My lower back aches less now when I sleep on my stomach. There's no obnoxious spring creaking when I get up early for work so my partner can stay in dreamland and I don't have to sleep naked to stay cool at night... Although sometimes I still do ;) Thanks for improving my sleep quality!

We are a month into our 100 day free trial and not in love with our bed yet. We'd like to try your sheets and mattress cover (which seems to always be out of stock) to make seems to cure we Andrew doing everything right before we make our final decision.

Mattress was easy to open and expanded fairly quickly, proper tools to cut open the packaging was provided! Mattress has been great over all we have been waking up with no more back pain. Did need to invest in a different type of pillow due to the bed adjusting to how I sleep at night.

I love my original purple mattress. I sleep cool no matter how wrapped up I am in my comforter. The feel is truly unique so remember to have an open mind about these products. I do wish that Purple was more forward about upcoming products. A week after I received my mattress, the second version of the mattress was released. A small pop up at checkout about a new product coming out would be appreciated. Had I known, I would've waited and done some research on the new product. At this point it's not worth returning and re-purchasing the new version because I am very satisfied with my purchase. Shipping was quick, updates on my order were prompt. I liked that they send you a "how to" video on how to set up the bed and the steps to unpackaging. I did have a question for your customer service and the response was respectfully quick. Still waiting on my pillow to arrive but the original Purple mattress is fantastic!

This is my and my husbands first mattress since we have been together. I researched for what seemed like for ever. I was tired of waking up sore and my back hurt all the time. My arms would fall asleep and I'd wake up at every time of the night just to re-position. Purple has changed everything. My back doesn't hurt all the time anymore. I don't wake up hurting. I sleep through the night, so I'm better rested. BUT it did take about 30 days to get to this. Yes, the first night was amazing, I have to saw, but my husband was -not- impressed. I begged him, wait 30 days and let me know. Just give it time. LO AND BEHOLD he actually showed off the mattress to his friend the other night! HAHA! Also, my dogs have decided they enjoy it too. I find them sneaking off to lay on it.

We really like our mattress. Started with hybrid 2 which slept super cool but was a tad firm for my wife who is a side sleeper. Support suggested the original which is perfect for us. Definitely recommend Purple products and their support team is extremely helpful.

We received our base first, which ended up being damaged (not sure if that was a FedEx issue or not), and the Purple folks gladly sent a replacement. Unfortunately that replacement was lost in the world of FedEx, so our Purple sat in its bag on our bedroom floor for two weeks before we finally received the replacement platform. The customer service folks at Purple were great. And now that we have slept on the Purple for a little over a week I can say my husband and I love it, and no longer wake up with aching backs. But, we did not like how low the platform base sits, nor the legs on the platform base, as we stubbed our toes on them repeatedly until I wrapped them in fabric. We built an additional wooden platform to sit atop the metal platform base from Purple, and now the height of the bed is perfect.

First I was stuck with a regular foam mattress it did not do so well with my back pain. So I kept on seeing ads about this purple product and I thought I should try it out. The first few days it didn't go too well but after that it was awesome. I was having no back pain at all whatsoever hyper elastic polymer does a great job at cradling pressure points and supporting your body at the same time. Only the purple mattress protector I did not like because it was not breathable and every day I woke up I would have a sweaty back and if you sweat you sweat. So I just went with a regular Cotten standard mattress protector, but overall the actual bed was amazing I gave it a five-star review I recommend you checking it out. go purple AKA the most comfortable mattress in the world!!!

I ordered the Purple mattress because I was going through serious and daily insomnia because I just couldn't get comfortable on my bed anymore. My sleep doctor suggested a new mattress because mine was getting on the old side and the Purple's marketing had left me curious about this new bed design and thought it might help with my sleeping problems. From night one I started falling asleep in probably 10 minutes or less and sleep straight through the night without waking up. I wake up refreshed and I don't have any sore body parts from being uncomfortable. Love the mattress and it's one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. (I also got the Royal Purple Cushion free with my promo link and that's awesome for my long car rides to gigs on the weekends)

As a back pain sufferer, this bed literally solved all my problems. Perfect balance of firmness and support, contours to my body, and makes me feel instant relief the second I lay down. I've never felt more refreshed when I wake up either. Cannot recommend this mattress enough. IM IN LOVE!
