I love the mattress - except for the outer layer which is made of a paper-like material that received a cut somehow before the mattress cover could be added. It would be helpful if the material was tougher. I am concerned that my pets will cause tears getting on & off the bed. Otherwise, I love the support of this mattress.

I have been using the mattress for two weeks now, I am not sure yet, I have health issues and am not sure if the mattress is helping or hurting. I have Post polio & fibromyalgia and am finding the mattress very firm, I use to sleep on my side but cannot do that on this mattress.

I was a little skeptical at first, buying a mattress online and I've been wanting to try a purple for some time. I'm also a very hot sleeper and oh boy this mattress works wonders. It stays cool all night and no matter what side I sleep on or how I sleep, its so comfy. I highly recommend it to anyone I talk to about it. Especially if you're a hot sleeper. You won't regret it and it came really fast too which was nice. A week before it said it was. You won't be disappointed!

Was surprised to find that a bed could be shipped and arrive wrapped like a large rug and then turn into a comfortable mattress. Loving my new mattress! My only complaint is you used Fed Ex vs UPS. If I was rating Fed Ex on this delivery I would give them a one.

over one monh and still adjusting to it. My wife is already adjusted to it. I still wake up every few hours, but I feel better than I did on a traditional mattress. And I feel more rested unless I lay there to long. I then get back pain, but it subsides quickly after I get up and get moving. Over all I love this mattress! Mike Franklin

The bed is really comfortable to sleep on and I no longer wake up in the morning with a stiff back. Putting the platform together was easy and the directions were easy to follow. Unpacking the bed itself was more difficult and better directions (or a link to better directions on the packaging) would have been nice. My only dislike is the lack of edge support on the bed. If you sit on the edge to put on your clothes, it sinks a lot more than I'm used to. Similarly, if I actually sit on the bed rather than lie on it, I sink in much more, it is like a waterbed rather than an innerspring bed that I am used to. In all, I'm very happy with the bed.

I have extreme back, shoulder and neck pain (am 100% disabled) and although this bed doesn't get rid of it all, it does make sleeping comfortable! It has helped me sooooo much that I even bought my whole family purple beds. My parents and 3 other sisters have purple beds and they loved it. Honestly, idk how I would sleep without this bed. Again, not a miracle bed, but a bed that had helped me a lot and if it helps me and my disability, it could easily help minor back problems no cap

For starters, I bought a full size mattress but realized it was too small. I realized this well within the 100-day trial period so I decided to initiate an exchange for a queen. If you're wondering about the quality of the mattress, read no further, it is awesome. Mattress aside, throughout the whole exchange process, whether it was on the phone or through email, the customer service was exceptional. Seriously, even if the mattress wasn't great (it is) I'd still want to buy another one from this company just because they give a crap about their customer.

We had to replace our teen daughters mattress and choose purple since we had purchased a new queen purple mattress last year. My daughter is very happy with her new twin mattress and says it's very comfortable. It was easy to set up and the price was right !

I love my purple mattress. When my husband agreed to get one I ordered it immediately. Our pillow top mattress that was 3 years old if we were lucky, was so much more obviously uncomfortable after just a few nights on our purple. It shipped quickly and set up was super simple. It was heavy and a little awkward to manage so two people is way better when putting it where it belongs. I'm recommending it to everyone in the market for a mattress
