I have never felt a mattress that is so supportive to my body while at the same time so comfortable. I am able to sleep on my side without the pressure of my whole body. I am able to sleep on my back as well. All my body pains from sleeping are gone. This mattress is incredible. It will most likely be your favorite investment.

Awesome customer service. We are amazed that Purple replaced our mattress because we had it for several years and we had a problem. All their products are unbelievable. My husband is really happy with the new size cushion for his chair. He sits for 3-4 hours for his dialysis treatment and it really helps. Thank you so much. I was so happy to buy this bed and finially sleep in it!! Oh what a life changing investment! I love this mattress and the pillows! Unfortunately so does my dog(who never tried to sleep in my old bed) I love this bed and I sleep so well in it.. untill my dog forces her way on to the bed. She waits at the edge of the bed for me to fall asleep and then climbs in ultimately waking up me. Now I've spend hundreds on pillows... untill purple.. I've spend hundreds on mattress.. untill purple... and I've spend hundreds on dog beds... so purples.. can you please solve this problem for me? If you'd like a test subject for said dog bed please consider me. Only reason I'm losing sleep on this product. Yours truly a very satisfied dog and her owner that can't sleep.

I am a disabled vet with a lot of aches and pains. I had an older pillow top mattress that had out lived it's time. I have tried new hybrid Serta high end mattress and had to return it because it was a nightmare on my pressure points. My daughter in-law recommended this purple mattress because of my problems and oh my I was so surprised. I could not believe this would ever be so comfortable on my joints. Don't stop making this mattress.

I waited a couple of months before reviewing this mattress to give it a thorough, honest review. The first mattress created a groove in the middle. Purple was kind enough to send me another mattress. The second mattress, though, created another groove in the middle! This was extremely unfortunate. I wake up every day with lots of pains all over my head, neck, and back where the mattress touches the bed. I was going to ask if maybe they would be willing to give me the All-New mattress but did not in the end. I was extremely excited for this mattress but ended up extremely disappointed.

I've been a fan of purple mattress since the Kickstarter days when all I could afford was the purple pillow, which I still use and love. Just moved to a new apartment and splurged on the mattress, and I'm so glad I did. There's no need to break the mattress in as it was so comfy from Day 1. It seriously feels like I'm sleeping on clouds. I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning which can be a problem... I highly recommend the purple mattress to everyone! We spend 1/2 our lives sleeping so why not make sure you're taking care of your body? Oh, and delivery arrived 1 week earlier than expected which was a nice surprise!

I wish I could give more stars! This mattress is unbelievable! I've had a sore back and woken up many nights with arms that's have fallen asleep....until I got this mattress. While it hasn't helped my guy with snoring at least I am comfortable and get a good night's rest!

We got the mattress in a queen size to try it out because my husband has had four back surgeries and I have had two total hip replacements and two total revisions. We didn't want to commit to it for our master bedroom figuring if we didn't like it, we could always just use it in the guest room. Well, we LOVED it. First time that I haven't awoken multiple times with my hips hurting. Same for my husband. I just ordered the King because from now on, we are purple people.

We had been recommend this mattress for the zero pressure points and cooling aspects. While it's a great mattress, I don't find it actually alleviates pain from sleeping the way it advocates. I also still wake up very hot. We love it from a comfort standpoint - just wasn't what I totally expected.

Even though I had to return my purple original mattress because I thought it was a little too firm for my body type since I am a side sleeper, the return process was flawless. Customer service always respond to your emails in a timely fashion. I am now considering purchasing the newer Purple 3 or 4 mattress since I believe will be much softer.
