This mattress is amazing! Originally the purple 3 was my favorite, but I ended up getting this one because it was with in my budget and I don't regret it one bit! I feel the amount of support it gives my body as a stomach, side, and back sleeper! It's a must have!

They were kind enough to send me a replacement but I don't know if I can trust foam mattresses anymore. They all seem to dip 1-2 years in. I guess that's why Purple decided to release a new mattress with springs because they last much longer. However I do really like how cool it sleeps so it's hard for me to get most other mattresses.

I now have the mattress, pillows and sheets. I sleep like a baby now. Don't get up near as often. I just sleep. The comfort makes me feel like a queen Spent last weekend with my daughter . The visit was great but I was ready to come home to my purple bed I love it. I am always telling everyone I can how great it is

We've had the mattress, sheets pillows and cushion for a month and absolutely love them. We switched from a memory foam because it was SO hot. That was the main attraction to the purple mattress... and it didn't let us down when we got it. The sheets are great too! They're really flexible and soft! The pillows are nice too. They are a bit firm for what I expected but I still love it because they don't sink in line my old foam pillow. Also, they included a free cushion with my order. I have nothing bad to say about it either. Overall, great service and wonderful product!

First, let me just get out the way that I haven't woken up with a stiff shoulder, or back or any of those normal morning pains that I've gotten so used to in my 30 years of life. So purple is as advertised, in my opinion, when it comes to comfort and support in all the right places to maintain neutral spine. The other selling point for me was sleeping cool. I get HOT. I would soak in my old memory foam mattress to the point where it would be soppy on my side of the bed. I knew that would have to change, and I was instantly sold on the idea of air flow underneath me to maintain coolness. I slept cool for the first week, but lately been getting hot. I'm switching to the purple stretchy sheet (originally had a parachute fitted sheet on it-amazing btw) to see if that changes anything. Another tidbit, this is my first king size bed so I don't know what I should be expecting, but I didn't anticipate my feet to dangle so closely to the edge of the bed? I'm only 5'11" so not very used to that, at least I don't think I remember that on my old queen. One more point and I'm outta here. The density. I bought this with the platform steel base, and I was underwhelmed either at the base design or the mattress density-can't decide which. You definitely don't want to plop down on your mattress aggressively, because the mattress has some give to it and you'll feel the top side of that steel support rod on your tailbone or back. It won't be a direct sharp pain, but you'll definitely thud and feel resistance. I guess "don't jump on your new bed" is always a good solution, but I felt it that thud just by plopping down from standing next to it. I'm 175lbs, I imagine that's light by mattress capacity standards, so if I'm having this issue I can't help but wonder what heavier individuals are going through. In all honestly, the caveats are minor but worth noting. Big picture, I've been sleeping like a gem, and waking up feeling amazing. I would definitely make this purchase again and highly recommend anybody who's curious to give it a shot.

I've owned my fair share of mattresses and so far this is the best! It's a soft firm if that makes sense. Usually a firm mattress feels like sleeping on a piece of wood but my Purple mattress doesn't feel hard just firm. Delivery was easy, set up was easy, sleeping is easy on it, and waking up just feels good!

My daughter and son in law recommended the Purple to me. I asked some questions and felt confident that, living in the 'Valley of the Sun' I would not overheat on the bed or with the pillows. I've had mine over a month and couldn't be more satisfied! Very comfortable with any position. The platform was easy to assemble by myself too!

As funny and irreverent as the Purple commercials are, they are honest. The mattress' ability to relieve pressure on pressure points is impressive and my sleep quality has drastically improved. I didn't do the egg test but I can tell you that it's not necessary. I have worn fully loaded tool belts on my hip and laid down on this mattress and once my weight settled in, I couldn't feel the belt or large tools digging into my thigh and hips. It removed all pressure. BUY THIS BED! Besides, their ads are way more entertaining than all the new copycats. Purple for life, 10 out of five stars.

I have sleep apnea and a CPAP machine and routinely struggle to go to sleep in less than an hour, even with sleep aids. After getting this mattress with the adjustable base, I've started falling asleep in minutes, not hours. After adjusting the head and feet positions, this has gotten even better. I can now even sleep on my back, which I was unable to do before.

I had a hard factory mattress inside the RV, which I live in full time. It was miserable. Sore every morning in the hips at the ripe age of 40. Not good. And my neck was constantly hurting. After watching the video of the Purple on the website it all made sense. We use triangulation in suspension geometry for our extreme rock crawlers, and also in building impact resistant roll cages in Trophy Trucks and rock crawlers. It made absolute sense to do the same type of thing within a bed. Purple is 100% correct on the science, and the technology, and after sleeping on my queen size Purple for months at various locations across the country, I can say hands down I will never go to a conventional mattress ever again. This bed is amazing. No more sore hips or shoulders (side sleeper), and my neck doesn't hurt in the morning either (I got rid of the expensive fluffy pillows and got a Purple pillow - its awesome). Thank you Purple for aiding in better sleep!
