Bed is fine. That's it. Sheets are stretchy and never stay with you. Really annoying. Mattress protector works but makes the bottom sheet drag with your body then snap back into place. Annoying. Bed frame is quiet. Pillows are awful. Wrong height. Tell you to put a towel/another pillow under your pillow. Seriously? Seat cushion is definitely a waste. Great until you sit on the edge. Look at your car seat or office chair. Notice how your seat cushion doesn't look anything like those? Nothing ships at the same time, so you'll sit there with pieces you can't use for a week at a time. Don't care about customer experience at all. Customer service personalized their service only to tell you that "we told you everything ships separately". They seem to be better when you call, but overall, this company understand things in pieces but not the whole. Like great individual products that work together poorly. Or great ads but poor customer service. Perhaps some day they will organize and evolve. Most companies don't. And for now, that's why I'll buy something else.

The best that I've ever bought I have bad back problems and really use all the pressure there is no pressure when I'm laying on the bed I wish I could just live in that bad it's such a great bed I've tried therapeutic music beds they didn't work this thing is the greatest bed

I have been searching for the right mattress when I came across the ads online. The video was convincing and the return policy sold the idea to give this a try. While I waited for the shipment it turned out that people I knew also purchase the mattress and was very pleased with it. At my chiropractor appointment she commented that my alignment was holding since last adjustment. I never thought a semi-firm mattress would be comfortable but it is working out great for me.

We are really enjoying our Purple mattress! It has definitely changed our quality of sleep. That makes a big difference in your work day when you've slept well the night before. It is truly one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. My husband is a back & side sleeper and I am a side & stomach sleeper. We are thrilled with this purchase!

I am still on the fence of if I should keep it or not. Initially I thought that it would be no problem at all to get the kind of rest I need. However I have yet to experience a full nights rest for about a month. My fiancé is having th same problems as well. We are still undecided. Too firm? Not too soft for sure. I want to love it. Just not there yet.

While I think the mattress is okay, the customer service has been terrible. Their only response to any of my contact has been to explain how I can return my mattress if I'm not happy. Nobody has wanted to take time to discuss my issues. Now, I fear I have to decide if the mattress is good enough to keep, wondering if the customer service would continue to be so neglectful. I will probably go another way.

We've had the purple mattress a little over a month now, and both my husband and I are very happy with the mattress. We did have some moments of doubt early on, however. We got the mattress right as we were moving into our new second story bedroom, and, after about 4 or 5 days on the new mattress, I was having some majorly debilitating and unusual back pain. I'm still not sure whether the pain was from lots of heavy lifting during the move (it took us several days to assemble and move our furniture into our new addition) or if it was me adjusting to the mattress, or possibly some combination of both. Lots of pain meds for another 4 or 5 days and then 4 nights in a hotel on vacation later, my back was fine. I've had absolutely no issues since we got back from the trip and have had comfortable and deep nights of sleep ever since. Ultimately, I'd recommend the mattress to others, and tell them to really give it time if they don't love it at first.

We shopped around alot (Casper, Amerisleep, Denver Mattress, Purple, Tempurpedic, Sleep Nation) and decided on a Casper mattress. After 30 days, we still had neck and back soreness and when sleeping on our sides, our shoulders would fall asleep. So we returned that and went with the original Purple and regretted not going with this as our first choice. It's the right firmness/squishyness/coolness for us and feels luxurious. Only complaint is that the mattress is super heavy (almost 150lbs for a king) so it was difficult to get upstairs and on the bedframe. Also there is a very slight hint of motion transfer which we didn't have with the Casper. Small prices to pay for all the other pluses.

Oh man am I happy with my purchase. The bed is super comfy and I've been sleeping like a rock. The company got my order to me very quickly. Helps that I'm in Utah, but still. Easy to unroll and all the emails they sent me with the how to instructions were a nice touch. My only complaint is with the pillow. And that's less the pillow but that it's a bit thin for me. I thought it came with two inserts you can use to adjust the thickness. But it's still comfortable and very nice. I just prefer a thicker pillow as I sleep on my side. But it works well.

I have only had this bed for less than a month. They say give it at least 21 days before you form an opinion. First reaction was that it is different from other memory foam style beds that I have. It took about a week and then my night of sleep started improving. Not perfect (yet) but a big improvement. If it stays this way for 6 months I would rate it a definite 5 stars. Also, I am a side sleeper. I use to wake up many times to "puff" up pillow and toss and turn to get back to sleep. Now my shoulders seem to compress deeper into the mattress allowing my head alignment with the pillow to seem perfect all night leading to less tossing and turning. This has been the biggest improvement so far. There seems to be a lot less pressure on my hips now. Overall, I am happy.
