on my stomach unless I have a very down pillow. When I got the purple pillow, I liked the feel, but didn't end up using it. Then all of a sudden I "accidentally" fell asleep on it. I woke up on my side, refreshed and FINALLY without neck pain. I went Purple and I love it.
