The Purple mattress seems to be very well made, but unfortunately we did not find that it was right for us. The customer service at Purple was great, however, and the return/refund process was smooth and simple. Buying a Purple mattress really is risk-free.

I slept on the same cheap mattress for over four years before I finally decided I needed an upgrade. I heard about Purple on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. It was delivered very quickly and I have really enjoyed it. It was a very different feel than what I was used to and it took a few days or so to adjust to the difference, but now I love it. The first time I slept on my old mattress (which is now at my parents' house) since I got Purple, I realized just how terrible that mattress was and how awesome my Purple mattress is. I don't have a history of back problems so I can't speak to that, but I think it is very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone. At least give it a try! Why not? You get 100 days and a full refund if you don't love it.

I've got an original purple mattress being inspired by bold and witty advertisement and good reviews. The delivery took approximately 10 days and I was sleeping on this fluffy and comfortable mattress ever since. I love it, my sleep quality improved and as a result I started loosing weight! I highly recommend this product.

This mattress is way to thin especially on the sides where the bed collapses. I'm only 170 pounds and I don't think there is enough structure on the edges of the bed. It's isn't overly comfortable, but it is supportive. I think the more expensive model would have been a much better choice. This 10 inch thick mattress is way to low for a platform bed both practically and aesthetically. First two nights on the bed was not good at all, but the mattress did get better with time. I am returning this and will be getting a different brand. Overall not bad, just not for me. I sleep on back stomach and side.

Items acquired: Queen Mattress, Cal King Mattress, Mattress Protectors, Sheets, Pillow, Seat Cushion, Back Support Only Con: the pillow is too heavy, in my sleep my arm sneaks under it and falls asleep - so now it is an awesome mega seat cushion (since my wife stole my other seat cushion) So our mattress was 17 years old, gross. We tried the popular foam one that rhymes with Blimper Nedick. Hotter than a tamale, trapped like a rat, can't sit on edge to pick your toes, etc. Send it back! So when I heard of Purple, I was skeptical to say the least. Being 6'1" and 250, I have some sleep issues and my wife doesn't want to hear me complain every day about my bad back and stuff. So our Purple log arrived and we gave it a good test run. It sleeps cool in the summer. In the winter, we just throw on that extra blanket. The mattress is temperature neutral, neither hot nor cold. It doesn't trap you in and supports in the correct places and gives in the other places. I sleep right through the night and wake up feeling much better than before. I can sit on the edge and do anything I want, no sliding off on the floor. Don't get me wrong, this is not a miracle cure for my bad back. I still have to take care of a lifetime of bad choices with stretching and drugs. But now I get a good nights sleep and don't sweat the small stuff.

We bought the purple king size frame. We love it! Our old traditional frame would squeak and clunk when we would rollover and would wake us up. This frame has no squeeks and is very secure and put together very well. I also love how tall it is, there is no need for a box spring.

I've had major back surgery but still suffered from sciatic nerve pain nightly. I tried stretching, extra pillows, even tennis balls. Nothing really helped.. From my first night on the Purple mattress, after laying on it for about 5 minutes, the pain was gone. I've had the mattress 2 weeks now and I can't believe the difference. On top of that, I wake up feeling less stiff in my lower back than I used to with my old mattress. I was hopeful that this mattress would help my back, but it has surpassed my expectations, which is a rare thing now days.

This thing is insanely comfortable. I love it. I'm about 150lbs and my wife is around 130lbs. We are both side-sleepers. We got the regular purple mattress, and it's been perfect. It's a little firm for your lighter parts, and like a pillow-top for your heavier parts. I can't recommend it enough.

I liked the mattress at first. Woke up feeling pretty rested. That only lasted a short while and then I started waking up with aches and back pain. Unfortunately for me when I decided to call for a refund I was 4 days past the trial period. Now it seems I am stuck with a mattress I don't like. If you start to doubt if this mattress is right for you get a refund immediately.

At first, I was skeptical of all of the hype surrounding the Purple mattress and products. Then after several recommendations from my friends and family I decided to give it a try. The ordering process was simple and I felt very informed on when my mattress, pillows, and sheets were going to arrive. I immediately noticed a difference after just one night! The mattress is absolutely amazing, comfort as I have never felt before. The sheets are quite possibly the softest and most breathable sheets I have ever felt. Now the regular Purple pillow did take some getting used to, but after 3 weeks I can vouch for it as well. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my mattress, pillow, and sheets purchase. I did have to contact customer support regarding a slight error in my part on my order. They were happy to help and my issue was resolved without delay. I will definitely be ordering more Purple products. Thank you Purple!
