My husband has had back problems all his life. Even sleeps with a c-pap. This bed has really been a blessing. We've had for about a month and my husband loves it. I'm still on the fence about it. I liked my caved in bed before. But I also can sleep anywhere. My husband is a back sleeper also and it's done wonders for his back. I can honestly say, so far, that the purple bed hasn't caved and we still have it on our old box springs. It's made for a platform bed for sure but will work with box springs also. It's a lot less thicker than a pillow top mattress and the only good out of that is that our down throw fits perfectly on the bed now. Take the chance on this matesss. You will not be disappointed.

This bed feels like a half empty air mattress. Waaaaaayyy too soft. I woke up feeling like I was a hundred years old. Tried every position, stomach back and side. Slept on it 3 nights before I couldn't take it anymore and moved it to the guest room. Will be returning it as soon as the mandatory 21 days are over. Would have returned it sooner but they won't let you.

I dig anything that's approaches life in a less than status quo way. I very much like the idea of avoiding springs for a more supported feel. If I ever have to upgrade to a larger mattress in the future, it will be a purple mattress once more. A suggestion might have if that if I order a Charcoal bed frame, the legs should be grey or black to match, not brown.

My husband bought a queen purple mattress from Costco and loved his but they don’t sell twin xl from Costco so I ordered mine through walmart.com. I received it and they are not the same quality. Mine is about 3 inches thinner and doesn’t have the same comfort. I paid around the same price but definitely didn’t get the same quality. I am very upset and would not recommend purple at least if you’re buying it at Walmart.

Delivery took a couple weeks which was known up front. Packaging was great, unwrapping was easy, and the mattress popped right into shape. Ive had it about a month and it was not a day and night difference. I will give it another month and then send it back. The mattress is on the firm side, so I side sleeper like myself endures shoulder pain. I added a 4" mattress topper to give some cushion, which has helped a bit. Not completely satisfied yet

I've only had the purple mattress for about 2 weeks. I've slept better since I received it, than I have in ages. And I would recommend this mattress to anybody that has trouble sleeping. Purchase a purple, and you will never have insomnia again. I love it. The only regret I have. Is I didn't buy one years ago.

We had a great experience with Purple: fast shipping, everything packaged beautifully, great service, and very nice products. We really wanted to love the Purple mattress, but it ended up being too firm for us. After 50+ nights, we have been waking up with increasing soreness/stiffness in our upper backs, and my shoulders and hips are sore. We do love the coolness of the king mattress coupled with Purple's mattress protector and sheets. Its minimal motion transfer feel is a plus too. We now know we would prefer a mattress that would be softer than the medium-firm Purple; something that "sinks in" and would contour our pressure points more than this mattress does. My husband is 6' 2", 190 lbs., and primarily a side and stomach combo sleeper; I'm 5' 5", 150 lbs., and primarily a side sleeper. The return process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. It's been a great experience trying out Purple even though it wasn't what we need for a great night's sleep.

1st and foremost, I'm a side sleeper that prefers the softest bed you can think of. I hate a mattress that feels like it's made of cinder block. My wife and I previously were on a pillow top mattress that was very very old. So when we decided to go with the Purple, it was a risk as we hadn't laid on one previously. However the 1st night I slept on it. I was hooked for life. This mattress is so comfortable, for someone who has always preferred a soft mattress, this one delivers. It's soft, yet very supportive, I don't wake up in the mornings with my back being stiff and rigid any more. I feel more rested than ever before. And the mattress breaths well and stays very cool during the night. It's also got some nice spring back as well. ;) Combined with the Purple pillow that we got for free with purchase of the mattress, I have never slept better. Thank you Purple!

We have had it a few weeks. My partner loves it. He's a back sleeper. I'm a slide sleeper and I've been waking up sore almost every morning. It's expensive, but I've slept a lot better on less expensive mattresses. Going to give it a bit longer but probably going to return. The sheets are awesome.

I spent 3400 on a temperpedic mattress 2 years ago and let me tell you it had me going to the chiropractor every week . Never again memory foam!!! I love the Purple you somehow feel "lighter" because of how the purple cradles all your pressure points. I'm a side sleeper so with my temperpedic I'd have leg spasms because my hip would dip in to far also my shoulder would hurt to because of the "Stuck feeling " of memory foam. The purple really does make your spine aligned and is the best overall comfort I ve ever had in a mattress it's supportive but soft and if you do change position it rebounds very quickly unlike memory foam And I've never got hot in the Purple So looks like I'll save money on my chiropractor bill and it was worth every penny my next mattress in the future will be another purple Oh and the purple sheets are nice to
