Seat cushion was uncomfortable for me and several friends who tested it. A major flaw is the undisclosed fact that it cannot be used if used in a vehicle that gets over 105 degrees and that happens many months of the year in my Gulf of Mexico Coast travel area. Cushion cover should be made of heavier material. When I asked if their products were pressure mapped to test effectiveness no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I returned the cushion and got a prompt response.

We originally bought the purple 2 hybrid mattress. At first it was comfortable but as the weeks went on we felt like our chests were caving in. Almost like an air mattress. We will definitely keep this mattress.

So far sleeping on our Purple has been just okay. When we unrolled it, it wasn't air tight and the bed never really filled out the cover it came in (the one that says purple stitched on the sides). We gave it time to fill out and the cover remains baggy over the mattress. It does not look like the matress in the pictures. Sleeping on it feels okay, but the sides are not reinforced so it just looks smashed down. The sides do not look rectangular like the pictures on the website. So far I'd say I am a little disappointed with the look and the feel is just okay. The support is decent, and my back doesn't hurt so that is a plus.

After watching all the awesome commercials and reading the favorable reviews we decided to try a Purple mattress when it was time to replace our mattress. It arrived quickly, and we anxiously rolled out our new bed. Loved the way it felt right away. It did take a couple of days for our bodies to readjust and align, but after that we have both noticed our assorted aches and pains have all gone away from sleeping on a mattress that contours perfectly to fit your shape. I have had backaches and hip pain for years- along with frequent trips to the chiropractor to try to help the pain. Since getting our Purple mattress, all of those 'we're officially over 40 and you can tell' pains have greatly diminished. I strongly recommend this mattress. The quality is excellent, the customer service is fantastic, and it is a genuinely awesome product.

Delivery was painfully slow. Mattress is packed inside a duffel bag which was EXTREMELY heavy and difficult to bring inside and then take out of the bag since it only opens on one end. I have had CONSTANT lower back pain since I started sleeping on the mattress. I am leaning towards returning it but giving it a couple more weeks to see if the pain subsides. Overall NOT A PURPLE FAN, especially for the price they charge. I honestly expected a better night sleep and NO back pain.

This mattress is pretty heavy. It took two of us to get it onto the platform base. It didn't smell bad like new memory foam. It did have an odor but it wasn't bad, and it went away fairly quickly. Sleeping on it is so refreshing! There are no coils, no pressure on my hips, back, or neck. The Purple mattress is the best mattress I've ever had. It's so comfortable. It's not too firm, not too soft with just the right amount of support. I don't toss and turn as much now and wake up more refreshed and without pain. We also got the protector. Haven't got the sheets yet but will soon. I'm recommending Purple products to all my family and friends.

The mattress is everything it's talked up to minus the Size. The queen is the smallest queen I have ever seen. It's easily a Full. Would have given a 5 star if I didn't wake up regularly because I'm rolling off the side of the mattress. Super comfortable though.
