This mattress is every bit as good as it claims to be and then some. Been sleeping on it for about a month now and we just love it. No more back aches and stiff necks. I was skeptical about buying a mattress online but gave it a shot because of the 100 day guarantee and I honestly couldn't be happier. No regrets and I'm seriously considering buying the pillow.

So here's the thing... I was initially drawn to Purple because of the marketing. It's clever and funny, which drew me into researching the product further. What can I say, I'm guilty of being a true American consumer. It was the line about the wussy centaur that really got me. Hilarious! After several months of debate, we opted to order a Purple and it was a great decision. My husband and I have been sleeping deep and wake up rested. We got the bed quick and had to wait for the Purple sheets, which are definitely a must. Awesome price and soooo comfortable. Thanks!

I have major back problems and this mattress has done wonders for my back . It helped so much I bought a secound one for my other bed. I don't wake up in nearly as much pain as I used to. Due to my back problems I have to sleep flat on my back and I used to have problems getting hot in the middle of the night. This mattress stays cool all night long. It is soft yet firm and keeps you sleeping very flat. It does take a week or so to get used to sleeping on it but I wouldn't trade it for any other mattress.

I have degenerative disk disease and went through three mattresses before landing on the Purple. This mattress is the only one that has given me relief- and complete relief! It did take about a month for my body to adjust to it, so do be patient! My husband loves it too. We immediately noticed deeper sleep from night one. I now dread ever having to spend a night away from our purple. Love, love everything about this mattress!

My husband and I both love this mattress. For one thing, I don't feel any movement when he is tossing and turning. And no matter what position I sleep in, sometimes on my back, sometimes on my side, my whole body is softly but firmly supported. On our old mattress, when I would lie on my back, the small of my back is arched away and felt achy and unsupported. On our Purple mattress, my entire body is supported, like a hug. Love everything about it and highly recommend it. Did I mention how easy it is to set it up? Piece of cake.

It took me a while to realize if I like it or not (like maybe a few weeks). My last mattress was softer so it felt all cozy at first, but I am a side sleeper and if I slept all night on my side my hips sometimes hurt and such. The purple mattress feels more firm, but not too firm. It keeps your spine aligned when you sleep on your side and your weight is evenly distributed so you don't get pressure points on your hips. I wake up with less aches and pains now. But, I still wake up w/ upper back pain (a little). I think that may be because I sleep w/ my neck stretched out funky or something. I would like to try the purple pillow to see if that remedies the situation. When is that coming out???

This mattress has changed the way I sleep. It's so comfortable. Too comfortable I've never had a harder time getting out of bed. I've shown up late to work cause this bed is just that good. Even after getting fired for being late I didn't care cause this bed is the best thing in my life!

Bought the Purple Classic in Twin XL so my wife and I can decide independently if we like it or not. So, for me, I ended up with backaches every day with this bed and gave it over 6 weeks to see if things work out. Unfortunately, it did not but I do like this bed for its feel and its coolness to sleep on. It definitely is very soothing overall and I noticed that I would fall asleep in it and stay asleep. If not for the backaches, would definitely keep it. My wife has no such complaint. Talked to customer service about this couple weeks ago and they suggested a couple ideas and if does not work, then return it as per the policy. So, they do stand behind their trial period policy, which is good too.

Got the purple mattress a little over two years ago. It took a month or two for our bodies to adjust, and then it was a dream. Had no issues for the first year then noticed the purple layer started to "soften" around my lower back area (back sleeper). We rotate the mattress every month or so to try and keep the wear as even as possible as I'm 190 pounds and my wife is only 115 pounds. This issue has consistently gotten worst and is now to the point there is no support on my lower back. I am now back to uncomfortable sleep due to giant soft spots that will not support my lower to mid back properly. I highly suggest you explore other options of you weigh anywhere over 180 pounds.

We purchased the purple original based on benefits and reviews. Delivery and setup was easy. However, the mattress is incredibly flimsy and after three weeks my spouse and I were both suffering incredible back pain. My side of the bed had already begun to sag and a "trough" was developing! After requesting a refund, there were several days wait for a return call and in the long run, the only real way to return the mattress is to deliver it yourself to a charity, assuming you have a vehicle and time to do so (and the physical ability since it is very heavy).
