Bed is great! Took a little bit to get used coming from a tempurpedic but we love it! Fell in love with the pillows on day one(only thing I would change about pillow is make it just a tad bit thicker)! Now the only thing I need from purple is some foot insoles for my shoes! Haha I can only wish right. Or maybe y'all can make some in the future (:

My original mattress indented. Although it was replaced under warranty, I did not want another Purple. I would have preferred a refund. I had their sheets, which didn't last long either. I had the bed frame, which was also awful. It was so loud. They replaced that under warranty, but I ended up recycling. Finally, I had their pillows. Terrible. The air pouches didn't last or hold air, so I'm stuck with a flat 2 inches of mattress material. Costumer service was decent in trying to replace everything, but I have a feeling a lot of their stuff ends up in the landfill.

I have tried the mattress now for at least a month plus the purple pillows. I will be quite frank, I would not recommend this purchase. The pillows are meant to keep you cool and not give the flip flop feeling but I still get warmer with this pillow than my hotel collection pillow. The mattress is nice but not worth the extra money and yes it is initially cool but after a few hours of sleeping on it, it gets warm too. Maybe not AS warm as the other mattresses but it defitenly does. Comfort wise I wouldnt say it changed anything in my life still wake up in the middle of the night from not being comfortable.

We first bought a cal king purple mattress about a year and a half ago. Started having some issues on one side of the bed. It felt like I was sleeping in a valley. Spoke to some of the most helpful and accommodating customer service representatives on the planet. They quickly sent out a new mattress after a simple test and some pictures to verify our claim. It was a quick and painless procedure. Our new mattress arrived in a matter of a week or so. Thank you Purple!

We have had this mattress a few months now, and are more than pleased. We have also had several guests test it with similar results. The one thing that you have to understand when using a modern mattress (foam, gel, hybrid) is that your sheets and mattress protector need to flex/stretch. Their ability to stretch properly will directly affect the ability of the mattress material to conform as designed. Would we make this purchase again? Yes without a doubt. Cheers.

I bought this bed because the mattress I currently had really hurt my back. When this bed arrived, it seemed comfortable for my back. After a while I had to buy a topper for it, but that didn't help either. Unfortunately, time got by me and it was too late to return it. I wouldn't recommend it if you have back problems.

Bed is very supportive and comfortable. I'm looking at purchasing a king mattress and will likely replace all kid beds in the future with Purple. I also like the pillow. It is unconventional and can even feel awkward but gives me the best nights sleep waking up without a stiff neck.

My husband was skeptical about purchasing a mattress online and a mattress that he's never heard of. But I was sold when I seen the whole concept of no pressure points. I've had terrible experience with all other mattresses, especially with having arthritis. The old mattress was hard and my legs hurt because they couldn't lay flat. The purple mattress is the best thing I've ever bought. This mattress has given me the best sleep and it's super comfortable. I really felt a difference with the arthritis in my legs and arms. With the no pressure my legs lay flat and comfortable. My husband has loved this mattress and was surprised how much he actually likes it and he said this is the best mattress he's ever slept on. We like that when you're getting in or out of bed or turning at night that you cannot feel the other persons movement. One thing that was so funny was that I slept one night on the regular spring mattress after sleeping in the purple mattress and my body hurt the next day and I thought to myself why was my back hurting and then it hit me that my body is used to being on the purple no pressure mattress and that proved that there was a difference. I swear by the purple mattress I will be a purple customer for life.

We've had our Purple 1 (the original) for about a month. Good: Very comfortable. Just the right amount of support. The polymer eggcrate grid feels weird at first, but it's pleasant and COOL to lie on - nothing like memory foam. We also have the mattress protector, which is rather expensive but I think worth it; it breathes well and isn't heavy so it stays cool as well. I can sleep equally well on my side, face up, or face down, which was definitely not the case with our old innerspring. My lower back also definitely likes this mattress better. Bad: ...I haven't found a significant downside so far. I'm wondering about the possibility of mildew developing on that non-porous eggcrate eventually, but as I noted above the mattress shell and protector breathe well, and we pull the bedding off it for a few hours every week, so I'm not really worried about it. Bottom line: We're both impressed with this mattress. It's comfortable, easy to take care of, and reasonably priced by modern mattress standards. We'll probably buy another for the guest room at some point.

I fell in love on the first night. So glad I finally decided to pull the trigger and get this mattress and pillow. I've had decent beds in the past that feel good when you first lie down and fall asleep. But when you wake up tossing and turning and in pain. I noticed it the first night I sleep the whole night and felt amazing. This mattress makes me want to sleep in again. I can't say enough nice things about it. I have friends come over just for them to see what this purple is all about. Best thing I've ever bought
