I was looking forward to receiving this mattress based on the good reviews I read. I finally got it 3 weeks later. I've been sleeping on it for 1.5 weeks and it's still super firm. It barely has any give in the mattress. This mattress was advertised as being the perfect balance of soft and firm, but it was definitely like sleeping on wood plank.

I really needed this mattress to work for me and my husband. We wake up sore every morning. We got the original purple. They aren't lying when they say it's firm. It's very firm. Maybe it's because I'm a light person, 120lbs, but there is really not much give to the mattress at all, feels like I'm laying on the ground. I really wanted to like get good sleep for once. It came when it said it would. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I only gave a 3 star because in pain every morning.

I have been searching for this mattress in my dreams and now I have it! This mattress does exactly what they say it does. There are zero pressure points for me anymore! No more waking up with numb limbs for me baby! LOVE LOVE LOVE! also love the super stretchy sheets.. love!

We purchased a mattress and loved it, but before the 100 day test period, the mattress was showing signs of wearing. We contacted the company, explained our problem, and they sent us a new mattress. Our new mattress has no problems and is offering us a great nights sleep. We dealt with very kind, informed people in every interaction with the purple company.

It's been a few weeks now. my adjustment period has consisted of sleeping longer and deeper (according to my sleep tracker). The main problem I have now is getting out of bed in the morning. My body does not want to leave the purple mattress (the struggle is real!!). Loving it!

The first few nights on it felt a little weird, the grid feeling is not what I am used to. After sleeping on it for a bit I absolutely love it. I feel refreshed, I'm used to waking up a little sore but after sleeping on this mattress I don't think I could go back to anything else. well worth the investment.

To be fair, I've only had it about 2 weeks- but I've noticed it hurts my hip to sleep on my side. My fiance loves it and it feels great, but I have to work every night to find a comfortable position. This may be because I still need to adjust to the mattress, but we'll see.

I've noticed that after a month of sleeping on this bed that I have begun to fall asleep faster. I sometimes wake up earlier than intended. In the past, I would lay in bed and not get back to sleep but now when this happens I find that I fall right back to sleep. It does it without my noticing. All I know is that all of a sudden an hour has past by. Not sure how this bed does it but thanks.

I have had 3 different memory foam mattress that all left me sleeping in a rut after a short period of time. As a 245lbs man, memory foam just wasn't cutting it. I felt the Purple matterial might hold up better and retain form. So far so good! Very comfortable and cool too.

My husband and I were on the search for the perfect mattress. We read the great Purple reviews, ordered a king size mattress and desperately wanted to love it. While Purple's mattress wasn't terrible, we found it to be just okay for us. We are both side sleepers, but didn't really feel the cradle effect (my husband is 250 lbs and I am about 170 lbs). We decided to return it were really impressed with Purple's customer service - they don't call them "Returns Gurus" for nothing. The process was pain and guilt free. We ended up finding a charity that was thrilled to pick up the mattress and the refund was processed a day later. Thank you for letting us try your product, Purple,and just sorry it didn't work out!
